Hey girl, you should really sit there, and be happy with yourself, for no one but yourself, and if you wanna not be sitting there, go do something. I say this as encouragement to myself as well.
Love the math. It's so Appollonian and so caffeine. In the past, when I've wanted to cut back, I've done it in stages, like from 2 cups a day to 1, and then from 1 to 0. Of course, once you've rested, you get ambitious again and the caffeine use creeps up.
If you really wanna get off it for good, try weaning yourself off with a standard cup of coffee, then replace half of that with decaf and gradually get smaller and smaller doses until it's just decaf, and then nothing. Takes longer but there's no headache involved in the process!!!!
I take about 400 mg of caffeine and L-theanine a day with about 1000 to 1500 mg of L-tyrosine to help with my ADHD (dopamine regulation). Not as effective as Adderal or Vyvanse but the withdrawals aren't nearly as bad and I never have issues trying to get a prescription refilled, probably safer too.
Holy shit. Caffeine is a good tool for regulating the circadian rhythm. It helps regulate wakefulness when consumed in the morning. Always having a small amount in the morning should be safe and healthy. However, consuming caffeine later in the day can disrupt your biological clock, negatively affecting rest and sleep, which will accumulate as stress and exhaustion over time. PS: Be cautious with peppermint tea, as it can inhibit the absorption of non-heme iron, primarily found in plant-based foods. Your symptoms could have been exaggerated by this.
Cold showers give you adrenaline and a mighty endorphin rush. Stay away from tea &cacao whatever contains caffeine as they only prologue the process of withdrawal. Would you rather be in extremis for a few days and then on a progressively easier path, or would you rather be in moderate to strong withdrawal for weeks or even months? No brainer. Same goes with cigarettes.
@@condatis6175 you're making caffeine sound like heroin. For some people, coffee has adverse affects and can be very addictive, but caffeine itself is okay (even good) in moderate doses. For instance, the amount you find in black tea. Tbh, you sound like somebody who's not from a tea-drinking culture but has strong opinions on the topic.
I’m about 5 months without nicotine / 2 months without caffeine now as a nice challenge to myself and to prove I can do fine without depending on man-made societal products in case civilization falls . When I go back to these in the future , I hope I can enjoy them more consciously rather than as habitual auto-indulgences . Luckily I never really exceeded 400-450mg caff a day so it was mostly easy for me …. have a good rest period (era?) bailey ! 🐣
the first two minutes and I needed caffeine for the rest lol😂 I cut my caffeine with drinking more water. Just push yourself and caffeine withdrawals are so real I believe you.
I use to think that everyone had someone to hangout with/always keep them company but tons of others are by themselves/do stuff alone...makes me feel less alone lol
I've been watching you on and off for a month now but this is my first time commenting.. (Oh.. you really make me laugh by the way. You have my sense of humour.) Fantastic decision on taking a break from yourself. And even if you don't succeed you will learn a lot more about yourself by just attempting it, just like you did with your "no coffee" challenge. Which is probably more important (long term) than if you did succeed. I know about that wrestle between the brain and it's patterns and cycles that it loves and your body screaming at you to either a) rest or b) to just let it all fucking go.. at least for a while. That's the journey I'm on too. It's hard. Good luck. Now as you suggested I'm off to get my coffee. Cappuccino for me. 😁
Supposing you're not supplementing or getting enough magnesium or other electrolytes in your diet. Caffiene withdrawal also can cause headaches which is probably her issue.
Strong black tea (not herbal, not green, but black) helps the most with caffeine withdrawal as it has enough caffeine to even you out. Russia is a tea drinking culture and we drink black tea throughoht the day without being wired. P.S. what kind of cigarretes do you smoke?
@@Marcus-rg7bg "do what makes you happy" is the worst advice to give. What you are, in effect, saying is "do what you *think* will make you happy and be a hedonist". This type of thinking only decays the soul. You do what's right, as difficult it may be, not just what's pleasurable on the short term.
Are you SURE rest is the answer. And if it is are you capable of it? Do you know how? Perhaps STIMULATION is what you need. Something to blow the stress right out, clean out the pipes, so to speak. Idk, CLIFF JUMPING, ICE BATHs, better again HIGH DIVING into cold, wild WATER. Perhaps u need adrenaline, not Soma

Omg, I loved the asmr close up part!!! You should totally start an ASMR channel. :D
I hate caffine headaches. but if you don't have coffee for like month, and you finally have a cup, you'd be flying high.

Caffeine depletes magnesium which causes the headaches.
Supposing you're not supplementing or getting enough magnesium or other electrolytes in your diet. Caffiene withdrawal also can cause headaches which is probably her issue.
Orrr caffeine causes vasoconstriction and once physical dependence is developed, lack of caffeine causes dilation of blood vessels in the head
Caffeine causes headaches because its bad
CAFFEINE!!! CAFFEINE!! I Definitely need me a cuban coffee in the mornings.
Im one of the few that is completely unaffected by caffeine. It doesn't do anything to me
Further where? Where ya headed? Still going through where ive already been.
Less than 4 hours sleep that's so bad

G' Nite-Do You Like Rabbits? I got a strange attraction too 🐇's ?
Im sorry, did you just say math calms you down?
Well It is calming to some extent. Caffeine just takes it up a notch for me. Don't need sleep, just need them answers.
Funny you should say math because something tells me she's a mathematician
try raw organic cacao powder instead
Lol, 1k-2k grams of caffeine.
You are hooked on coffee. God dammit lol 😅❤
10:30 I assure you there is a one great creator God - Christ, even though there are also lower spiritual hierachies.
Girl if your sleepy, sleep. This world is screwed anyway. Do what makes u happy.
