  • It’s that time of year for a lot of people where the Winter coats are coming off and Summer is approaching. This Pilates 14 Day Challenge was created for anyone that is looking to gain more strength, tone the stomach, build a firmer butt, and who is ready to welcome the Summer with full force. I’ve carefully designed this challenge to help you achieve great results in just 14 days of fully committing to completing all the videos suggested as well as keeping a clean and healthy diet.
    This pilates video is paired with a different video each day to help you burn fat, tone the muscles, and build flexibility. Its all about making that one commitment to yourself. To dedicate 30-45 minutes each day to you. To breathe, to stretch, to challenge the body to new levels which with time will only bring amazing results, strength, and energy to your everyday life.

    ♥ Rest day includes a yoga session so you can stretch those sore muscles
    ♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.
    ♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.
    ♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.
    ♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean.

    just wanted to say 2 years later and I still come back to this challenge when I need my stomach to tone up fast, or I want a full body feel good sweat. Guys this challenge actually works if you do it for the full two weeks, I'm talking like actual noticeable changes in the look of your stomach and the back of your legs. Somedays it's seriously the last thing you want to do but just remember how much better you'll feel 17 mins later!       Totally agree. I was a couple weeks out from my wedding and couldn’t get my wedding dress to fit. Did this challenge and my dress fit perfectly the day of my wedding! Now I go back to these videos all the time.

    This is my absolute favorite out of all Juliana’s workouts!!
    I can’t thank you enough for this amazing set!
    It gives me the best results. My stomach looks amazing and I’ll be 40 next year. It also works great for the side hips and glutes.
    This workout is so difficult in the beginning, but don’t give up because the results absolutely worth all your efforts and hard work! You got it!!

A bit of exercise every day and you'll get to where you want to go" but easier said than done. I've tried to stick to an absolutely countless amount of challenges and workout plans but never actually managed to complete with a single one... Until I found your channel!     Coincidentally, the leg circles exercise in this video realigned my hips, legs, and back when I was in serious pain and could not move normally. I don't know why it made me healthy and mobile again (and it may not be safe for everyone), but thank you very much!!!

    I am 52 years old and have always been a fanatic about some sort of exercise. I foolishly took a year break and OMG. That was the worse mistake. My arthritis got worse, hips hurt, and lower back was a killer. I have been doing your 20 or 30 minute pilates M-F starting my second month now and OMG in a great way. I feel awesome.     I've been doing your yoga and pilates workouts for quite a while now with great results and I love it. Now, a week ago, I've had an accident with my horse and I cannot do the workouts for at least another 4 weeks. I really miss the exercises a lot and I am a bit afraid of losing the muscles I've trained and I was so proud of. I'm glad to see that there is an another challenge, I can't wait to do it so I can get in form again as soon as possible!! Thanks a lot!!

    I first tried the 21 day challenge, only made it in 3 days then work and life caught up with me. Just starting the 14 day challenge today. I use to be so flexible, while doing this workout I can barely touch my feet or hold a position for long but your voice keeps me calm and reminding me to breathe. I can't wait to see how much I've improved at the end of the 2 weeks. I plan on starting the 21 day challenge again right after this one. Thank you so much for these videos!!

    I've been dealing with a neck injury the past two weeks and it has really been bumming me out that I haven't been able to do any form of exercise besides walking. I had made a lot of progress the past few months and I can feel where it has set me back. I'm finally in a place where I can move relatively pain free again. I decided to start off with this workout and it is amazing. It is challenging and easy on my joints. I did the second challenge video today and it kicked my ass.     Thank you for this and all your amazing videos. Your videos are the only videos I've done that I do not look at how much time is left :) I feel like I have more breath. I love you, your voice, the music and the scenery. I've done yoga for a few years now. However, I always felt my core was weak. Headstands were very challenging for me. Granted I'm in my early 50's but for as long as I've been practicing, I should be able to handle them. Yoga is great for stretching yet somehow, my core wasn't getting stronger. After 4 weeks of your videos, I can honestly say I feel very strong in my core. NOW, yoga makes sense and feels good. Thank you for what you do. Much love to you on your travels.

    Oh how I wish I found you 2 years ago! Or more!! I'm 56 and have always been very active. Just did this workout and it was killer good. My glutes are very week and need muscle tone. My chiropractor says it will help my lower back to strengthen my butt muscles. So we will go on!! Thanks, my new friend,

    This was the first of your challenges to do, and the progress I made in those 14 days has been remarkable!! I havent lost any weight because of a medical condition but I feel stronger!

    On Day 13! I have been pairing this challenge video schedule with one of your 5
    minute cexercise videos every night! I can feel and see a visible
    difference in my stomach and thighs, and am moving through this video
    with so much more ease! Feeling SO amazing! Thanks laday!!

    Thank you for doing these workouts. I'm in Italy and nowhere near a gym, these are a lifesaver. I love your chill, relaxed style, your maturity, your positive attitude, and the fact that you're following your dreams. I too, left a corporate life in Canada to chase my dream of being an author and am amazed how quickly things come true when you put your mind to them. I wish you the best of luck, and maybe one day will get to meet you on a random beach. Keep on keepin' on!

    In love with this video!! I had been doing your "ultimate pilates 21 day challenge" and it was great but this really takes it up a notch in a way I love and need. I pair this with the "muffin top destroyer" (and book-end both with one of your yoga/stretching videos) and nothing makes me feel so accomplished or so sweaty so quickly!! Thank you so much!!

    I’m on day 5 wow my body is already feeling tight . I’m coming over from Tracey Anderson which I’ve done for 13 yrs I have a saw hip. Honestly I feel better already and my body is already looking more tone Juliana has such a beautiful vibe . Thankyou for all this free content.

    Hello !
    It was so hard for me to find exercices with my sensitive knees, but those ones are so perfect, and when I feel it's too hard, I just drop it and slightly modify it.
    * Day 1,2, 3 Done : I thought my body wouldn't be so sore, but hell yeah !!! I'm normal composition (1.60m - 58KG) but i'm fluffly and i feel my entire body burning ! Each video is so worth it :) I can't wait to finish this wonderful challenge and see results ! I also starting eating healthier and following your guidelines + adding sport activities with friends (climbing - scootering).
    UPDATES :
    *Day 4 - good
    *Day 5 - nice sweat - I can go further in some exercices and I feel stronger in some exercices
    *Day 8 -> I can see the back of my legs a bit leaner
