@@dragonblaster-vu8wz It would be interesting to see a First Order version of TIE Advanced V1. It would be even more advanced, capable of reaching 140 MGLT, perhaps up to 2,000 km/h in the atmosphere, plus the original's advantage of being a smaller target than the original TIEs.
I like this TIE as a predecessor to the X1, and the foldable wings do make sense given the similar sort of thing with the V-Wings and the Eta-2s. Though I think they could have at least sprung for a class 2 hyperdrive. Hell this variant probably could have served as a good alternative Ace machine stand in for the Interceptors, Avenger, and Defenders. Also something I find weird, while yes the TIEs don’t have built in life support normally, but I don’t really see them needing a fully enclosed flight suit as a bad thing. If the cockpit is ever compromised, the TIE pilot is still able to operate cuz his suit has its own oxygen system. Where as the rebel x-wing pilot is likely screwed since their helmet isn’t enclosed. I don’t know, maybe it’s because I’m used to seeing enclosed pilot suits from series like Gundam, but I never saw the TIE’s lack of life support as serious downside. Unless the pilot’s suit is compromised, they should be fine
The empire should really focus more on making sure all pilots have their best equipment to use in battle. The logistics of a soldier and a pilot are important to victory and to exploit by enemies.
In the grand scheme of things, old man Palpy used the empire to strengthen himself due to the massive amount of fear it caused across the galaxy.. nothing more.. nothing less.. he could care less about effiency

I've warmed up over time to the Starship fighter aspect of Star Wars. Previously didn't care much for it. It's becoming more and more enjoyable over time. Videos like this greatly support that.

You have got to make a video about the Executor-class Star Dreadnought. Maybe you could have it divided into 2, possibly 3 parts. I would surely love to see an in-depth analysis of my favourite ship in Star Wars, with one considering the armament, the other the history of the Executor and the other part considering the history of other notable ships and behinds the scenes facts (for example, there is a toy soldier in the superstructure of the Executor model).
Currently I'm obsessed with collecting as many sinar tie line srar fighters I can .. Unfortunately they will not all be in the same scale but similar and I will be doing model work to customize some of my own to make ships like the tie aggressor or the mining Guild TIE fighter. And I just love listening to these videos as they give me more insight to the models I'll be displaying models I'll be displaying which again will all be TIE series starfighters..I guess call me the TIE guy lol

POOOOOOOOOOR EMPRIE They try to take care of their high level officials who won't dissert and let them take off their helmets and engage in character development all alone where no one should be able to see them or hear them because THEY wont' dissert, and the rebels who shouldn't even be on the ship desert the tie instead for them so they don't have to. The whole point to not being able to leave is that making un infiltrating next to impossible makes infiltration next to impossible, or successful or meaningful infiltration anyway.
Pretty much. Class 1 and 2 hyperdrives are usually what most warships and advanced starfighters have. This TIE's got a class 4 since it's generally not supposed to be used on long range strikes such as an X-wing. Rather, it's hyperdrive is to allow the Inquisitors to travel to where they need to go without being dependent on an Imperial ship to take them.
Menards what do you think that the outcome of the galactic Civil War what is been if the empire what the fuck adopted the tie defender instead of the regular tie fighter or if Darth Vader himself chose to keep Imperial tie defender and switch it for his prototype tie x one
The V1 would have more maneuverability being more compact and small, and the fact the wings may fold in tight spaces The X1 would likely be more durable, more powerful hyperdrive and other possibly more advanced systems

Honestly, this would've made for a better First Order TIE fighter. You can store twice as many of these in the same space as a regular TIE fighter

I always thought that wings of TIE fighters are heat radiators for engines and weapons. There is no point to collect solar energy during combat.

Vader's TIE Advanced X1 is for chads while the TIE Advanced V1 is for virgins.

the class 1 hyperdrive is not the fastest hyperdrive out there, the millennium falcon has a faster hyperdrive at a speed of 0.5
So what advantage did the extended hull of Vader's TIE x1 provide, vs the more compact design of the Inquisitor's?
