The two Sith are constantly trying to replace each other and they both know it. It’s their code and if they are replaced, it’s their own fault for not being strong enough. Vader wouldn’t have appreciated the Inquisitors choosing Palpatine over him even though technically they are right for doing that. Vader wants to be in Palpatine’s place with an apprentice of his own.
Most of them do, anyway. But even the ones that don't end up getting dragged down along with the rest. Well, apart from Darth Vectivus, that guy managed to avoid literally everything that usually happens to a Sith.
A Sith's greatest weakness is their arrogance, and that ultimately caused Sidious's downfall as he was arrogant to think that there is no Anakin inside of Vader. Also, this arrogance is what caused the Jedi's downfall.
His teaching methods were definitely inspired by his loss with obi-wan and how he gained his suit, because just look at the guy's being tortured on the table? 9th sister? That's totally reminiscent of Vader getting his armor, and of course, the hands getting chopped off is self-explanatory.
Out of the inquisitors, only the Grand Inquisitor was of a passing skill in Vader’s eyes. No match for himself, or course, but enough for the average Jedi. After all, the Grand Inquisitor was a temple guard, essentially meaning his entire life was devoted to mastery of lightsaber combat to protect the Jedi’s most important places.

Why does Anakin think he is an expert on the Sith just days after Obi-Wan whooped him. He never seemed very academic as a Padawan or Jedi. Did he even read about the Sith once in the Temple? All he knows about is anger. Palpy hasn't had time to open up much yet.

I believe many of those were Jedi criminals, so they didn’t take part in battles and probably were exiled from the Order. But at least one of them became Sith before order 66. She was a padavan of the same jedy master as Kenan Jarus was, and she gor caught by Palpatine. So she had only two options: to surrender and become a Sith or to die.
