There a a couple of main stream ties you forgot to mention. The "Tie Reaper" it was used as a troop carrier in atmosphere and was piloted by two tie pilots. The second is the "Tie Boarding craft" this ship was used as a boarding craft to conduct searches on suspicious vessels. My favorite - and it's seen onscreen in the original trilogy, is the TIE/sh shuttle. You missed it. It's the same chassis as the bomber, but kitted out for transporting people, not bombs. It also lacks the sensor head hanging beneath the payload pod. I'm also kind of fond of the TIE/fc Fire Control Tie... an electronic warfare variant of the TIE/ln, with the same sensor head as the TIE Bomber. You also seem to have left out that, per several legends sources, the original TIE, which has only one chin blaster and slightly less speed and maneuverability than the TIE/ln "Line TIE" which you did show.

The TIE Silencer and the TIE Hunter do it for me. These two are highly solid bets on just about every other fighter. They both have amazing speed, hyperdrives, shields, great armaments, and miscellaneous features (such as cloak and waterproofing, respectively), I would be very hard pressed to choose any other star fighters. The Rebels need hyperdrives for their hit and run operations, as fighters are their main strike craft. i like chiss tie design best , it had stealth tech , good armour , medium level 4 laser cannon along with missile launcher , hyper drive , shields and good power generation and high speed as comparable to a tie interceptor.
Good graphics, a couple small issues. For starters it would be nice to know if each tie is legends or cannon in the moment as well as where they were first seen. The drone is named directly as being "Twin Ion" despite it clearly having three ion engines. Also it is claimed that the TIE raptor has 4 laser cannons and 2 concussion missile tubes which is a discrepancy relative to the model which clearly shows 2 laser cannons in the front and 4.... probably weaker laser cannons on the wings. I'm sure the materials referenced claimed that too but it would have been worth mentioning.

This has gotta be the best.
Tie Advance mk4 "Tie Avenger" was my favorite. Just had the best look.
At 8:00 is the Tie/sf operated by the First Order Special Forces.
4:26 that thing is my favorite
defender, interceptor, striker, dagger, and silencer are my favorites
Out of the OC versions the Mangler and Seeker are VERY interesting designs
CHRIS: Hey, Han. Why they called a TIE Fighter? (Twin Ion Engine)
PETER: No idea, Luke, just keep shooting.
I like the Tie bomber.
What about the tie reaper. And the AWACS tie. Looks kinda like a bomber but meant for command and electronics warfare
Now I see how this all TIEs in.
I'll see myself out now.
Idk why but I always liked the Empires gear and equipment when I was younger.
Can't blame you.
I hoped my favorite TIE heavy bomber would be here. But you at least said about in when talked about TIE Interdictor😂. But nice video!
Great work on the graphics ! But you left out the " Death Seed" from the Rouge Squadron books! The Tril Warriors are going to come after you for that!😎
Very interesting!!!!
The Tie Scout looks different from the image used in Decipher's SWCCG Tie Scout. I think you missed the Tie Shuttle (Captain Neda's shuttle in ESB) that looked like a tie bomber.
Maybe I missed it, but was the tie avenger mentioned?
Just wanted to ask to include the VT49 Decimator and TIE Lance.
I'm not sure if the VT49 was part of the tie series and couldn't find any information regarding the TIE Lance.
@@Halfscreen Ok, thank you for the quick response. I just researched and I meant the Lancet Aerial Artillery. As you I am not sure if the VT49 Decimator counts as a TIE.
@@vincentvonderlinden6952 No problem. I will put it on my spreadsheet.
Legends should of got more of a shout out especially from the TIE Fighter game on PC.
The Tie Advance (Not Vader's prototype)
Tie Advance X1 (Vader's Tie)
Tie Defender
Assault Gunboat
Missile Boat
Decimator
Could you make a video about the rebellion and resistance star fighters and ships.
Let me look into it.
i totally think a missed opportunity is since the empire has a borderline fetish level obsession with the tie cockpit the couldve had the escape pods on star destroyers just tie cockpits as a joke
Nice Overview, but it is missing the TIE Avenger from Legends Material (First seen in the Game "TIE-Fighter")
Good video..really awesome job...
Thank you very much!
@@Halfscreen been subscribed for awhile and I'm really enjoying the effort you put into them..u have come a long way ol friend...u got my support
TIE Avenger all the way, baby.
8:36 where was this thing introduced? Never seen it before
The TIE/se Bomber first appeared in the 2019 comic issue Allegiance 1 by Marvel Comics.
8:25 wait didn't battlefront 2 depict the first order tie fighter having a hyper drive in the dlc campaign?
An interesting thing is that Vader's TIE is sometimes referred to the TIE Interceptor prototype, and sometimes the TIE advanced prototype.
i like chiss tie design best , it had stealth tech , good armour , medium level 4 laser cannon along with missile launcher , hyper drive , shields and good power generation and high speed as comparable to a tie interceptor.
Laughed so hard at the time raptor
Same, I wasn't expecting that lil guy.
The TIE design template is one of the most versatile in all of star wars.
Are those/are those supposed to be in scale with each other? TIE Fighter looks huge
