    ATTENTION! Everyone wondering if you should start doing this workout. YES DO IT. I have lost 2kg doing this for a month ( and I was not doing it everyday) and my diet is not that good. So if you have a good diet this will help ALOT!

    Great workout! I've been doing this workout for past 2 months, 3-7 times per week with aerobic exercise, and my waist inches drop from 31 inch to 26 inch !!

    Not throwing shades on other youtubers but if u have ever checked them out almost all (almost, but not all) TH-camrs just shoot themself where they are working out alone in a corner, but with emi the environment is so welcoming, makes me feel like i am not doing this alone and that i can do it and along with this she keeps encouraging us through out the exercise and as i listen to her inspiring me time just flies by, i just want to say thank you emi for existing and making this beautiful channel, i have been a fan of you, your hard work and determination since a year and let me tell you, like all those years i tried working out but gave up, it was nothing like that, u made me realize that there is no giving up because you are here with me, a proof that it all will soon be worth it, I love you please stay blessed 💞💞💞

    That video proves that low impact workout for longer period is better than extreme hiit especially if you have weak joints. It works perfectly for me in combination with a mix of planks and yoga in the end.

    Hey Emi, hey y’all. I did this workout for 7 days along with a fruit and veggie diet and this the 8th day and I got amazing results. I lost about 10 pounds and I feel awesome .... getting better every day. Hitt is what works for me by the way I’m just 17❤️

      Fruits and veggies ONLY is UNLHEALTHY. Have a minimum of rice or lentils and make sure you get proteins (easily found in a vegan diet anyway)

    tip: if you live in an apartment or are worried about noise, do your jumps on a towel and use your core to soften your landing! i do this when i workout at night and it helps keep everything really quiet

    I usually dont comment on any vidios, but i really whan to thank you , i started my weight loss almost 2 months ago . I am only 5'3 nd 22 yrs old nd its kinda embarrassing to admit but i was 79 kg. Nd i decided to that i want to loose weight . For 1 weak i did some other youtuber exercise. Cuz i was way overweight and it wasn't easy for me to move a lot. After that i started doing this
    workout daily for 2 months nd some of your other workouts as well and i have lost 15 kg.
    So i weight 64 kg right now. I know that it is still overweight😪 but i am really happy that i lost this much😊 so thankyou very much.
    By the way my goal is to loose another 15kg 😊

      @@yukkurii5361 for one weak i did 800 calorie diet.
      Nd then i found out about intermittent fasting. So in starting i did 16:8 but it was kinda easy for me because i fast in ramzan so i started doing 22:2 or 23:1 . But my calorie intake is still about 800 calories.

    alright if anyone is thinking about doing this but not sure if it'll really help them.. *it WILL get you the results you want, but you HAVE to be consistent with yourself. I did this for about a week without stopping and I already noticed huge changes in myself. my stomach got more toned and even started to have those two lines on it, in addition, I also lost about 2-3 pounds. but I did not do well on my eating habits, if I was healthier with myself, I definitely would've lost 5-7 pounds. *so DO THIS IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT IT, AND BE CONSISTENT WITH YOURSELF*

    My favorite workout ever. The moves are very obtainable but intense as well. It always manages to get me sweating and breathing heavy without feeling like I’m actually going to die. I absolutely love this.

    I tried to do this workout when I first found Emi and nearly died and couldn't get past 5 min but 1 month in of doing 3 of her shorter less intense (arm/ab/leg) workouts a day and i can finally get through this/lost 6 pounds (also started using myfitnesspal to be more aware of my binging). I feel so much healthier just making time to move my body, not to mention toning my quarantine gains (it's a work in progress). So I'll be doing this every other day (best practice to avoid overwork from HIIT). So if you are in the same situation or cant get through the whole thing try working up to it- don't give up!

    Absolutely love this. Something about the combination of exercises and muscle groups used after another, makes it MANAGEABLE. After doing this two days, I decided to try another HIIT video and couldn’t do it after 3 minutes so I left and I’m back at this video!!

    a tip for people who don't really do this kind of exercise but want to try this one: don't do it as fast as emi. Don't look at the video while she is doing the exercises and try cutting the reps in half like: if she does 10 burpees within the 20 seconds, try doing only 5. When you start getting used to it, you can build up and after some time doing it as fast as she does will be easy!

    The thing I love abou Emi’s workouts is that they are the perfect mix of challenging but do able. Her encouraging voiceover make me (someone who isn’t athletic in the slightest) feel proud and motivated to continue

    I have been doing this workout along with an ab workout and her 10 minute hiit workout, and eating smaller portions and I lost 10 pounds!! Great workout, you should definitely do it

      Its no problem. I had to eat the serving size and eat things in moderation, probably about a month or so, but it could be different depending on your body type

    doing this 5-6x a week drinking carnitine and a diet of around 900-1500 kcal. doing this along with another 25 minute cardio workout. looking at difference through circumference of the fattest part of the thigh.
    day 1- thighs 57cm

    Yay! Another workout done! Thank the LORD! My favorite workout moves would be, Circuit 1: Squat with Knee Raise and Twist, Circuit 2: Half Burpee with Squat and Circuit 3: Tuck Jump! The last one was so tiring and yet so fun! Good job guys for those of you who stuck through it! It was really challenging!

    i love your workouts !!!!! i feel like whenever i do other hiit they feel so long and draining that i don’t finish them, this one although made my heart rate go up significantly and made me drip in sweat, this felt so incredibly quick that i was able to complete a full 20 minutes which may not seem like a lot to others but considering how much i used to hate working out this is incredible.     I've only done your 10 minutes workouts so far so this was a challenge for me to keep going. I started to sweat, get hot and feel the burn but I kept going and didn't give up!     Just did this today and after doing your other work out for almost a month it sure does make me stronger as I can finish this workout easily! I’m happy that I finally found workout that I enjoy so much! Excited to do this again tomorrow! 💪🏻
    UPDATE!:
    As I felt that I’m getting better and stronger, i tried to do this workout twice (40 minutes of cardio.... WHAT?!!) and I can finish it well barely but I have to push myself 😭 i do this for 40 minutes & rest for 15 minutes and proceed to Emi’s intense abs workout and holy shit I CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE 😭😭😭😭 make sure do your cardio and your focus exercise (legs, thighs, abs etc.) AFTERWARDS! Good luck ❤️

    As somebody who never works out and rarely eats as well as planned (basically I’m super unfit) I just completed the whole workout and honestly I feel exhausted. I want to jump in a pool of ice water right about now, but I’m going to try my best because I’m tired of being unfit and feeling bad all the time! I’ll try to do this every week at least once or twice, and some shorter workouts throughout the week if I feel up to it. Thank you Emi ❤️

    So, I'm gonna do this everyday starting from right now (October 6th 2019)
    I'm 12 years old, female, 5'3 (160 cm) and my weight is 101 lb (45 kg).
    Day 1: 10 minutes in and I'm already super tired but, when I finish cooling down in like a minute or two I'll go back to exercising. The truck jumps on the 3rd circuit is killing my legs but, if i wanna loose weight then i have the push through. Eventually I'll most likely get used to it though so yay. That was literally the longest 20 minutes of my life I'm sweating so so so much it's insane. I'm surprised I actually did everything! I'm legit like one of the least fit people at my school so this is a HUGE accomplishment for me.

    Man those burpees and tuck jumps weren't made for girls with big boobs. I modified the tucks went 2x the speed and brought my knees up to my hands. By the end of the last swimmer, l was doggy paddling BUT l DID IT. Great workout thank you. Your my new go-to.
