Exercising can be really hard sometimes but It always makes me feel better. Last year I had almost 250 lbs in body weight. One day I just started moving more, then slow running then I started doing weighted exercises and I was eating clean by following meal plan I got from Next Level Diet. Today I have 140 lbs and I am happy like I never been in my life.
I loved the way she called us “ team” I have never heard her say before and I would like to hear her say again. It was really motivating to remind us that we are all here together at the same time 🥰
This AB Workout works, lost massive INCHES around the waist. Cut out Sweet drinks, and included water with every meal. Eating an Apple a Day does work.😊😊😊

was following the other standing ab workout but I feel like I should follow this one. I'll try to update frequently DAY 1- ✅ - My arms hurt but overall it wasn't that exhausting. Feeling pretty good. DAY 2-✅- Was a bit difficult because of pain in my thighs and arms but felt nice. DAY 3-✅- Felt pretty exhausting guess I finally realized how to engage the right areas. Day 4- ✅- going great Day 5 and 6- Ooof i skipped coz of school (now gonna continue for 10 more days) Day 7- ✅- Felt exhausting today Day 8- ✅- felt good ( i'm already seeing some changes like my belly got *comparatively* flatter than it was before looking in the mirror felt satisfying) Day 9-✅- Pretty good. Day 10-✅- ALmost a part of my routine now. So doesnt hurt. P.S- I won't be updating anymore. However, I'll update the results regularly. Result -7 days- Lost an inch of my waist. 31-->30 . However, belly looks comparatively flatter. Didn't lose any weight tho. I'll be maintaining a diet now so I hope it'll have more impact.
@@karro1162 u will feel a burn on ur abs when u engage ur core..it should be done like...when we hold our breath our stomach will be pulled in ryt! The way ..keep ur abs like that .pulled in..and workout ...( Not by holding ur breath!!!)
I don't care if any "fitness expert" said this or that or whatever is not effective. this is an exercise I actually enjoy. therefore it's more likely that I'll stay consistent. I think an exercise you enjoy is an exercise that works.

It's been a while since I followed a work out. I feel that coming out of covid isolation I got too used to eating junk and sitting and resting. Doing this definitely made me feel more back into track and realise how out of touch I was with my fitness...I could barley lift my leg within 30 seconds in (but I followed through!) and my balance was wall over the place, spending a good fraction of the time stumbling around balancing doing sets :( I'll have to keep working on it! Thank you for posting this! :)

This is a challenge for myself because I feel like I need to get back into exercising! Weight : 54 kg Goals : 49-50 kg Day 1 It's quite tiring and makes the sides of both my thighs hurt. Day 2 It was pretty smooth, but my body was starting to adapt, and I was sweating quite a bit.
I've been doing this video for 3 days + 2 videos of 20 minutes for arms and legs, I also changed my diet. My starting weight was 55kg now it varies between 54 and 54.5. I am 160 cm my goal is to be 49 kg. I will make updates if I lose weight again I will start a diet to reset my hormones.

@@ishmaelstylinson7929 I wrote a big paragraph and it got deleted... I'll try again! So I said I started working out at the end of February I weighed 58kg and did 30 minutes of hiit a day every day of the week and I started eating better but I wasn't losing anything. In the end I started intermittent fasting and that's when I lost 3 kilos of weight in 3 months... it took a bit long but it worked so I recommend it to you to reduce your calorie intake. I've installed an app for it and it's pretty motivating :) then I started exercising a bit more intensely for 1 hour a day and I've pretty much cut out all sweets etc. I've also stopped eating ready-made meals etc... After that, the advice I can give you is to gradually reduce your calorie intake. I don't know much about your background so I don't really know what to tell you, plus I'm not a pro but if you want to tell me more, add me on my insta "Myuyup" lol I created it yesterday. :)

Daily check in Waist: 26 in(before) Waist: 24. 5 in(after) Day 1: exhausting as I do another 12min hiit workout before this video, do half this video only. Day 2: same as day 1 but I manage to do 3/4 of this workout. Day 3: yeahhhh, I manage to finish the whole video. I change another hiit workout btw. It is getting better and I can feel the burn. Day 4: check check. Much much more easier! Day 5: rest Day 6: done! my arms hurt Day 7: rest Day 8: done Day 9: done Day 10: done Day 11: rest Day 12: done Day 13: done Day 14: done I stop the exercise as I hit my target. This does not looks easy as it seems. Was doing ur lower abs work out + pamela riefs happy dance the whole week, thought i did great. Tonight, i tried this and my whole body is shaking, and feels like i'm about to puke too. I was really drained. But definitely will do this again tomorrow. We don't quit on challenges!

Loved it!! The slow deliberate moves were PERFECT! Too many try to incorporate cardio and I think it really lessens the intensity of the muscle work

I've been doing this video for 3 days + 2 videos of 20 minutes for arms and legs, I also changed my diet. My starting weight was 55kg now it varies between 54 and 54.5. I am 160 cm my goal is to be 49 kg. I will make updates if I lose weight again I will start a diet to reset my hormones.

@@ishmaelstylinson7929 I wrote a big paragraph and it got deleted... I'll try again! So I said I started working out at the end of February I weighed 58kg and did 30 minutes of hiit a day every day of the week and I started eating better but I wasn't losing anything. In the end I started intermittent fasting and that's when I lost 3 kilos of weight in 3 months... it took a bit long but it worked so I recommend it to you to reduce your calorie intake. I've installed an app for it and it's pretty motivating :) then I started exercising a bit more intensely for 1 hour a day and I've pretty much cut out all sweets etc. I've also stopped eating ready-made meals etc... After that, the advice I can give you is to gradually reduce your calorie intake. I don't know much about your background so I don't really know what to tell you, plus I'm not a pro but if you want to tell me more, add me on my insta "Myuyup" lol I created it yesterday. :)

Day 1: exhausting as I do another 12min hiit workout before this video, do half this video only.
Day 2: same as day 1 but I manage to do 3/4 of this workout.
Day 3: yeahhhh, I manage to finish the whole video. I change another hiit workout btw. It is getting better and I can feel the burn.
Day 4: check check. Much much more easier!

This does not looks easy as it seems. Was doing ur lower abs work out + pamela riefs happy dance the whole week, thought i did great. Tonight, i tried this and my whole body is shaking, and feels like i'm about to puke too. I was really drained. But definitely will do this again tomorrow. We don't quit on challenges!
