    I reduced my weight from 82 to 69 by combining this with intermittent fasting. Here after a series of final exams I am back with 83kgs 😢. I did this again after about two years and I couldn’t complete some exercises as same as before. Still I am on my journey again and no quitting. ❤

    I’ve been doing the workout everyday for the last 2 weeks and today is the first time that I could do a plank for 45 seconds. It may not seem like much but i am so proud of myself!

    I've been doing this workout for about a month now with 1-2 days off after working out for 3-4 days in a row. I lost 3.15 inches of my waist. I started with 163 lbs and now I am at 156,5 lbs. Don't give up, it's worth it. 😉💪

      I did an additional 3 minute arm workout. I changed my diet to less carbs and less sugar. It works great for me 😊

      A little update: I tried on my "old" jeans size 34/36 (EU size) that fit me one year ago. And guess what?? They fit perfectly again! Never give up guys!! 😊

    it’s crazy how I couldn’t do anything at first because of all the months I spent on the couch! but I’ve been doing this workout for 2 days and my stomach got slimmer also I ate a lot felt kinda guilty but this workout is the bomb and it’s like u ate nothing. 🎉

    I'll be doing this for 2 weeks to see my progress :)
    Day 1: Pretty painful, I'm surprised I actually managed to do the plank for the full 45 seconds but it was hard because I was shaking so much.
    Day 2: It hurt a little more today and I couldn't plank for more than 10 seconds at a time.
    Day 3: Man, I'm sweating so much. I actually managed to do the plank for 40 seconds today but the last exercise was absolutely killing me.
    Day 4: I think this is getting a little easier and I actually think some fat from my hips and thighs have gone. Hoping to do this twice today so I'll do it again later.
    Day 5: Couldn't do it today as I wasn't feeling well.
    Day 6: I'm sweating a lot today, but I timed myself and I can now hold a plank for a full minute! Proud of myself :)
    Day 7: Didn't do it as I was procrastinating and ended up not doing it 😒
    Day 8: Completed it twice and I feel so good!!
    Day 9: Did it once
    Day 10: Did it twice
    Day 11: Did it once
    Day 12: Did it twice

    My journey 😊
    Weight = 57 kg (Goal 50 kg)
    Height = 151 cm
    Waist = 85 cm (Goal 75 cm)
    Day 1 = ✅ + 10 minutes stretching
    Day 2 = I sweat a lot more than the 1st day and my stomach is killing me, but I was able to finish the workout ✅
    Day 3 = So tired but managed to finished it all. My abs doesn't hurt as much tho. ✅
    Day 4 = Not as tired as the 3rd day. I found out that it's harder to fight my laziness than to do exercise lol. I almost skipped it due to my laziness, but I am glad I pushed through ✅

    My journey here:
    Height: 174 cm
    weight: 65 kg
    day 1: Exhausted, did the plank for full 45 sec
    day 2: A little bit less exhausted and everything was a little bit easier
    day 3: Very sweaty and tired. Had problems to do the last exercise
    day 4: No changes exept plank was easier
    day 5: Everything was a bit easier but I’m still very sweaty
    day 6: took a break (I walked 21 km that day)
    day 7: took a break (I cycled 42 km that day and walked about 8)
    day 8: everything burnt way more also did it twice
    day 9: starting to lose motivation but did the exercise
    day 10: starting to feel a bit stronger
    day 11: no changes
    day 12: took a break (ran 20 min on stairs instead)
    day 13: period break
    day 14: Abs got stronger
    day 15: no changes
    day 16: did it twice today and I feel good
    day 17: my left elbow hurt so only did it once
    day 18: did it twice but got a bit dizzy
    day 19: forgot
    day 20: forgot
    day 21: did it once cuz I got dizzy
    took a 7 day break cuz I got sick so I’m not gonna count that
    day 22: Did it but oh boy it was tough after not doing it for 7 days
    day 23: no changes
    day 24 and 25 didn’t exercise cuz my throat burnt
    day 25: It was a bit difficult
    day 26: no changes
    day 27: Easier
    So I started focusing more on my muscles and stopped doing this, but it works! Don’t give up!
    1 year update: I went from almost 30% body fat to 20% and I feel and look much better! I also gained a lot of muscles and I just feel much stronger now, I also learned that losing weight doesn’t automatically fix mental health and body immage issues, but I do feel way more confident now. Moral of the story: Don’t give up! Things will get better in time if you try to improve them.

    I’m 12 years old I’ll be 13 next month and I went to the doctor next month and I weigh 228 and I’m trying to Eat healthy and exercise because everyone in my house is over 300 pounds and I can’t do this anymore I’m out of breath all the time I can’t do sports and feel fat so I’m gonna go on a diet and workout every day so thank you for that workout video ❤️

      Aw I hope everything goes well! Make sure to eat healthier food without cutting back on too many calories. Try to stay away from intense diets that only lasts for a short period. Especially since you're young and I dont want you to develop some sort of eating disorder. Good luck and stay strong ❤

    Day 5 - ✅ + 10k steps + 20 minute incline walk
    Day 6 - ✅ + 20 minute incline walk
    Day 7 - ✅ + 12k steps + 20 minute incline walk
    (I’m going on a trip soon so I’ll be walking a ton (20k steps) instead of this workout but I’ll keep track here and keep doing this when I come back!)
    I’m back from my trip! I over ate a LOT but I also walked a lot on some of the days? I think I gained weight but I’ll continue now.
    Day 1 (or 8)- ✅I did yoga + 2 15 minute HIIT workouts (I did half of both bc it was hard) + 10k steps
    Day 2 (or 9) - ✅I did some light yoga + + 20 minute incline walk + 10k steps
    Day 3 (or 10) - ✅+ 10k steps+pilates+ 10 minute incline
    Day 4 (or 11) -✅+ yoga + 20 minute moderate-high incline walk
    Day 5 (or 12) ✅+ 10 min stretch + 20 minute incline walk
    Day 6 (or 13)- ✅+ 5 minute stretch + full body weights video
    Day 7 (or 14) - ✅+5 min stretch + 20 minute incline walk
    Day 8 (or 15) - ✅+ 5 min stretch + just dance video + 20 minute just dance i
    Day 9 (or 16)- ✅+ 5 minute stretch + 20 minute just dance (this is so much fun)
    Day 10 (or 17)- ✅+ 5 minute stretch + 25 minute just dance
    Day 11 (or 18)-✅ + minute stretch + 20 minute just dance
    Day 12 (or 19)-✅+ 5 minute stretch+ 20 minute incline walk (update, I’ve gone from 138.5 lbs to 133.6 lbs so far)
    Day 13 (or 20)-✅ + 20 minute incline walk
    Day 14 (or 21)-✅ + 5 minute incline walk
    Day 15 (or 22)-✅ + 20 minute incline walk
    Day 16 (or 23)- ✅+ 20 minute incline walk (also, my weight hasn’t been going down in the past week or so, even though I’ve eaten within the deficit and worked out everyday. I think it may be because I’ve been really stationary and studying for my big exam and so I haven’t been doing my 10k walks….ill see how it goes)

    I am 13 who is so self conscious. This workout has allowed me to both change physically, and it has allowed me to gain my loving for my body back. I just reached my goal of doing a plank for 45 seconds for the first time. Thank you emi! This is also the most effective workout I have done!

    To everyone just starting out - you don't have to do it perfect, you can stop after 20 sec and wait another 20 and start for last 5. It's okay. You'll get better and stronger

    Let me tell you something guys. Emi's workouts WORK! I started my fitness journey 8 months ago and I was obese as a 16 year old. I was practically a 40 year old in my physical capacities. It was because of Emi's workouts that I could lose weight. Be it 6min or 45 min, I did whatever I could and here I am transformed from a 77kg teenager to 55kg teenager. I'm proud of myself and all the credit to my transformation goes to Emi. Even my food was inspired by her meals.💖💖🐒

      @@zaina884 I did all sorts of workout honestly and tried out a lot. For me a mix of Cardio and Strength training did it in the end. I love Emi Wongs, Joanna Soh and Blogilates workouts they have a lot variation on their channel and really good videos about food, too. I like Pilates and also do yoga on days where I wanna take it easy. Just try out different workouts and you're gonna see what works best for you and what you like the most.

    I'm a new grandmother and all I can think about is how I want to see my grandson grow into the wonderful man I'm sure he'll be. I have completely changed my life to make sure I'm healthy enough to be here long enough to see my great grandkids. I just can't imagine how much I'll love them. I use this workout plus a low carb diet and fat has just melted away. The trick is that you have to give 100% effort. Push through the pain. I hadn't worked out in many many years before this. If I can do it, I promise you can as well.

    Edit: I lost a lot of body fat by reducing the portion size of my meals and by working out daily. You need to be patient , the results will be visible.
    I am planning to do this workout for 1 month 💪
    Day 1: ✅️
    Day 2:✅️ I experienced a deadly pain in my legs and thigh area but Completed all the exercises
    Day 3: ✅️ It felt easier than yesterday I was able to do the plank for 45 seconds😊
    Day 4: ✅️
    Day 5: ✅️
    Day 7: ✅️
    Day 8: ✅️
    Day 9:✅️
    Day 10: Difference is visible my clothes are looking loose on me and now I can even wear my old clothes in which I was never able to fit myself.
    Day 11: I measured my waist size reduced from 32 to 30
    Day 12: ✅️
    Day 13: ❌️ I was not able to do workout because of periods
    Day 14 :❌️
    Day 15: ❌️
    Day 16❌️
    Day 17: ✅️
    Day 18: ✅️
    Day 20: ✅️
    Day 21: ✅️
    Day 22: I again checked my waist size it's reduced to 28 from 30
    But my desired goal is 26

      Update: i have now done this exercise three times in total, first time was around a week ago, then two days ago and today, and i am already seeing minor changes, the exercises themselves are still tiring, but they’re not as difficult as they where the first time, and i see some changes in my body as well, which only motivates me to keep going☺️

    The first 3 days of me doing this exercise was extremely hard, my body was aching but I pushed myself to finish the exercise because I know that it will be all worth it in the end. It's been two weeks and I've lost about 4kg (I've been also lessening my food portions) my goal weight is 50 and my current weight is 57 wish me luck guys!!!

    Day 1:✅ very tiring I’m still panting two mins after doing this but this will all be commended for !
    Day 2:〰️did up to the 13th exercise but got more challenging than day before
    Day 3:✅ sooo tired my abs have legs and stomach have been killing meee since yesterday 😭
    Day 4:✅actually easier now not bad (can’t record my weights as I don’t have equipment too 😭sorry )
    Day 5:✅it feels easy now so much that I feel so cool doing these excersises 😂may do 2 more days because I want to try the harder exercises !

    This is my first time doing this workout and it was actually really fun! I love how she gives a “description” on how to do every exercise. Not only does it help me do it correct but it also keeps me distracted from how tired I am! I also like how she gives random motivation such as “don’t give up guys”. Definitely recommend king this :)

    Just do it, you CAN do it! I didn’t want to workout till next month… I kept procrastinating but I did it! I’m 5’6 at 148 pounds, my goal is 130. I’m fasting everyday after 3/4pm. I’ll try to keep this updated on my progress.
    Alright, I’m back at it again. I was so sore when trying to exercise that I had to take a 2 day break! I’m still sore but I’m ready to workout again.

      Best wishes to you, you and me both. Lack of motivation is a killer but I think the biggest way to give yourself a jumpstart is to not expect yourself to perform at peak every day out of the blue. You can’t jump into the deep end of a regular work out routine, you gotta ease your body into it /and/ ease your mind into making it a habit
      Remember that and remind yourself that slow progress is still progress. The effort will be worthwhile ♥️♥️

    Night one, as a overweight person by a lot; I’m feeling really hopeless but reading these comments and finding this workout hard rn, I could only go 11 minutes into the video and had to stop for a break, but knowing it gets easier along the way is giving me more strength to go on, I’m hoping to lose a lot of weight so, Day 1 Completed, gonna try to do this two times a day on the weekends and once a night during the week days, I hope this helps me.

      you know, when you’re starting out, you don’t have to be perfect. that’s not the point, if you want something, you should work for it or you aren’t gonna get anywhere. it’ll be easier in time. yes it will get harder to be consistent but when you drill it in ur routine you’ll feel much better

    Back in May 2020, I was doing this exercise only every single day and night for 2 weeks. I lost 3kg, of course with some diet also. My stomach became flat, my arms lost some fats. It is really helpful. So, whoever read this, you can do this! Only you can make things possible!

    Doing this workout for as long as i can (including the days i rest), in some days I will do some more workouts for flat stomach.
    My goal: To get rid of belly fat
    Height: 160 cm
    Weight: 49 kg (goal: 45 kg)
    Waist: 68 (goal: 65 if possible)
    I will measure my weight and waist every 7 days. Gonna try for a month, wish me luck🥹

    For those who are here for their corona glow up, this is such a good workout. I've started doing this workout routine every day since the beginning of 2020 and I went from 71kg to 66kg in just a few weeks (of course with a little tweaking at my diet).       @@azami6422 The initial drastic weight loss happens because of loss of water and not loss of body fat solely.
      As we lose more weight, it becomes difficult to lose further because our body has already lost the water.

    Day 1: Did a workout after ages and finished one after Idk how long, but this was perfect for me challenging yet doable, except for the last exercise which I messed up quite badly, but still proud of myself for doing something. Plan to continue this for a month so see you tomorrow.
    UPDATE:
    Day 2: was feeling quite sore and didn't feel like working out but I pushed myself and am so glad that I did, the workout felt the same as yesterday maybe a bit easier actually, all good, still haven't gotten the hang of the last exercise though. 😬
    Day 3: Getting better at it, did the last exercise but I don't like it at all, I guess I will swap it for a 45-second plank.
    Day 4: It's getting easier, well some parts, with some exercises i really struggled with breathing today, also swapped the last exercise with plank.
    Day 5: Done, getting better.
    Day 6: Done
    Day 7: the rest day 🌼
    Day 8: Done
    Here after a very unexpected and long break, life happened but I am glad to be back
    Day 9: Done, surprisingly i didn't find it difficult at all considering the very long break in between

    Hi, Emi! This is my 2nd day doing this workout + I walk around our village for 30 to 40 minutes everyday. I can say that this workout gives me motivation to continue and not just stay on my bed the whole day. I'm trying to be fit and healthy this year since I have PCOS.

    there are days I don't want to do this and I find it hard to find the motivation but I just have to keep going. I've been overweight for nearly all of my teen years and early 20s.     I'm graduating in July. I was 55 kg before lock down and i gain at least 10 kg the past 2 years. None of my 'outside' clothes fit me anymore (esp my uniform) so i was trying to lose some weight. My goal is to at least lessen my weight 5kg (from 65 to 60kg) please wish me well🥲

    AFTER 2 WEEKS:
    I am doing this work out plus 2 stretching routine (posture corrector & normal stretch) and another 10 min hitt work out from emi and ive lost 4 kg after 2 weeks. My weight now jumps back and forth from 61-62 kg. I also stopped snacking before bed and started drinking at least 1 liter of water everyday. Sometimes i do 100 jumping rope to strengthen my heart- and ive never felt light

    Well , let me tell u my story !
    So , I was 15 when I started doing her workouts and I lost like so many kg's , I couldn't believe that its actually true ! It all felt like a dream come true . and after reaching my goal I stopped doing them and ate like a monster , I forgot that after loosing , maintaining it is more important !
    Then , I gained all my weight back , I went into self hatred and depression , every night felt like way too long and scary and my own thoughts started chasing me , but now I've decided to make it my lifestyle and I'll start again but this time with proper planning , goals and focus on muscle gaining then loosing fat !

    Doing this for a month
    Day1: This was probably the easiest intense workout I’ve done, they were so easy but effective. I’m literally so sweaty after this 😭😭
    Day2: I really felt the burn today, and my body feels lighter and although it’s not noticeable my body looks
    a little bit more toned
    Day3: my body was so sore today so I decided to do some stretching I’ll start this workout again tomorrow

      @sam actually intermittent fasting is safe, there are many options of fasting like 16/8 or 10/14 or 12/12, it's not dangerous because u also give your body to remove toxins on the fasting hours.

    Day 1: I feel awkward doing the exercises and have to take lots of breaks, but we're off to a good start.
    Day 2: I did much better today. Took fewer breaks and improved my form I think.
    Day 3: Didn't do as well as yesterday but it's starting to feel good instead of painful. I've decided that my goal is to be able to do the 45 second plank with no breaks.
    Day 4: Felt really good about today. I'm learning on how to breathe in a way that keeps me going longer. Only took one break for a couple seconds in planking today!
    [Break for weekend]
    Day 5: Didn't feel well today so skipped the workout. Oops.
    Day 6: I thought I'd really regress after not working out for three days, but it wasn't too bad. Only took a break during planking and last exercise. I felt really winded after though. Glad to be back on it regardless.
    Day 7: Didn't enjoy my workout today. Felt harder than usual for some reason. Maybe it's because I didn't get much sleep? Did well on the last exercise tho, which is one I struggle with. Hoping to feel better tomorrow.
    Day 8: Soo proud of myself today! Only took one extra break today and it was during the plank. I did the last exercise w no breaks for the first time! Feeling stronger 💪
    Day 9: SO CLOSE TO MY GOAL! Planked for 45 seconds. Getting there!
    Day 10: Saturday. Decided not to take breaks on weekends, figured it'd just mess up my progress. Didn't do very well today but I went on a short jog this morning so I think I was just partially worn out already.

    i used to play volleyball and go to gym everyday. for the last 2 years i have been so depressed and didnt even lift my finger. now even washing the dishes takes a lot of my energy. hope I can get myself back on track.

    Goal:50kg
    DAY 1: completed. It was so hard but I pushed myself to complete the workout
    DAY 2: completed. I sweated a lot but still I managed to complete it
