Hello stanger, I just want to say: Look at you! You are doing a workout today! Even if you think it went badly, you were active today and that's already something to be proud of. Also, enjoy the endorfines exercising gave you, they feel pretty nice don't they
It might be hard, but, miracles don’t happen all the time, stop checking the comments to see if it worked and you make it work, I believe in you, you are strong. You are brave, that’s why you are here today because you believe in yourself. Keep going. Don’t stop.
That was cheesy but it really helped me. Thanks!! That's the very time someone said something like that and it didn't make me feel like they were being sarcastic
I reduced my weight from 82 to 69 by combining this with intermittent fasting. Here after a series of final exams I am back with 83kgs 😢. I did this again after about two years and I couldn’t complete some exercises as same as before. Still I am on my journey again and no quitting. ❤
Just remember your mind gives up a hundred times before your body does. Edit: I love to motivate people and it makes me happy to know that im making people strong.

To everyone just starting out - you don't have to do it perfect, you can stop after 20 sec and wait another 20 and start for last 5. It's okay. You'll get better and stronger
Same and it's nice because my parents actually have no idea about it so since it's quiet then I don't feel ashamed because they wouldn't come ask me what's going on.
My parents once asked me if i snuck a boy in when they werent home bc my neighbours called them and asked wtf that noise was that was coming from my room, they said it sounded like a jumping elephant. THANKS NEIGHBOURS I WAS DOING A HIIT WORKOUT
I struggle with anxiety and this morning it was at a all time high instead of panicking like always I decided turn on this video and start my fitness journey!! After this video not a inch of anxiety and I’m ready to start my work day. I hope you all have a wonderful day!! 🦋
I've been doing this workout for about a month now with 1-2 days off after working out for 3-4 days in a row. I lost 3.15 inches of my waist. I started with 163 lbs and now I am at 156,5 lbs. Don't give up, it's worth it. 😉💪
A little update: I tried on my "old" jeans size 34/36 (EU size) that fit me one year ago. And guess what?? They fit perfectly again! Never give up guys!! 😊
The first 3 days of me doing this exercise was extremely hard, my body was aching but I pushed myself to finish the exercise because I know that it will be all worth it in the end. It's been two weeks and I've lost about 4kg (I've been also lessening my food portions) my goal weight is 50 and my current weight is 57 wish me luck guys!!!
it’s crazy how I couldn’t do anything at first because of all the months I spent on the couch! but I’ve been doing this workout for 2 days and my stomach got slimmer also I ate a lot felt kinda guilty but this workout is the bomb and it’s like u ate nothing. 🎉
Let me tell you something guys. Emi's workouts WORK! I started my fitness journey 8 months ago and I was obese as a 16 year old. I was practically a 40 year old in my physical capacities. It was because of Emi's workouts that I could lose weight. Be it 6min or 45 min, I did whatever I could and here I am transformed from a 77kg teenager to 55kg teenager. I'm proud of myself and all the credit to my transformation goes to Emi. Even my food was inspired by her meals.💖💖🐒
Mimansha wow! i am so proud of you omg that is amazing how you could lose all this weight less than a year! also if you don’t mind can i know what workout you did?
That's inspiring. I was really overweight too. I was 92kg and i'm at 63 now. I wanna loose some more but the important thing for now is that i'm healthy and fit again. I'm proud of you! Fighting!
Wow, you guys are huge motivation and it must have taken a huge amount of dedication and determination to lose so much weight. Could I ask what workouts did you do, how often and how long did it take to transform? I was 70 kilos and now I am 63 in about 3 months due to inconsistency :/
@@zaina884 I did all sorts of workout honestly and tried out a lot. For me a mix of Cardio and Strength training did it in the end. I love Emi Wongs, Joanna Soh and Blogilates workouts they have a lot variation on their channel and really good videos about food, too. I like Pilates and also do yoga on days where I wanna take it easy. Just try out different workouts and you're gonna see what works best for you and what you like the most.
@@kunfusedsincebirth1120 mine is also the same situation just now at present my weight is 93.2KG And I am 24years old but due to over weight I look like a 40years old lady having 3-4kids Life looks like heavy burden on me feel sad to say I can't look my face in mirror also Just thinking of to start this beginner excersie!!
My journey here: Height: 174 cm weight: 65 kg day 1: Exhausted, did the plank for full 45 sec day 2: A little bit less exhausted and everything was a little bit easier day 3: Very sweaty and tired. Had problems to do the last exercise day 4: No changes exept plank was easier day 5: Everything was a bit easier but I’m still very sweaty day 6: took a break (I walked 21 km that day) day 7: took a break (I cycled 42 km that day and walked about 8) day 8: everything burnt way more also did it twice day 9: starting to lose motivation but did the exercise day 10: starting to feel a bit stronger day 11: no changes day 12: took a break (ran 20 min on stairs instead) day 13: period break day 14: Abs got stronger day 15: no changes day 16: did it twice today and I feel good day 17: my left elbow hurt so only did it once day 18: did it twice but got a bit dizzy day 19: forgot day 20: forgot day 21: did it once cuz I got dizzy took a 7 day break cuz I got sick so I’m not gonna count that day 22: Did it but oh boy it was tough after not doing it for 7 days day 23: no changes day 24 and 25 didn’t exercise cuz my throat burnt day 25: It was a bit difficult day 26: no changes day 27: Easier So I started focusing more on my muscles and stopped doing this, but it works! Don’t give up! 1 year update: I went from almost 30% body fat to 20% and I feel and look much better! I also gained a lot of muscles and I just feel much stronger now, I also learned that losing weight doesn’t automatically fix mental health and body immage issues, but I do feel way more confident now. Moral of the story: Don’t give up! Things will get better in time if you try to improve them.
Best wishes to you, you and me both. Lack of motivation is a killer but I think the biggest way to give yourself a jumpstart is to not expect yourself to perform at peak every day out of the blue. You can’t jump into the deep end of a regular work out routine, you gotta ease your body into it /and/ ease your mind into making it a habit Remember that and remind yourself that slow progress is still progress. The effort will be worthwhile ♥️♥️
starting today…my mom and sister called me fat and my best friend said I was chubby 💔 I need the motivation Start: 57.3 kg Day 1: ❤ Day 2: ❤ Day 3: ❤ Day 4: ❤ Day 5-7: didn’t do it since I was on vacation, but burned a lot of calories skiing so hopefully that helped Day 8: ❤
Finally! A beginner's workout that's actually appropriate for beginners and doesn't require 20 minutes of off/on jumping. A big thanks to you Emi - you're awesome!
I'm 210lbs (95kg) trying to better myself! Trying to lose 66lbs (29kg) to get to a healthy weight! Gonna keep doing this and another cardio workout! Thank you for posting this, I feel so much better about myself already and it's just day 1
Same here, look up beginner flexibility stretches, and do those before workouts! Itll help you warm up and help you be able to get ur legs straight over time !
Back in May 2020, I was doing this exercise only every single day and night for 2 weeks. I lost 3kg, of course with some diet also. My stomach became flat, my arms lost some fats. It is really helpful. So, whoever read this, you can do this! Only you can make things possible!
@@arliap6909 Hi dear, sorry for the late reply. I am doing the intermittent fasting since during that time, it was Ramadhan month. It is really helpful. Only fasting works for me to lose some weight. We can do this together. All the best! Make sure have a good sleep too ;)
I’m 12 years old I’ll be 13 next month and I went to the doctor next month and I weigh 228 and I’m trying to Eat healthy and exercise because everyone in my house is over 300 pounds and I can’t do this anymore I’m out of breath all the time I can’t do sports and feel fat so I’m gonna go on a diet and workout every day so thank you for that workout video ❤️
Aw I hope everything goes well! Make sure to eat healthier food without cutting back on too many calories. Try to stay away from intense diets that only lasts for a short period. Especially since you're young and I dont want you to develop some sort of eating disorder. Good luck and stay strong ❤
don't listen to your family, you're completely fine the way you are. you don't need to change your weight just because they've called you fat, we're all different in our own ways. ❤

The beginner mode looks easy but midway through you can feel the burn. I like it that we aren’t rushing and the aim is to tighten the core so it was easy to focus on the workout. Today is day 1 and I’m loving it. Update you at the end of the week
Don't let them do that. You are beautiful. And you can do what's right for you. If it is someone close to you explain the situation and how important it is to you. I know it can be hard . I have been there . But i lost 21 kgs. And i believe in you. I know you can do it. Let's do this together 💪💪
For those who are here for their corona glow up, this is such a good workout. I've started doing this workout routine every day since the beginning of 2020 and I went from 71kg to 66kg in just a few weeks (of course with a little tweaking at my diet). So for those who are serious in getting that glow up, this is your workout!!
Bruno The Expert i think not. Because I lost four kilos in just one week and two days without so much exercise. Proper diet changes everything I guess. I’m also quite shock myself. guess it’s possible haha
@@azami6422 The initial drastic weight loss happens because of loss of water and not loss of body fat solely. As we lose more weight, it becomes difficult to lose further because our body has already lost the water.
This is my first time doing this workout and it was actually really fun! I love how she gives a “description” on how to do every exercise. Not only does it help me do it correct but it also keeps me distracted from how tired I am! I also like how she gives random motivation such as “don’t give up guys”. Definitely recommend king this :)
I'll be doing this for 2 weeks to see my progress :) Day 1: Pretty painful, I'm surprised I actually managed to do the plank for the full 45 seconds but it was hard because I was shaking so much. Day 2: It hurt a little more today and I couldn't plank for more than 10 seconds at a time. Day 3: Man, I'm sweating so much. I actually managed to do the plank for 40 seconds today but the last exercise was absolutely killing me. Day 4: I think this is getting a little easier and I actually think some fat from my hips and thighs have gone. Hoping to do this twice today so I'll do it again later. Day 5: Couldn't do it today as I wasn't feeling well. Day 6: I'm sweating a lot today, but I timed myself and I can now hold a plank for a full minute! Proud of myself :) Day 7: Didn't do it as I was procrastinating and ended up not doing it 😒 Day 8: Completed it twice and I feel so good!! Day 9: Did it once Day 10: Did it twice Day 11: Did it once Day 12: Did it twice
Love Emi's workouts. They're the perfect amount of time, and they pass by fast. They are achievable without being overwhelming. I honestly can't say enough. Love you Emi!
The fact I’m on the floor right now just trying to catch my breath is a huge reality check. Gonna keep up with this workout till I beat it instead of it beating me lmao
Haha, no kidding. I'm not really overweight but I have gained some that I'd like to lose. Figured this should be a piece of cake but holy cow. I am so out of shape.
I am 13 who is so self conscious. This workout has allowed me to both change physically, and it has allowed me to gain my loving for my body back. I just reached my goal of doing a plank for 45 seconds for the first time. Thank you emi! This is also the most effective workout I have done!
I believe in you! You can always adjust it and make it a bit easier (what I did) until that gets a bit easier, then you can work up to it being how it normally is.
@@hipeople9856 thank you 🥺thats what ive been doing. i started doing it every couple days but now im doing it every day and hopefully they start getting a little easier lmao but then i can do a different workout and start the process all over again 😅

My daughter is 2.5 years old and I had a c-section so I had a good excuse for a time, but that time passed too long ago lol. No more excuses. This is the year I get fit again. I know we can do it. Consistency is key! I'm going to start doing this every 2 days until I can do it everyday like you. If it becomes easy, maybe I'll do it twice or find a longer and more challenging video. I want to take this seriously, so I will be updating over here--- My target is to loose 8kgs Starting it from 11/07/2022 Motivate me guys and let's start together Day 1- 60.5kg Day 2- 60kg Day 3- 59.8kg Day 4- 59.8kg Day 5- 59.9kg Day 6and7 -no Day 8-14 -60kg
Workout starts at 1:40 Day 1: I feel awkward doing the exercises and have to take lots of breaks, but we're off to a good start. Day 2: I did much better today. Took fewer breaks and improved my form I think. Day 3: Didn't do as well as yesterday but it's starting to feel good instead of painful. I've decided that my goal is to be able to do the 45 second plank with no breaks. Day 4: Felt really good about today. I'm learning on how to breathe in a way that keeps me going longer. Only took one break for a couple seconds in planking today! [Break for weekend] Day 5: Didn't feel well today so skipped the workout. Oops. Day 6: I thought I'd really regress after not working out for three days, but it wasn't too bad. Only took a break during planking and last exercise. I felt really winded after though. Glad to be back on it regardless. Day 7: Didn't enjoy my workout today. Felt harder than usual for some reason. Maybe it's because I didn't get much sleep? Did well on the last exercise tho, which is one I struggle with. Hoping to feel better tomorrow. Day 8: Soo proud of myself today! Only took one extra break today and it was during the plank. I did the last exercise w no breaks for the first time! Feeling stronger 💪 Day 9: SO CLOSE TO MY GOAL! Planked for 45 seconds. Getting there! Day 10: Saturday. Decided not to take breaks on weekends, figured it'd just mess up my progress. Didn't do very well today but I went on a short jog this morning so I think I was just partially worn out already. Check back for daily updates
You got this!! I was uncomfortable with my weight and still am...i don't weigh that much but i still feel like i am. a girl told me i was fat when i weighed 100lbs, and she weighed more she was just uncomfortable in herself!!! This is my favorite HIIT workout so far. There is variety, she switches up the excersies so that muscle groups can rest, and the modifications allow me to stay engaged rather than feel like I can't keep up. Thanks for putting this up!
I have been doing this for a week along with april han's thigh and shoulder workout, and trust me i lost tons of weight in just a week! I lost around 0.8-1.2 kg. I didnt diet along from avoiding snacks, after eating i walk around for 5 minutes. I seriously recommend this workout for yall! Btw after a week and more, u will gain a bit of weight, although it isnt fat but muscle so normalize it! I never believed that i could lost weight aswell, but trust me if u pit effort into it, ut would be 101% worth it! Fighting!

I'm a new grandmother and all I can think about is how I want to see my grandson grow into the wonderful man I'm sure he'll be. I have completely changed my life to make sure I'm healthy enough to be here long enough to see my great grandkids. I just can't imagine how much I'll love them. I use this workout plus a low carb diet and fat has just melted away. The trick is that you have to give 100% effort. Push through the pain. I hadn't worked out in many many years before this. If I can do it, I promise you can as well.
You think ya big boy throwing three stacks imma show you how to ball you a mismatch opinionated but I’m always spitting straight facts throwback I might throw this on an 8 track
I said six months ago that I would start using this video to encourage me to lose weight. I was at the lowest point in my life at 180lbs and I felt huge. I felt bad for putting makeup on and looking pretty or doing things that you normally wouldn’t feel ashamed about. I stumbled across this video and it is by far my favorite workout to do and I keep coming back to it every day. It is six months later and so far I have lost 40 lbs, with around 15 left to go. Emi has helped me so much throughout this and I probably wouldn’t be at this weight if I didn’t find this video because the others were just too difficult. There have been days when it just seems way too difficult to want to get up and exercise but this video is a lot easier for me. I don’t feel as heavy/my weight bouncing around/or like a wet noodle when I’m done anymore! Tysm for giving me my confidence back
Im glad i found this video, I’ve always been so insecure about my body, i buy a bunch of cute clothes that i’d love to wear, but i never wear them because im scared that people will judge my body, so i’m here to make a change and feel better in my own skin
Update: i have now done this exercise three times in total, first time was around a week ago, then two days ago and today, and i am already seeing minor changes, the exercises themselves are still tiring, but they’re not as difficult as they where the first time, and i see some changes in my body as well, which only motivates me to keep going☺️
@sam actually intermittent fasting is safe, there are many options of fasting like 16/8 or 10/14 or 12/12, it's not dangerous because u also give your body to remove toxins on the fasting hours.

Doing this workout for two weeks! Hi, Emi! This is my 2nd day doing this workout + I walk around our village for 30 to 40 minutes everyday. I can say that this workout gives me motivation to continue and not just stay on my bed the whole day. I'm trying to be fit and healthy this year since I have PCOS. Current Weight: 68kgs Target Weight: 63kgs I'll be back after 12 days, April 12 for updates.
As someone who used to exercise and stopped for a long time. Im glad this video exists. It was really hard to start again. I had lost so much muscle and gained a lot of body fat and along with that my motivation was low when i saw how weak i was compared to my past self. These exercises were a lot easier to perform and i got used to it in about a week. This one is a true beginner workout and it made me want to workout again so im glad for that ^^

I’ve done this specific work out sooooo many times over the years!! Thank you so much for the work you’re doing!! It’s become one of my comfort work outs. Adjusting it to my liking every time. Sometimes I’ll extend the exercises to 55 seconds, sometimes I’ll use weights, but sometimes I’ll do the good old version. Always helps me to getting back into exercising, even if I don’t feel like it. Not trying to lose any weight, just trying to stay strong and active.

Day 1: I feel awkward doing the exercises and have to take lots of breaks, but we're off to a good start.
[Break for weekend]
Day 5: Didn't feel well today so skipped the workout.
Feeling stronger 💪
Day 9: SO CLOSE TO MY GOAL! Planked for 45 seconds. Getting there!
Day 10: Saturday. Decided not to take breaks on weekends, figured it'd just mess up my progress. Didn't do very well today but I went on a short jog this morning so I think I was just partially worn out already.

You got this!! I was uncomfortable with my weight and still am...i don't weigh that much but i still feel like i am. a girl told me i was fat when i weighed 100lbs, and she weighed more she was just uncomfortable in herself!!! SO GO GET EM'!!!! PUT IN THE HARD WORK, IT WILL BE WORTH IT IN THE END!! people who are skinny don't get there from sitting down all day! they work! i believe in you!

It’s crazy how I needed a WHOLE PANDEMIC to motivate me to get in shape .. I-
@@satisfyinggrape3318 oh gosh same😅. The last months I always thought, that I need something like holidays or so, to get in shape and now I got a whole pandemic 😬😅
This is the best motivation. Ever. we can do this! 🥺
@@satisfyinggrape3318 😂 This pandemic is the reason I am gaining weight because I just keep snacking 😂
ive never exercised really in my life and i got to the 8 min mark before having to take a longer break, but tbh i never expected to get so far so im happy that i can! this is just the beginning
Fighting!
I've just lost a half kilo after this exercise😂 btw goodluck!
@@fadlialamsyah9376 omg loll, goodluck to you too! and a little update after doing this for almost 2 weeks my weight was 54kg and now im 51.7 kg so goodluck and fighting to you all!
What did you have like for 3 meals a day?
@@nasreendelwar7159 i didnt do any diet! I just avoided snack and eat in a smaller portion, and ik this is cliche but drink lots of water
@@eerlin_is_me how many times a day did you do this workout?
Today, on my 25th day of this workout, I managed to do the last exercises without dropping to the floor. I am so proud of myself! 💪🏻🥳

This used to be my workout for the day. After this i was done.
Now, a year later, it's just a warm-up for my 1hour workout.
You can do it guys!

Tysm for giving me my confidence back
I am so proud of you, I hope you keep going until you reach your goal!
I am so proud of you, I hope you keep going until you reach your goal!

Congratualations!! That's a tough journey and it's amazing you're doing so well :)

Before my weight was 60kg
But after doing this and intermittent fasting,
After 2 weeks, i weigh 56kg already. Love it! 😍
hi, can you tell me what diet you ate while doing this?
@@abigailbateman318 u just need to eat healthy and eat low carbs : )
How many times you do one day
at what times did you eat ? I want to try intermittent fasting but with school, it’s hard because I have to eat early ):
@sam actually intermittent fasting is safe, there are many options of fasting like 16/8 or 10/14 or 12/12, it's not dangerous because u also give your body to remove toxins on the fasting hours.

I'll be back after 12 days, April 12 for updates.

This one is a true beginner workout and it made me want to workout again so im glad for that ^^
Wow ALREADY a week since I started working out! Wow I've never felt that good! Many of your videos helped me create a routine! Thank you :) and remember guys, *STAY STRONG YOU CAN DO THIS💪💪❤❤*
