    Gonna update!
    day 1- honstly feel a little lightheaded, heard a lot of cracking and some pain and discomfort! helped me try to fix my shrimp posture
    day 2- lot less cracking and discomfort, my back and neck felt thankful to me all day, felt a lot less pain throughout the day and honestly feel a lot more tightened up lol
    day 3- almost none cracking, literally no more discomfort, my jaw is a little more defined and i felt good all day spent it with no pain
    day 4- GUYS THIS IS LITERALLY A LIFE CHANGER MY BACK AND NECK DONT EVEN HURT THAT BAD ANYMORE AND I CAN STAND STTAUGHT WITHOUT PAIN LETS GOOO. My jaw and side profile look so much more defined and visible and my chin is a lil reduced.
    day 5- my upper back + neck are slimmer there is less fat jiggling out of tight shirts
    sorry for not updating. we had bad thunderstorms and we were left without electricity and a roof.. alot of patching up to do

      @user-gx3rm9ej3d I had a short neck and before this stretch exercise I look like a human who doesn't have a neck and I was kind of insecured about that so basically I started doing this stretching exercise though it was tough to do every singel day but I didn't quit because I really wanted to have a neck 😅😅 whenever I feel demotivated I always see myself in the mirror ND my inerself instantly got motivated ... and now it becomes my everyday ritual ...I even do it before going to bed ....😅

I like doing your exercises because they are simple and quiet easy to do and I can see the results, but lately my ankles have been weak and I can't do jumping exercises they hurt and I'm afraid to break them😅.     I started this
    Day 1: There was a lot if cracking and it hurt in some exercises
    Day 2: I felt less pain and it did not crack as much and there was some discomfort but it felt good aftr I was done
    Day 3: it was painless and refreshing, the creases on my neck are not that visible. It's working~
    Day 4:ok the creases r barely visible and my neck is longer too but it's not too noticable
    Day 5:Yep this works wonders I was always insecure of my neck and now I feel much better. Thank u Emi!
