    I m doing This For 15 Days.. And surely Share The result With u
    Note - I am Doing This two times in day
    DAY - 1 ✅ Done this exercise 2 tyms in day
    DAY - 2 ✅ Arm are hurting literally but still did 2 times in day for better results
    DAY - 3 ✅ Done only in morning due to busy schedule arms are still hurting
    DAY - 4 ✅ Done 2 tyms
    DAY - 5 🚫 Not done
    DAY - 6✅ Done
    DAY-7
    No results are seen yettt but will try more 7 days and give updates

    I tried this twice today and was able to burn 235 calories. I can feel the burn in my arms. I didn't do well with pushups but the rest of the workout is excellent. Hopefully I'll see progress as I do this consistently.
    My underam fat is very noticeable and wearing a sleeveless looks horrible. I know it's been a year after this upload but thank you for posting this video.

    Hello mam I'm doing this from 2weeks for now , when I wear a dress which was tight before now it is getting little lose but the size is still the same... Like while I see it, it looks the same 🥺 can ik why! Pls reply!!! 🥺🙏
