    I’m 30 year old & weighs 99kg (nov2022) & height 5’9” And i was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure…
    I’m lazy n never followed regular exercise and always ear sweet food..
    I was never fond of packet foods and munching n all that but my sweet intake was high as well as fried foods & outside foods…
    I simply cut off salt & sugar since Nov2022 and started walking just 30mins a day…
    Right now after 6 months i have reached 84kg…
    15kg in just 6 month without any severe methods… just NO SALT & SUGAR thats it…

      After 1 hour “Poha” with beetroot juice…
      Lunch - 2 bowl daal (least or no salt) + 1 small bowl subji (less salt) + 2-3 roti made with mixed flour and not only wheat + 1 glass buttermilk (thin)
      5-6pm 1 apple
      7-8pm Khichdi + Curd or Mixed Salad or sometimes nothing at all

    Just start exercise and avoid highly fatty food or junk trust me I am doing exercises since A year by followed fituber exercise session and nothing more and healthy Desi diet and this enough . 👌
    But yes it takes minimum 6 months to get results.
    When you do exercise You automatically avoid junk bcz only you know effort you putting 🌝

    I am here to say that, I followed the 7 pm thing since jan 2022, and I have lost 24 kgs till now, I did nothing extra, no fat loss supplements. I did it for 10 months, sadly I eat a lot of sugar and fried food these days, but I am having my last meal at 7 pm, and my weight is constant. I am just 17 in age and people always ask me tips to loose weight.

    I can't walk fast/run
    I get tired easily.
    I keep myself hydrated all the time.
    I suffer from asthma
    I don't take sugar or any caffeinated drinks.
    My protein intake is very low I'll try to include it in my diet.
    I have low blood sugar levels & also low blood pressure.
    I really want to reduce weight.

      I would advise you to first control what you eat. Jab weight thoda kam ho tab excercise start karna. My two friends lost too much weight by being consistent. Even I am a little chubby now since lockdown. But I have been on my weight loss journey. I do feel the difference.
      Set realistic expectation unlike losing 10 kgs in one month. Otherwise you might even gain more weight than before. Best of luck.😇

Your ideas and thoughts are always on point and ur knowledge about everything related to healthy is just amazing. I just wanted to know that i cannot cure my PCOS, not eating that much, i couldn't reduce my weight doing all these things applied every diet plan. I'm just fed up. I'm 62kg and my weight must be around 52-55 to healthy. The problem is my body retain water, everything i eat, i get swelled with severe abdominal pain. Even drinking water makes me heavy. Kindly advice what should I do ?

    I'll tell you one thing - I don't eat fried food, don't eat after 7:30, drink 2 litre water daily and never munch between the meals, still my tummy is out... Actually I'm a upsc aspirant and i study for 10 hours daily sitting on my chair and desk, i do go on a walk for 10 mins after every 2 hours but still nothing's working
