You were so close. Beast, to me it's the obvious choice. Hank McCoy (specifically before the blue fur mutation) looks exactly like Henry Cavill. Hank is charming, sweet, a serious nerd, and although incredibly smart, never feels arrogant like a lot of the other geniuses in the MCU right now. Hank is like if you took Clark Kent and mixed him with Sherlock Holmes. Hank could also be played as British and no one would bat an eye. Now the only issue here is the post blue fur mutation look for the character: if they wanted to do the makeup thing again (which I doubt they would because it's overdone and never really looked quite right) I think Henry has the perfect head for Beast, but they would probably end up going with motion capture to make him look like a big blue lion man, and as far as I know, Henry has not done any motion capture work. And, he already looks like a Comics accurate Scott Summers, which has been a trend of actor choices in MCU. I like Aaron Eckhart for Sentry. Honestly, I was just trying to come up with a character for Eckhart to play and landed on Sentry as his closest look-alike, but... The more I think about it, the more I like it, especially now after your breakdown of the character. I really think he could play Sentry and Void very well.
If Cavill comes to the MCU, it would be best for him to play someone, who isn't just a different take from Superman. I'd start with making him a Villain. He can have a menacing presence, both physically and psychologically.
Give him a goatee and make him Arno Stark, coming from the future to become the new Iron Man. Give him his own movie, titled Iron Man 2099. At the very end reveal he's actually a villain. Minds blown.
My favourite Hyperion is the truck driver Hyperion, it’s a version of the man with all the power in the world and he just wants to enjoy life on the road. If you don't mention Doom - Star Power, could land multiple movies as a surviving villain. Strong. Confident. Handsome. Suave. I think he's perfect for Doom.
I hate that because they will want/have to show his face regularly, and that doesn't work for Doom, plus, there are actors with way better Doom voices

Honestly, I was just trying to come up with a character for Eckhart to play and landed on Sentry as his closest look-alike, but... The more I think about it, the more I like it, especially now after your breakdown of the character. I really think he could play Sentry and Void very well.
If Cavill comes to the MCU, it would be best for him to play someone, who isn't just a different take from Superman.
I'd start with making him a Villain. He can have a menacing presence, both physically and psychologically.

Give him a goatee and make him Arno Stark, coming from the future to become the new Iron Man. Give him his own movie, titled Iron Man 2099. At the very end reveal he's actually a villain. Minds blown.
