COMMENT below and let me know if you liked this video and how I can help you in the future! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 (Also - not a bad idea to supplement your stretching with some consistent core strengthening. Here's a 6-minute core routine I recommend: th-cam.com/video/pJp08smdcFk/w-d-xo.html )
Hi sir. I woke up daily with lower back Stiffness and it continues the whole day. When I try to bend my back for a while then it takes time to get back to the same position. Please suggest me what to do sir?
This video is right on time I'm in bed in Florida being lazy because of the chill weather I'm on it this is confirmation for me my back hurts so I'm going to do something about it give me a nice stretch
I'm 23 years old and can't touch my toes. I am definitely active and my lack of flexibility is a running joke between my friends and I. I don't want to grow up past the point of no return so thank you for a genuinely beginner-flexibility routine
@Art Vandelay I used to tell myself that that was true but I was lying to myself. I used to touch my toes and be extremely flexible as a kid and it's purely my lack of practice that has made me inflexible. Keep up the work and I'm sure you can get flexible too!
This comment made me laugh. Flexibility is something me and my brother joke about a lot as we both go to the gym and are in good shape but can’t move properly 😂. Good luck it’s not a very long process becoming flexible. Do it every day for a few weeks/months and you will feel significantly better.
I really like that you went through this whole routine in real-time so I can just follow along rather than having to remember what/how long/how many. Thank you!
@@toneandtighten been looking up microstretches for my twin's darling mother, recovering from injury and naturally gained quite a bit of weight - yours is the first video I've that incorporates the stretch and hold routine as clearly as you do. As Joyce says, following in real time much, much easier! Plus pretty sure I've strained some muscles chasing my girls around a park, so will need to do it myself soon enough. Rest first tho ay doc ;)
I did this video for the first time like 2 months ago. I was NEVER flexible and my chiropractor insisted I incorporate stretching into my routine. Since doing this every morning I've noticed SUCH a huge difference not only in my flexibility, but also just how I feel in general. It's also made me more interested in improving other stretches and looking into yoga more too! Thank you!
I finally did it. I am 19 years old and after stretching every day for 3 months straight I have no more neck pain, back cramps and I can reach my toes! To everyone that thinks they can't do it, just be patient and stay disciplined! -Edit: For the people asking how I do it. I do this stretching routine every morning after showering cold, sometimes a second time before bed if I am feeling stiff. I do change it up sometimes and don't exactly follow the instructions, its good to keep variations, for example: - The hamstring stretch i replaced with a sitting hamstring stretch and using a resistance band to pull myself to my toes. - The neck stretch i replaced with a butterfly stretch. - I added a straddle stretch. - For the shoulders, back and chest, I hang with one arm with my feet on the ground and try to relax myself and get as stretched as possible; its important to have your feet on the ground for a relaxed and controlled stretch. I am a calisthenics athlete and stretching is very important, to avoid pain and muscle cramps
I'm also 19 and every day my muscles and back feel sore, this comment really helps me realise how important stretching is! I'll definitely start stretching every day now
I’m 82 yrs old… no flexibility whatsoever …’have just started your program, August 2023, this is very do-able for me… I’m excited what it, hopefully, will help me accomplish… thank you for sharing your expertise with others!
I just graduated and have been focusing a lot on work and not myself. This isn’t only helping me get my flexibility again but also gets me to focus on my health
i’m 16, finally decided after years to start going and exercising more. noticed one day that i was feeling really sore and started realizing that i needed to do stretches, i’m really not flexible so this helped a lot. thank you!
After an accident left me in a 9 day coma, a year in a wheelchair and a couple more walking with a cane I finally am almost cane free. 90% of the time. Your channel has been a godsend. Thank you 🫡 Day by day I will learn to stand straight up on my own, thanks to you. Appreciate you bro
Well firstly I thank God for your life! And that's a lot to go through but I think I've got that you won't do. It in your on the other side and that you're regaining health and flexibility! Maybe you continue to flourish always in Jesus name amen
I recently started a stretching routine every morning with this video two months ago. I cant reach my toes since I can remember and just today when I tried reaching for my toes, I was able to reach them!! Thank you for this video very helpful 😊
i’m a thin 27 year old woman but i’m super inflexible and weak 😭 i’m pretty sedentary most of the time. i basically just go to work (i’m a waitress) and then spend most of the rest of my time sitting or laying down. i’m shocked by how much of a struggle these stretches were for me to be honest 😭 i couldn’t come close on a lot of them. and i’m about 5 inches away from being able to touch my toes lmao. i really hope if i keep doing these stretches it’ll help me get to an average level at least. i’m tired of being so out of shape. i feel terrible!
Hello, I am 66 years, did this routine for the first time. I have great difficulty getting down on the floor, so I modified by using my bed. Also, when it came to the crossing of the legs, I had to use an extremely modified version of crossing only my ankles, but I think I did manage to get the correct back muscle working. On the one where the right knee goes back and the left knee goes in front, I used a modified version on downward facing dog, where I'm standing, used my kitchen counter for leaning on, put my right leg back with bent knee as far as I comfortably could, put my left leg bent at knee as far forward as I could, then with my back up as far as comfortable, I leaned back and moved my hips forward as far as comfortable, but still stretching the front muscle on my right leg. When doing slight change, I bent my right leg and straightened my left leg to stretch the hamstring on my left leg. I did this by moving my hips backward. These are modifications I learned in a yoga class I was taking before covid hit. Since covid hit, I've been sedentary, sitting at home in my recliner and playing games or watching Netflix on my phone. While playing games on my phone, I ran across an ad for hyperbolic stretching. Sounded exactly what I needed, so searched on TH-cam for it and found this video 1st. I really like this video cuz he explains what muscles to stretch and cuz of my yoga class, I knew the modifications I needed to do to get the job done. My current goals are to be able to pick stuff up off the floor with ease, be able to put on my socks with ease, and tie my shoes with ease. Thank you for sharing this. I'm hoping to do this as many days in a row as I can. Will try to let you know how it goes after 1 week.
Wow! My phone actually got that reply through!😲 I AM going to try to do these exercises again. Hopefully life will be better for me this time through. I want to thank all the people who liked my 1st entry and the people who encouraged me with their replies. I learned from Wildfit that Likes and Replies are sooo important. They mean sooo much. It definately makes me feel less alone. Thank you all for responding! I will let you know what happens. I'll start again today! Love and encouragement to ALL!🥰💖❤🧡💛💚💙💜💖
Middle aged man here. Reasonably fit, running, quite heavy weight training, some easy cycling, surfing, ex boxer, rugby player and some low level powerlifting in my youth. I'm strong with decent cardiovascular but as stiff as a board. This stretch routine after any exercise makes me feel brilliant. I'm bound to get more flexible as I've always neglected stretching but after just a few sessions, my body feels like I've had a sports massage. 8 minutes is perfect time.
I'm 64 and a chemo and dialysis patient. My sciatica has been killing me since my month hospital stay. I landed on your exercise videos and within a half hour my back and leg pain are gone. Thank you very much!
Hey I just checked your videos out. I'm 39 and I've got degenerative disc disease and arthritis everywhere in my joints. I'm tired of feeling stiff and sore and your stretches were easy to do. I'm definitely following you and will be stretching with you daily!
8:44 Today I've started this exercise after repetitive stopping sport in my life, almost zero flexible muscles and weak body, i'll be back here every single morning and sure will notice the difference and the flexibility I should have 💪🏻
I'm 24 and I just did my first stretching session ever with you. Where you get 90 degrees, I get around 45. I feel this is going to help me a lot. I have been working out for the last few months already but never stretched afterwards, definitely going to add this (and more advanced and longer ones in the future) to my workout routine. Thank you.
@@toneandtighten I didn't expect you to even see my comment since you uploaded the video over a year ago, even less to respond. It's very kind and thoughtful, I really appreciate it. I wish you all the best and keep up the great work!
Ok, I’m literally sweating and feel myself catching my breath after this. I am not out of shape, but I am NOT flexible whatsoever. Is it ok to do this everyday? I’m embarrassed how inflexible I truly am. Thank you for this video! I just found it and so glad I did.
Im 18 and my spine affects almost all aspects of my mobility, as well as makes a lot of day to day life painful. I’ve been told my doctors i need to start stretching but because I am so inflexible it’s been hard for me to start. After doing your routine every day im actually noticing a difference in my pain levels and flexibility ❤
Day 25! I’m seeing improvement, much less lower back pain. I just spent nearly a week working outside doing construction in 38C/100F temperatures with nearly 80% RH, on my feet all day long. Yes I was tired but I was much less sore than in the past. I was doing this routine when I woke up in the morning and just before I went to bed. It’s working. Thank you so much! Cheers from Tokyo!
I've been stretching to your video daily for about 5 months now and I've really seen an improvement in my flexibility. I'm not as tight or achey as I used to be. Thanks so much for making this video. It has really made a positive difference in my life.
This was the perfect restart to my health routine! Two months of illness recovery, a year and a half since I stopped construction, with a movement limiting concussion in there too! Getting back into it is Hard but worth the effort. Thank you for this simple yet annoyingly difficult routine!
Brilliant set of stretches that take a very manageable amount of time. Had terrible issues with thoracic spine tightness and sacro iliac weakness. Only your exercises (from other videos) have kept away the agony, and this video is helping keep the stiffness at bay from constant desk working. Life saver, thank you
27, retired athlete due to covid and my laziness. 3 years off track and weights, stiff af. Getting back on with this simple, fundamental, and essential stuff to empower myself again
Thank you for your videos I’m 40 and I have found myself out of shape and less mobile than I should be. I’ve been following along with this video and your 20 minutes full body workout routine. Thank you again your expertise is going to help me live a healthier better life
@@dtrainw so I haven’t kept up with these routines every day but most every day. I’m feeling better. For my daily workout I do 50 push ups 2 sets of 25, 50 squats usually split up into 2 sets, 3 minutes of plank all done from my knees (push ups included) because of lower back pain and 2 miles on my elliptical. I don’t have much time to block off an hour straight for fitness so at work I’ll take a break from whatever I’m doing and bust out my push ups for the day, then later the plank I’ll do squats or calf lifts while I wait for something. Basically I had to get over worrying about people looking at me weird for doing my exercises. I’m a auto tech so I can do all these exercises in my stall. My current goal is to get sub 200lbs and not be self conscious this coming summer when I take my kids to the neighborhood pool. I’m also doing keto but my weight loss has plateaued over the past few weeks so currently working on figuring out what to change to get past this. My recommendation is do what you can when you think about it don’t wait to do those push ups squats or plank, when you think about it stop what your doing and bust it out. I’ve also realized it’s a lot more mental than physical to lose weight and feel better you have to want it more than your favorite food or dessert and be mentally strong enough to say no even when someone brings in awesome looking tacos for lunch when you know that will set you back. You got this!
@@surviveitforbeginner Sweat, eat less, then sweat more. Your weight will come off. Muscle weighs a lot. Keep the weights minimal and the reps high. Good luck bud
@@dtrainw the more weight the more muscle. the more muscle the more calories are required from your body to maintain that muscle. dont take this person's advice. lift heavy.
I'm 17 (almost 18 now) and I haven't been able to touch my toes for quite some times and I deal with a lot of joint pain, and stretching really seems to help, so thank you!!
I have never been able to touch my toes. Not even close. Everyone has always known me to be extremely inflexible. Now I’m 23, have been following this video everyday for only 25 days and I FINALLY TOUCHED MY TOES. Thank you for this!!! One mini goal down :)
You have changed my life. My back muscles were in agony. I am an ex rugby player and was as stiff as a piece of wood. I have been doing this routine everyday for only one week and now have zero pain. Thanks, I will never stop stretching. Thanks again so much. 😃
I was also very stiff . Started doing this feb 23 and my back and my hips feel so much better. And it was a great start to get me into stretching since doing this I've started doing other stretches and I love it now . And my body feels much better ❤
i been telling myself to start stretching for a while until i woke up this morning with pain in my lower back area. i guess it's my sign to start today lol
I am 36. I was an athlete but now from last many years I have stopped exercising n running. I am noticing my back is also stiff like a wood which is a big concern for me. From today onwards I am going to start this. I hope I will also get rid of this stiffness.
This stretching video was just what I needed! I pulled a muscle in my left mid back shovelling dirt in my garden and have had pain with every breath and every movement. This has helped loosen things up a bit and I’m definitely going to do this a few times a day until the pain is gone!
I love this routine! I am getting close to doing it for a full week and I feel better! Just a small suggestion, I think it would be great to take 5 second breaks between each exercise so that I could get to the position to do the stretch:] that would improve the time I'm stretching for me! Thank you!
For some people they might get discouraged having to pause the video every 30 seconds. I think it's a great idea for there to be a pause for people to get situated.
You can write it down on a paper with the ammount of time, if you do this in the morning there's also not a danger of going on your phone right when you come out of bed. It will also be more calm and less sounds without a video when you're just awake
I've shared this video with several of my fellow gym goers. Several of us get together, and we do your stretches on non strength training days, where we just do cardio. Everyone loves the exercises! Thank you for your videos!
finally a beginner stretching routine that is actually for beginners. thanks a lot. i was sick of the videos with a title "for beginners" that includes silly movements like you showed in the introduction part. i did your exercises for 9 days and i'm finally able to touch my toe.
Hi. I like your demeanor and your videos. I’m 54 and don’t exercise so starting to stretch. I have 2 requests: can you make this same video but without having to go on your knees? And I saw a video where you tell us to do 3 reps of 10 but you don’t actually do them. This was for the hips I think? Are you able to make a video actually doing the 3 reps of 10. I’m sure there are others like me who need the full guidance and video to actually do them. Thank you so much!
@@jaywalker4598 hey this actually helps. my hamstrings used to feel really tight. i couldn't even sit properly with my legs folded but now I've improved quiet a bit. progress is slow but sure.

Only your exercises (from other videos) have kept away the agony, and this video is helping keep the stiffness at bay from constant desk working. Life saver, thank you 😊
Much appreciated. I recently got a health wakeup call after making good progress last year and falling off the wagon completely. The first stretch routines I tried were all for fit people about to start intense workouts. I just needed one to get me started before some basic stuff as I ease myself back into exercise and weightlifting. This one's a keeper. Easy, can be done anywhere, and I feel like I'm accomplishing something without overdoing it.
i used to do cheer and tumbling when from ages 7-11 and used to be able to do the splits. now im almost 22 and cant even touch my toes!! i wanna get my splits back and this video is my first step :)
I love how beginner friendly these stretches are and not some video that lol have me stuck in some pretzel 🥨 position lol. I am definitely going to implement these stretches daily to increase my mobility. Thanks for taking time to make this video 😊
Love the video, have always been active and athletic but never flexible after about 6 weeks of doing this routine daily I can finally touch my toes at age 49! Thanks!
Im going to do this every morning beginning today. I will update this when i touch my toes. Since childhood i was never able to reach or even past my knees. This is a journey guys and everybody can do it. Believe in yourself and your efforts
I really needed this especially after sitting all day due to working from home. I will make sure I do these every day and especially on my gym workout day. Thanks for sharing.
Day One. I’m 60, male and I work construction for a living. I’ve beat up my body pretty good, I’m needing something like this to loosen up, I have constant lower back pain. I could not do the “seated spine rotation stretch” to uncheck effect, but I’ll keep trying. Cheers from Tokyo.
@@wv7228 it's been 45 days now and I'm doing great! So much of my back pain is gone, I can easily bend over and retrieve something from the floor without having to bend a knee. Lower back spasms are gone. I'm loving it!
I'm 320 lbs and can never find anything to start with. I work a desk job all day in IT, my job demands so much of my mental capacity that I get discouraged by routines I just can't follow. That's where this comes in, this helps me. I can do these stretches, I feel better after doing this stretches, I feel like I have less pain and I'm more alert in the day. I feel more comfortable just living life. I want to move into an easy excercise routine next, but thank you so much for this.
Fantastic, Lou! I'm so glad you enjoyed this routine and thank you for the feedback on the video. I hope to continue to serve you well in the future. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
This is fantastic! I’ve noticed my back is super duper tight, this whole thing helps with that. Question for you! Do you have videos for people who are overweight? I have a large stomach that gets in the way of a lot of this, and I’m wondering if there are modifications I should make to be sure I’m not damaging the effectiveness of the routine.
This is great. I think the problem for beginners like me is the flexibility of the body and I give up too quickly because of flexibility. But after this I'm able to be active more and more time.
i was a competitive cheerleader for 12 years its been 22 years since i quit and i can barely touch my toes anymore so im starting to stretch more and glad i came across this vid!
I have been waiting for these stretching stuffs from you in a while and I am happy to have them finally. It's so helpful that I can't hesitate to thank you again for your help and expertise. 👏
I’ve been doing this routine every day for two weeks and as a 38 year old I can say it is making a huge difference in my comfort and flexibility. I don’t dread bending down to pick something up or creak and pop when I stand up. Nice 👌
I really love your videos, your knowledge, and your love of healthy minds and bodies. In my opinion, one thing that could improve the production of these videos: sound absorption tiles to reduce echo when you're talking. Just a small note. Keep up the amazing work!
Oh wow! This is amazing, Greg! And THANK YOU so much! I greatly appreciate the "tip" and hope to be able to continue to serve you in the future. I actually have quite a few sound absorption tiles in my gym... there are just too many mirrors and the floor is hard rubber. I'll have to play around with even more blankets and see if I can minimize the echo further. Thanks for the feedback. 👊🏼
These are the exercises for me. I am as stiff as a board and sometimes quite depressed by seeing the exercises people perform on youtube videos. We are not all Harry Houdini. I think these are exactly the sort of exercises I need. I shall try to include them in my morning routine.I am so glad I found these. Fit people can smile at these but if your are like me, they are just what is needed! The principle is easy but a challenge for all us stiff boards out there!!. Thank you!
I am turning 12 this year (just about to graduate primary school) and this really helps me with my mood.I’m so happy I found this because before, I used to be a total couch potato . I also do figure skating, my posture is usually so stiff but now it has improved thank you 😀
Sedentary life leads to depression and weight gain. The key is exercise for you. Take a dance class a pop up class by yourself Go for a walk with your parents on Sunday morning walk 3 blocks and back
Thank you for these videos. I’m 34 and have ignored my body since I got out of high school at 17. I have been doing your videos every day for like a month or two and although I’m still not as flexible I feel way better.
i’m 21 and after the legs stretching exercises my legs started shaking, this is my first time doing such thing, i’ll try to continue doing this. plus, i realized i needed a mat because my knees literally cracked multiple times because of the stiff surface i was stretching in.
I have 2 collapsed discs in my lower spine, and have tried numerous stretching videos to try and loosen up that area so I can work and train easier. This has by far been the most effective I have used. I’m not very flexible so having these easy stretches to do now every morning is perfect for me. Thank you
I feel all relaxed now and I am more flexible than ever thanks Mr tone and tighten you've did a great job of explaining and showing how to do this thanks again love from the UK ❤️🇬🇧to you and your family ✌️👍
Jared, Happy Holidays to you, your wife and Loved one's! I have a question about how often should I do the 8 minutes. I do plank exercises before the 8 minute abs work followed by the 15-minute Tricep/Biceps workout 3 times a week. I also do squats, chest press, dead life, and curl with 20lb dumbbells every other week. I'm 74 years and have been following you for 3 years. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
Thank you so muchh!! I'm 14 and I have like no flexibility at all and I really want to change that. I just started doing your stretches but I'll 100% do them everyday!! Thank you so much again for this wonderful video!
Been doing this for a month and it has made a massive difference to my flexibilty. It’s improved my badminton as well. Have added a couple of extra yogo moves, child pose and cat cow stretch. Great video.
I have been doing this for every morning and the night stretching routine in this channel every night before sleeping for 6-7 days now. I always felt so inflexible before and as an argentine tango dancer it made me upset. My body feels a lot better during the day, I feel like I am more capable to do anything, have more vitality. I even started to observe some tiny bits of improvements: the night before I was shocked that during the nighttime stretching I was able to raise my leg without breaking my knee and with an angle around 90 degrees between the legs ( when I started my knee was always broken a little and the angle was around 65-75 degrees) I do not know if I should add additional stretches however I intend to insert a 3 times a week stretching routine for other positions while maintaining the night and morning stretches. I will share the progress :) I am open for any advice on flexibility, mobility and strength.
When I was in high school, we stretched every single day during marching band. It got to the point where I could sit on the floor, grab my foot, and place it behind my neck (that's impressive to me). Now, 8 years later, my body is as stiff as a board. I gotta start stretching again. 😂
The flexible trick you did during high school is something my friend did too at the age of 9, I think. It's so impressive! She would always live us in awe with her flexibility. Like she could always just jump into a split. Hope I can reach that too

Great video! It’s helping me a lot to loosen up my body. My only input is starting the timer when you actually get into the position. The 30 seconds starts before you explain the next stretch.
Thank you for this video! I think I'm going to be doing this stretching exercises morning and night because lately I've been feeling rather stiiff, as if I had swallowed a wooden pole!😅. Once again thank you, these videos are very helpful!🙏👍

I use this video a lot, just so I remember the poses and the timer, but I kinda want you to do it again with a little bit of lead time to change positions before the timer starts counting down, I can get some pops out of my upper back with the child’s pose and its fantastic, but I need the whole 30 seconds.
I’ve been doing this routine for only 1 month and I notice way less pain while doing the stretches. - The hamstring stretch i replaced with a sitting hamstring stretch and using a resistance band to pull myself to my toes.
Way to go and keep it up!
I'm also 19 and every day my muscles and back feel sore, this comment really helps me realise how important stretching is! I'll definitely start stretching every day now

i’m a thin 27 year old woman but i’m super inflexible and weak 😭 i’m pretty sedentary most of the time. i basically just go to work (i’m a waitress) and then spend most of the rest of my time sitting or laying down. i’m shocked by how much of a struggle these stretches were for me to be honest 😭 i couldn’t come close on a lot of them. and i’m about 5 inches away from being able to touch my toes lmao. i really hope if i keep doing these stretches it’ll help me get to an average level at least. i’m tired of being so out of shape. i feel terrible!

Will try to let you know how it goes after 1 week.
im proud of you for putting in the effort to exercise despite your age!
Good job 👏 👍

Hi! I too, have the same problem as yours. Hows it going? Can you already get to 90 degrees? I just started today.
Im 18 and my spine affects almost all aspects of my mobility, as well as makes a lot of day to day life painful. After doing your routine every day im actually noticing a difference in my pain levels and flexibility ❤

Fellow 40 year old.. I feel your pain.. Have you been keeping up with it? Any improvements?
Good luck bud

i been telling myself to start stretching for a while until i woke up this morning with pain in my lower back area. i guess it's my sign to start today lol
So glad to hear that!
I needed this! My lower half feels amazing now but I wish there was more upper body/upper back/shoulders/arms stretches.
I love this routine! I am getting close to doing it for a full week and I feel better! Just a small suggestion, I think it would be great to take 5 second breaks between each exercise so that I could get to the position to do the stretch:] that would improve the time I'm stretching for me! Thank you!
Or heres a suggestion-u could pause the vid whilst u get into position?
This exactly
For some people they might get discouraged having to pause the video every 30 seconds. I think it's a great idea for there to be a pause for people to get situated.
I like this routine a lot, the only problem is that timer starts during explanation, not after it, so I usually have to rewind or lose stretch time
You can write it down on a paper with the ammount of time, if you do this in the morning there's also not a danger of going on your phone right when you come out of bed. It will also be more calm and less sounds without a video when you're just awake
Repetition is the key!
I’m not flexible & not getting any younger so I made a New Year’s resolution to stretch everyday. Let’s go!

Hi. I like your demeanor and your videos. I’m 54 and don’t exercise so starting to stretch. I have 2 requests: can you make this same video but without having to go on your knees? Day 29!
If I can do this anyone can, my results are wonderful!
I have been doing this for every morning and the night stretching routine in this channel every night before sleeping for 6-7 days now.
I always felt so inflexible before and as an argentine tango dancer it made me upset.
My body feels a lot better during the day, I feel like I am more capable to do anything, have more vitality.
I even started to observe some tiny bits of improvements: the night before I was shocked that during the nighttime stretching I was able to raise my leg without breaking my knee and with an angle around 90 degrees between the legs ( when I started my knee was always broken a little and the angle was around 65-75 degrees)
I do not know if I should add additional stretches however I intend to insert a 3 times a week stretching routine for other positions while maintaining the night and morning stretches.
I will share the progress :)
I am open for any advice on flexibility, mobility and strength.
Its so painful to stay inflexible

I recently had a 6-10 inch grow spurt in the span of about a year, and I'm standing at 6'3" 6'4" ish. I am super tight so I'm hoping doing this everyday helps 👍
How old are you?
Great video! It’s helping me a lot to loosen up my body. My only input is starting the timer when you actually get into the position. The 30 seconds starts before you explain the next stretch.
Thanks for sharing!!
I’m 24 103kg super athletic, 8% body fat but my flexibility is appalling. I can’t touch my toes. Thanks for such a helpful video
Thank you for this video! I think I'm going to be doing this stretching exercises morning and night because lately I've been feeling rather stiiff, as if I had swallowed a wooden pole!😅. Once again thank you, these videos are very helpful!🙏👍
😂😂 Oh I've never heard the "wooden pole" analogy... but it's a GOOD one! Consistency is key, Anna... come back and do these regularly and I know you'll make good progress over time.
@@toneandtighten The "wooden pole"was what my grandmother used to say when I was a child. "Walk as if you had swallowed a wooden pole!"she used to say to make me walk "like a proper lady"🤣🤣🤣. And my back feel like that. I'm starting tonight with these exercises and I'll let you know the results in a few weeks! Thank you again! These videos are great!👍

So i am going to start this workout now, today's date is 16 may and once i strech my legs 90 degree i will edit this msg and write the date
Keep it up buddy
5:34 At first I thought: "Wow, this is so simple and easy!" and when I tried it, I was like: "Ooh, it's got a little kick"
I use this video a lot, just so I remember the poses and the timer, but I kinda want you to do it again with a little bit of lead time to change positions before the timer starts counting down, I can get some pops out of my upper back with the child’s pose and its fantastic, but I need the whole 30 seconds.
Thanks for the suggestion!
A great, short flexibility routine that absolutely helps you feel better! Thanks!
You are welcome, Barb! I am glad you enjoyed it!
This is my first day today. Wish me luck 🥹
Good luck!!
My first day today. I’m with you!
I’ve been doing this routine for only 1 month and I notice way less pain while doing the stretches. I used to never stretch, and I play tackle football and this video has made me more flexible and it has reduced my risk of getting injured while I play football. I used to only be able to reach down to my knees and now I am so much better. Thank you and I will continue to do this routine every evening.
Thank you so much for sharing!
Wow, my hamstrings are SUPER tight, I was even feeling them stretching on stretches you didn't mention them on... (maybe I was doing it wrong)
That can be very common!
7:17 My body kind of like starts shaking while opening everything up and looking up towards the ceiling.
Like I feel the stretch when going down but when I go up I start shaking (almost like shivering) and don't feel any stretch 🤔
Everything else works great, amazing video ❤
Your Back Muscles Are Weak,
