    Thank you so much
The bit about the achiever making important things urgent resonates so much with me. It’s great to have it reframed and clarified in this way.
I will apply that reflection as I go through my tasks in future.
    Thank you🙏🙏🙏🙏

Really impactful episode, thanks so much for this. I also come from a veterinary background and can relate to how hard it is to set up boundaries in this profession. I'm just learning to listen to what my body can handle, not keeping up the relentless pace I used to have. Thank you Sally for being so open with us, and setting an example.

Sally you are remarkable, such a lovely person with a great attitude. It is so evident that you have made fantastic progress on your healing journey. Thankyou for sharing your highs and lows( on In Therapy with Alex) as this helps us all connect to the real challenges of being human and the conditions we face and how we must advocate for ourselves to have a better quality of life. Wellbeing at work is such an important topic to discuss especially when we have health challenges.

Wow! My achiever pattern really loved watching all the gems in this one. So much great awareness & excellent strategies/suggestions. Great work, Sally!

I noticed that with therapy, their appearance changed in a positive way as time passed by.
I am not talking about what could be a in front of camera make-up, but also, their eyes are brighter, their skin and under their eyes improved naturally and livelihood on their face and their voice came back. Even if the effort into appearance was about the camera and being watched, I think it can still be considered a sign of their feeling better. We care about our appearances and put more effort into putting our best out there when we feel better and have energy and positive outlook.
After watching this show and observing, I noticed how we may appear more vulnerable and picked on more or attempted to be taken advantage of or treated badly, when externally we don't take care of ourselves with a lower energy. This type of thing causes deeper crisis.

Thank you both for this. Sally we may live on opposite sides of the world but our personalities and recovery journeys with their twists and corners feel so similar. I got so much out of this session and hope you did too. I need to become my own advocate and redefine my recovery plan and boundaries. I can’t wait to hear how you’re getting on. Thanks again
