Thank you for this great tutorial. I made a signature in Google Doc's like you showed and it worked fine, above that table I've added: - A blank line to get some space between the body of the email and the signature as gmail starts with the cursor on the very line above the signature. - 3 lines with text conatining Best regards, my name and my position at the organization. Then I pasted it into the signature field. But, if I compose a new email or reply to one from my Android phone, my signature will only contain the 3 lines of text, and nothing from the table, why is this, and is there a setting anywhere I can enable to still keep my full signature even if I work on the go from my phone?
Thank you for this! My business signature looks so unprofessional. I always wondered how this was done. Do you have a video on how to set up email forwarding for different gmail accounts?
Thanks for a great video pal. Quick question please, I clicked the link to NewOldStamp and the registration was encouraging Company Sign Up, where do I find the free version for an individual?
Thank you so much for your video, i just added an impressive signature. So easy to understand and follow. Only problem, I couldnt find the table in format, its there but blurred, so unable to click on it. not sure why. So ended up using wise stamp :))))
Thank you, Scott, a great tutorial, it helps create a professional signature, I shared your video with my clients and colleagues on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. Subscribed :)
Thank you! Your presentation skills are excellent. Awesome voice and tone. The video is helpful and informative. Thanx to you I managed to create a rather impressive signature. Keep up the great work! :-)
Really good video, thank you! When copying and pasting, gmail seems to ignore the fact that I've created a table and pastes in a disorderly fashion. Please help.
Thank you for all this information. I just have one connected question. What are the implications for deliverability of the emails with the inclusion of some of these components?
Can you copy paste the gmail signature into apple mail so they both are the same? I use my pop3 email account on both gmail and apple mail on separate devices.
Hey Scott, appreciate the video but this is unfortunately not working for me. I created an email signature in Google Docs. A table with 2 columns - logo on the left and info on the right, changed the borders to white and copy & pasted my table email signature. It keeps putting the logo above my info and I'm not able to have them side by side. Not sure if this is a new development with an updated Gmail or what? Don't think I'm doing anything wrong? I'd love to hear from you to see if you can still create a table in Google Docs, copy and paste it and use it properly as your signature still.
Related to this--isn't there a simple way to capture the contact info in someone's signature line directly into my google contacts? That would seem to be a great timesaver. Thanks in advance.
I have followed you with setting up a signature for the secretary of our local fire brigade but going into Goggle documents set up a four table set up got it perfect copied and pasted it into the settings signature box is sitting there perfect and I save it and on the email signature there is no logo and the lines are a like an enter gap between them. Can you help me?
I followed your steps creating the signature on GDocs and it works wonderfully, BUT when I reply an email using the shortcut "'Shift + A" to use a new window, the images on my signature do not show up. Just a gray borderline or the image icon... The same happens when I use "Shift + F" to forward the email I received. If I use the simple shortcuts --that is either "a", to reply to all, or "f" to forward the message, or "c", to compose a new message the images appear nice and "unbothered". It's a shame for the "shift" shortcuts let me read the email I want to refer to while replying or forwarding it. Can you please tell me what may be causing all that?
It does not work for me. I get the picture above and the text below, not next to it. I did it in Google Docs, using tables and it looks great on Docs. What am I missing???

Thanks for the great video! If you have a name that's hard to pronounce, is there a way to add a voice recorded memo?
Tbh having an ad right in your signature @ the start of the video makes me block that person without any delay ;)
Thanks for a great video pal. Quick question please, I clicked the link to NewOldStamp and the registration was encouraging Company Sign Up, where do I find the free version for an individual?

It seems like New Old stamp requires to sign up, if you want to change a font, for example. Am I correct on that?
Thank you.
Well done. Question: How would I add a security/privacy statement below the signature?

Thank You Scoot !!! You are and your content are amazing !
I appreciate that!
When you make it google docs it doesn't seem to be mobile friendly, good video.
Actually, the Docs method does a pretty good job on mobile. The important thing is to keep your images within a reasonable size.
Excellent Training Sir! Thanks a million!

Thanks for watching, Patrick.
If you are not already, you should be a voice actor. I may need to borrow your voice for instruction video I need to make, in the future.
Hey Scott, can you please tell me how to upload a video in the signature.
I'm not aware of being able to add a video. But you could add a GIF (moving image).
Easy to understand steps without time wasting silly sidebars.
Thanks for sharing your feedback!
Thanks
You're welcome!
Awesome
Cool!

Very nice, but none of it can be seen by the recipient unless the 3 horizontal dots that truncate it is clicked.
Your signature should always be displayed if it's a new email. But if a part of a thread, it's true that it may be hidden in Gmail.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm not sure of the cause but perhaps someone else here in the comments is aware of why this is happening.
gmail allows this one time but subsequent emails remove any google doc-made signature. I wonder why they removed tihs way of adding a signature.
It does not work for me. I get the picture above and the text below, not next to it. I did it in Google Docs, using tables and it looks great on Docs. What am I missing???
Why do people receive my emails like this as Junk Mail?
wow
hey man, why didn't you tell us the last one is not free :/
