Due to my neurodiversity, crafting a single email can take hours, but voicemails take minutes... So from an accessibility standpoint.. Being able to use voice emails would change my life and ability to interact with ease... Please, a video? It's good for everybody too, as being able to send voice emails is super time-efficient and ensures messages are perceived with the tone intended.. Which helps both business and personal communications
As a long time Outlook user where "rules" are easy to create, I was really frustrated trying to find the equivalent in Gmail. THANK YOU for this video!!
Wow! You just made my email headaches much more manageable. I have even missed client emails because there are so many newsletters and others trying to get my limited attention that I can't see the important things in the inbox. Your explanation was clear, simple, and to the point. Thanks for making the video and helping!

These are all extremely intuitive. I'm attempting to filter out emails fitting static and dynamic conditions. Is this not possible? There has to be more capabilities to gmail, right?
extremely instructive and helpful..I have 181,000 emails built over the years. Is there any way I can delete whole batches say Delete everything prior to 2020. rather than spend hours deleting them one by one , starting from cirrent date and working backwards? I have been warned that I am approaching capacity. Any ideas guys?

Please make a video about modifying existing filters. I have made too many and it is difficult to find it in the filters list in order to modify one of them.
In your last point of making some emails urgent, what do you recommend doing with the emails once the action has been taken? I no longer want the email in my inbox or in my URGENT label. Would you then move it to another label if you may possibly need to reference it in the future?

When I try to add multiple emails addresses into the "from" section, it does not work. Any tips on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!
Having similar question: how to add multiple KEYWORDS to SUBJECT link, so we would only need to create 1 filter for few purposes. Maybe you figured out this? Would be much apprecaited.

I would typically archive the message and remove the label. But you could change the label if it was easier to retrieve in the future.
