Last night I was exploring SS before I make a cut, suddenly this registration error occurred when I send a design for a cut. Tried a lot of remedy but nothing worked. I must have mess up a setting on SS but I. knew there was somehow a fix. Thank God I came across your video, you're a life saver !
my registration marks are there when turned on but the top left corner is just an angle not a square like in this video, and I am getting the error message.
Stephanie Gordon are you doing a print & Cut project where you are printing through your printer? If you are, make sure you have chosen Type 1 Registration marks on the Registration marks tab silhouette-secrets.com/2018/01/16/lets-explore-v4-registration-marks/

"M" key - toggles the registration marks on and off
