Vaguely, from a great distance, but still, I follow you. It's fun seeing how you accomplish what you do, and most viewers will pick up useful skills. As do the others, no doubt, I can't wait to see where this leads!
Norine Mueller - Thanks for the tip! I think the theory behind shining a light onto the machine is that it allows more light to shine on the area so the laser will register things properly. It seems to have solved registration issues for a lot of people. :)
Hello, I need help on registration marks. Specifically, I have a problem in the printing setup. The printing process changes the draw dimension (even leaving "actual size " in the setting): i.e. I have drawn a 2,5cmx2,5cm square in studio. In the pdf file exported from studio, or the printed image, the square becomes 2cmx2cm. Obviously, the registration mark cannot work properly. I do not know how to solve the problem :(
Hi Kristen, I was wondering whether it’s possible to use my Silhouette Cameo 4 Pro to both Print/draw my sewing patterns using the pen tool, and then run it through the machine again to cut them out? If so, can the pen tool also apply the registration marks? Thank u!
can i get help. i want to print on a printable vinyl. we only have a large format printer. how do you print with registration marks from sil to my large format printer.
Francis Paul Torrefranca - Unfortunately, I don't have experience printing and cutting with a large format printer. But I did test a larger artboard in the Silhouette Studio software, and the registration marks still showed up in the corners like they usually do. If your printer is unable to work with smaller, standard size paper, maybe try a test print on a larger sheet? Sorry I can't be of more help.
Hi, Meaghan! I've never owned a printer that will print 12x12, so I don't have firsthand experience with this, but registration marks will set up correctly if your Media Size is set to 12x12 in the Page Setup panel in Silhouette Studio. So I think you should be able print & cut at that size.

my silhoutte reg marks was working before but now out of nowhere it always falls into registration failed I wonder what happened :

I have a canon craft printer, it prints 12x12 paper. Can I print and cut a 12x12 piece of cardstock?
