I woke up to horrible pain from my coccyx and knew nothing could help in terms of pain release but you -I did the 5 minute morning yoga just to test the waters and then came to this. A lot of the pain has been released. Your videos never fail me, thank you ☺️

Bird I appreciate your videos so much. I have an inner ear disorder and head positions are tough for me. I can't watch or perform so many yoga videos because they will give me vertigo. Yours are very gentle and agreeable with my condition.
