Well done cleaning up another shops mess. If only all shops spent the time to do it right in the first place. I installed my equipment on my truck, and yes I do need to go back and clean it all up. I as well used a 0 gauge power wire going to a power distribution block with 2 4 gauge going out to the amplifiers, and used a ground block with 2 4 gauge going in and 1 0 gauge going out.

How did you secure the board to the back of the truck?

How did you fuse the power wires together

Clean job! Did you run the power wire through the same boot as the last shop? If so how did you seal it? If not where did you go through firewall?

In the video he did state that they went through the same boot as the previous shop, but went back to the boot to repair the slice and dice from the previous shop, they did not show what they did to repair it though.

Hi ...what happens if the sub is 10 000w peak and 650rms and the amplifier is 8000w and 700rms ....can u explain this plz

That is easy, set your gain properly so you do not smoke the sub. Having more RMS from the amp than what the sub can handle is not a problem. The higher you set the gain more power goes to the sub, so if you set the gain to high you will smoke the sub. While having more RMS power in the amp than what the sub can handle mean less stress on the amp thus giving it a longer life.
