  • Stretch and strengthen your body in this 40 Minute Pilates Yoga Fusion Workout. We will be using a yoga block for a section of the class, however you will still able to do all the exercises without one. Hopefully you will feel both relaxed and strengthened after this class. Enjoy! :)

    These workouts are honestly one of the best things for my mental health. I have struggled with an eating disorder in the past and I am so grateful that your workouts are focused on function, becoming stronger and more flexible, not focusing on looking a certain way. I have become so much stronger since doing these (and I never expected that from pilates!). You just have this amazing way of gentle encouragement, creating such a supportive atmosphere even from an online class. Thank you so much

      Agreed! As someone recovering from an eating disorder, I find that Nicole's workouts are so strengthening and easy to focus on what my body can DO instead of how it LOOKS. So thankful to have found these, especially during this pandemic.

    Absolute perfection! Phenomenal! I just got back into weightlifting and my body is protesting badly. This class was a healing balm and I feel good all over now.     Hi Nicole, Please please more of these fusion yoga/pilates workouts. They are my favorites! As a yoga practitioner for many years, I over -stretch, and need the combination of stretch with strengthen to feel my best, most relaxed and strongest self. Please do more! I have only found 2 of these fusion classes on your site. And I would love to see a longer class like this as well. Thank you, I love your classes!

    I love that you always include slowdowns into your videos, they relax me so nicely!
    If others agree, maybe you could add longer, e.g. 10-15min calming practice at the end of some video.

    I usually don't comment down below but this yoga workout is my absolute favourite. This has all those elements that I need perfect intensity and glute burn with abs burn yet so peaceful and calming. Thank you Nichole 🤍

      This was my very first Pilates workout ever, not just from Nicole but in general. I found it so hard lol I was like cursing at the screen and almost gave up. But I slowly kept at it two years ago, and eventually learned how to control my core/pelvic tilt and activate the right muscles, and now I love Nicole's Pilates. And this remains one of my absolute favorites, close to my heart because it was one step in my journey to being more in touch with my body and more forgiving in my workouts.❤❤❤❤😊

      It is my absolute pleasure! I'm so happy that you are enjoying them. 😊 I try to do some form of movement everyday and just mix it up depending on how my body is feeling. However, I do take rest days whenever I need as they are important to take too. 😊 I alternate between yoga, pilates and HIIT. Hope you are well and sending you lots of love. ❤️

They are helping me to prevent and eliminate back pain during my pregnancy, even though I am aware that the exercises are not specifically designed for pregnant women.     This was an amazing workout Nicole! It was the perfect balance of yoga and pilates. It challenged me but also relaxed me at the same time. I also appreciated the pace, where the flow was constant but also gave you a chance to breathe instead of feeling like you were being rushed. Even though I pay for other fitness subscriptions, I always find myself coming back to your videos. Thank you!

    One of my very favorites!!! First 20 minutes of it (until you come to ABS exercises) has become my everyday morning warm up routine before I go on to my very favorite barre & pilates video with Nicole. Love it absolutely. Would dream to have a full hour yoga by you. This is not a relaxing yoga (of which you find plenty), it challenges your muscles and builds strength. Love you Nicole!!!
