I agree... I am 41, I find it harder and harder to just get up and shove myself into a super energetic cardio flow in the morning, even if it does get results. I love this because it enhances my mind body connection, grace, breathing training, and heart rate as well as strength!
I've been trying for so long to find a form of exercise that I loved enough to keep me consistent. I've tried so many things and I used to wake up every day dreading working out, but all of that has change now that I have found your channel. I am 52 and in my youth was very fit, through dance and gymnastics. I recently started exercise again. I was very dissatisfied with other youtube channels. They where not what I needed, nothing against them. Nicole is wonderful. I would say one of the best teachers i have ever seen. She is awesome with explaining body position and coaching you through how to breath to improve your movements. Please do not ever stop doing this. Yes but her verbal queuing It's so amazing that you don't have to look at the screen! Even if you get messed up and are facing " " the wrong way ", you should still be able to follow her cues once you get used to her. I used to be the same way but now I never look at the screen and she never misses a beat with her cues.

I absolutely LOVED this one! Really felt the burn in my butt & legs and my abs were also engaged. THANK YOU! Especially the Warrior/Side Lunge series was a KILLER for my glutes!
This was such a great stretch, especially in the glutes! Definitely going to use those moves again to strengthen them! FYI, as someone who's just beginning Pilates, it was difficult to follow along during the first half, because modifications weren't suggested. For example, the wide circles with the glutes, I wasn't able to make that big of a circle though I wasn't aware of any modification. Just suggesting, to prevent injury and so that others at my level have a better expectation of the workout! Whether that means including "Intermediate" somewhere or spending more time with modifications. I appreciate the workout and stretch, thanks again!

Thank you so much Nicole! I really enjoyed this workout :) Can I just suggest that you offer alternative poses for some of the trickier ones? E.g. for the single legged squats and the core poses? I know some beginners will struggle with these (I do sometimes!) and it's good to have a second option. Thanks xx

This was such a great stretch, especially in the glutes! Definitely going to use those moves again to strengthen them! FYI, as someone who's just beginning Pilates, it was difficult to follow along during the first half, because modifications weren't suggested. For example, the wide circles with the glutes, I wasn't able to make that big of a circle though I wasn't aware of any modification. Just suggesting, to prevent injury and so that others at my level have a better expectation of the workout! Whether that means including "Intermediate" somewhere or spending more time with modifications. I appreciate the workout and stretch, thanks again!

Thank you so much Nicole! I really enjoyed this workout :) Can I just suggest that you offer alternative poses for some of the trickier ones? E.g. for the single legged squats and the core poses? I know some beginners will struggle with these (I do sometimes!) and it's good to have a second option. Thanks xx
I didn't expect that yoga pilates could be so challanging and yet so relaxing, I had so much fun and I think it will be my favourite one type of pilates class
