    I went back on this one today! Woke up early, went for a brisk walk in the sun and fresh air on the hills around my mom's house, then as soon as I came home I did this workout. One hour total between walking and yoga but oh my, I feel SO good. Thank you Nicole, you are my favourite trainer on TH-cam! I'd love to see even more yoga workouts

    i love your workouts!! i’ve always really struggled to motivate myself to do workouts because i just get bored so easily due to depression and ADD, but all of your varied workouts really make it a lot easier especially with allowing me to choose the intensity i want for the day. this was the first workout of yours i’ve tried that i’m not sure about but that’s literally just because i apparently can’t balance at all and nearly fell about seventeen times lol. still a great workout otherwise and worked me way harder than anticipated. thanks for all your beautiful free content and i hope you’re doing spectacular. 💕

    Hi Nicole! Thank you so much for sharing your amazing workouts. I was trying to start working out after 5 years stopped, the latest working from home in my computer. I've tried different things but nothing seemed to motivate me. Your nice presence and voice, the care you put in each exercise, the way you explain everything and your combination of pilates, yoga, bar, HITT, tabata, ..., makes it always fun adaptable everyday to different moods, energy, timings...     Omg, that was AMAZING! My butt & legs really hurt during the exercises on all fours and the Squats/Warrior Series! My abs also burned during the abs series & my arms were also engaged throughout the workout. THANK YOU!

    I would love longer and some more advanced barre and pilates classes! But I love all of your classes. I have probably paid for every pilates/workout app under the sun and none have given me a workout like these or have incorporated relaxing and calming meditations as well as stretching techniques along the way like you do!

    This abby rolly-pollys are so fun, feels like an ab burn and little back massage at the same time 🙏💕
    You probably have all your new videos planned out for this month. And I'm not sure if you're open to suggestions but I would really enjoy a slow stretch yin yoga class where we can have time to completely relax into a pose and go deeper. Totally understand if that's not really the type of thing you're going for on this channel,just my 2 cents ☺️ thanks Nicole x
