    Please more videos like this with guided savanna at the end!!!! I loved it. it's hard to find a yoga "workout" with a guided meditation at end but that's exactly what I'm needing!! :)

    REALLY loved this one Nicole. You are so talented and calming. Moved away from weight training and I just do pilates now. And only after 2 months I finally see the results I've wanted for so long. Plus I eat whatever I want (but with lots of meat and fatty foods). Couldn't be more grateful. Have done almost all your workouts

    Omg, I loved this one! Such an amazing full-body workout. I LOVE combining elements of Pilates and Yoga, because it tones the entire body, is challenging and sweaty, but not crazy exhausting. THANK YOU!

    This was such a great way to start my Sunday! Early last year I finally got strong enough to do push-ups for the first time in my life thanks to your videos and although I fell off the regular exercise bandwagon not too long after, I'm back at it again and I can feel my upper body getting stronger with each workout!
