    The only concern I have as of now is connectivity as you mentioned in this video. However, your recent videos regarding Keshavnagar's future development planning including mundhava - kharadi bridge progress you have mentioned that within 4-5 Yrs. many roads are going to widen 60 ft. to 120 ft. Are there any progress and change on this?

    Do ask the builder whether he'll allow visiting the flats during construction. Have seen a lot of cracks in the slabs, which could be an issue in longer term.

    My friend booked a flat there in C tower, while booking they said that Dec 2026 is a RERA possession date and they will handover flat by Dec 2025 as they are working with Mivan tech. But when we get the application form there they mention 2028 as a possession date as per RERA and they were saying that's the whole project's end date....please suggest what to do now as we don't want to wait till 2028...and they will put the same date on agreement as well.

    Is total land parcel is 3.9 does it include commercial area as well as builder was stating total land area was 4.5 acres and where the Mhada building coming up in this project and what will be the actual possession date building was stating it would be Mid 2025

      Sumit Ji, As we have seen on MahaRERA, its total area is only 3.9 acres(including commercial & Amenity plot). They have provided amenity space in-between commercial & residential segment which will be handed over to corporation. So they don’t need to provide MHADA within the project. If needed in future, MHADA can be built on this amenity plot only.

      @@SaudaGhar Thanks for this much needed update can you please advise if it's safe to purchase flat in any of the building whose Rera is yet to come with a underwriting that if Rera do not come within a stipulated time Entire amount will be refunded without any deductions like i heard it happen in one of the building in this project and should buyer make 10 percent of the property value to builder before Rera comes

      Codename is Wonderland used for marketing purpose while the actual project name as registered in RERA also is Mantra Mesmer

      😀 man, don't believe in this people, too much fraud, fake things going on in pune, now a days real estate market is completely down in pune, quality is down at pune and flat size also small, wait and take your time, visit project and explore area personally and then take decision. Just visit any property site and click at any ad you will get more than 100's calls next day and all fake, Fraud info this people's are posting on property sites, social sites , so beware , and take safe decision.

    as its not ready for possession ( Possession in 2026).. its USELESS .. all RERA dates can still be updated as COVID is still ON.. For me a BIG NOOOOOoooo !!!!

      My flat is in Mantra insignia, as per Rera, insignia's possession date is 2024, bt we will get possession in 2022. You can see their work progress. Insignia is completely sold out.. They keep Rera date quite far.. If they are saying dec 2024, you will get it around March April 2025. Mantra is quite good with their construction speed.
