I absolutely loved this video. Both the couples were sorted and shared their thought processes. Loved the contrasting aspects of a small village and a city like Bengaluru.
Such videos risk turning villages into mere extensions of urban areas, eroding the very essence of what makes village life distinct and valuable. Why not focus on proper urban planning and improving city living conditions, rather than turning existing beautiful rural spaces into yet another urban sprawl? Additionally, such videos may inadvertently encourage a rush of people moving to villages without thoughtful planning, potentially transforming these serene spaces into congested urban-like environments.

One side of me wants to live in a tier 1 city and enjoy all lavishness, food, activities etc. But the other part of me wants to have a happy and peaceful life in the mountains.
I guess balance is the key. I dont want to live in the populated, polluted, expensive and near the malls in Tier1 city and I also dont want to live in a small village in the mountains where there will be issues with healthcare, schools and commuting. There should be some place in Himachal or Northeast which is near to the city and safe still in the lap of nature.
Please interview these folks again when some time has passed. It would be nice to see how their journeys/thinking has changed. Specifically, it would be useful to see how the Dehradun folks address the schooling issue.
Absolutely loved the video and the contrasting lifestyle choices it puts across. As a person in mid 20s it felt like a guidance to take major decisions in life. Also, i couldn't help but notice the difference in patience of both the couples depending on their location. Brilliant video concept @Wint Wealth!
Dehradun is packed to the brim these days. A lot of it is thanks to those videos that paint a perfect picture, but let me tell you, the real story isn't so rosy. Sure, the northeast of Dehradun has that scenic charm, but buying land in places like Dwara? That’ll cost you a fortune. Dehradun's overpopulated now, and with Mussoorie being so close, you can forget about peaceful walks. Don't be fooled by the pretty views in those videos. It’s easy to make things look dreamy online, and some folks quit their jobs thinking they can live the mountain life, but reality hits hard. It's your decision, but just a heads-up: a few weeks ago, someone got shot in broad daylight. The population boom, driven by people moving here without fully understanding the situation, has spiked the crime rate. If you keep up with the news, you'll see what I mean.
That's because most people want to move here but only the bold people with a lot of black money actually dare to take action. Hence the increased crime rate. BTW you are talking about the loan shark Bhardwaj case right?
How this Dehradun couple managed to spent 1L+ every month in Dehradun is beyond my comprehension.. Anywho, the lady (Dehradun couple) is very good in articulating her thoughts. Love it.

If a man buys property in his own name in Uttarakhand, his wife automatically becomes co owner of that property. So, The man needs his wife's permission to sell his own property. Due to The amendment made to the Uttarakhand Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, In the revenue records, the name of the wife would be now mentioned as a co-owner. According to the ordinance, in case a woman files for divorce and marries someone else, she will not be regarded as co-owner of the land owned by her first husband. But, if her divorced husband is unable to bear her financial expenses, the woman would be allowed to be the co-owner. Besides, if a woman divorces and does not have a child or her husband has been missing for a period of seven years, she can become a co-owner of land owned by her father.
There are many rules regarding owning property in another state. The rules are different in each state, and so if you buy agricultural land in another state outside the state of your own domicile, you may lose your money. You can go to another state, pay money to the owner, then go to the registration office and get the property registered in your name and get all the proper registration documents in stamp paper and you are now the official owner of that land. But, when you go to the village office with the registration documents to pay land tax and get that registered in your name in the village office, does the problem start.
Example.. 1.. You are living in Kerala and if you buy agricultural land in Maharashtra state, the village officer in Maharashtra will ask you bring a certificate from the village officer in Kerala, stating that you or your parents own agricultural land in Kerala. That is because almost all states have the rule that only a farmer from another state can buy agricultural land in that state. So, unless you or your parents already own agricultural land in Kerala, the land you bought In Maharashtra will not be registered in your name in the village office in Maharashtra. So, you cannot pay land tax, cannot get a bank loan or agricultural loan using that land, cannot construct any farm house in that land. You will not get any building permit or electricity connection or water connection. You will not get any certificate from the Maharashtra village office regarding your land. All you can do is farm your land using your own money ...
Both are correct by their version’s. Some loves city life some loves village life. Both the city life and the village life has advantages and disadvantages. If you plan a little with your money, even if you have a less savings its fine. At the end moral of the story is You should be proud and happy with your life,no matter wherever you stay.

Mumbai couple saying it was difficult to find a house in Bangalore is a joke 😂😂😂 it is so easy to find a house in Bangalore and especially when your budget is this high so stop lying
Apart from all these positive comments- i am the negative one , and i am not able to explain here but i would say that our uttarakhand need same type of strict land laws as himanchal ....
Mountain area with beautiful view there is no crowd and air is clean and u have a 10000sqft of private area in 80lakh rupess and in tier 1 city u would get only a flat which is like a cage. We earn for living a good life and the people who are making decent money in tier 1 city but they are not enjoying it their health would go down in these so called polluted tier 1 cities. I like the house of dehradun couple they have beautiful view with beautiful house. There is a lot of peace over there.
Not everybody has same expense though even if same level of income or higher. My entire expense can range from 7-9 lakhs in Bangalore including travel, parents medical or ours, parties, shopping, subscriptions, etc.
yes expense varies from person to person. Depends on whether you live on Rent or with Parents. Having kids (shool, activities, or day care expenses are there) or not. Has a vehicle (means EMIs) or fully paid (or got it gifted by parents / inlaws). Someone who can/happend to limit their needs or funded by others can live at much lower amounts too. Or sometime not doing actual tracking of expenses also make us feel our expense it lower. In this case do you care to share a high level break up of the budget you mentioned?

The basic factor of living in Hilly area like Dehradun or some far remote area is the health factor where there may not be high end hospitals and also those areas are frequently affected by sudden Landslides and also security concerns since any well paid couples are subject to home burglary or extortion by criminal gangs where the people living in Bangalore are safe.

Greed will never ever let you free from hustle..... Early retirement will remain a distant dream for these kind of people.
Really good to see Dehradun couple than a Tier 1 city life. These peer pressure and FOMO things are just a hoax. Happy and healthy life is utmost important and that can be done only staying away from congested cities.
Money is only thing That matters above all. Great Thanks👍🏻
I agree with tier 1 cities being extremely individualistic. I have been living in B’luru since 7 years.
Excellent video...kindly put some more videos on staying in Tier 2 n Tier 3 places ( though i understand..its a financial channel )
Mumbai couple saying it was difficult to find a house in Bangalore is a joke 😂😂😂 it is so easy to find a house in Bangalore and especially when your budget is this high so stop lying
Make a seprate video on the couple staying in Dedhradoon 😊 because that's new age luxury these days
Cinematic Masterpiece
‘Odd’ly satisfying video
Bangalore dude seems really happy with his life. Good for him.
marking this because we can relate to both the couples even though they are completely opposite!
Awesome thought at 13.30 min & 14.20 min 🤗
It would be good to see Mumbai Vs Bangalore stories
Avoid hilly areas. It might look amazing . But with climate change, hilly areas are not the best places for permanent settlement.
I don't know whether Wint is best in their core job... But they r fabulous n the best in giving real picture of today's life by such wonderful videos... Wint.. Ur guys r winning it.... Pls keep it up...
Both couple earning already more than a average indian and still finding happiness in city and rural area.
Everyone is mad about FIRE and thinks him/her as travel enthusiast. Financial independence is one thing, why we wanna relate it to retirement. Having enough money is good but having some purpose is also essential. Purpose will bring discipline. 19:44
So for Dehradun couple, I believe gentleman works with EXL as AVP.
Now work from home setup is kind of ending in EXL.
How will they going to manage this, to work in gurgaon somehow you need to relocate
Which of the two couples will live healthier and longer?
In 'soft peer pressure ' the only soft part is the word itself. peer pressure is "peer pressure"
I am frustrated with the content choices on your channel, particularly the focus on interviewing only ultra-rich individuals. It would be refreshing and more relatable to see interviews with people from a wider range of economic backgrounds, including those with lower salaries. Stokes
Channel is about wealth, jiske liye upper middle class and thoda rich hona toh pdega hi..
This isn't a spiritual channel..
Its not even aspirational or inspiring. Its just a promo video for the rich Dehradun couple. Note, they are not rich because of salaries but because of generational wealth.
13:25 loved to hear this. Now a days kids are far from ground reality.
❤❤❤❤❤ Wonderful learning…Wint Wealth is always King…
I want a house in both place. Summer in dehradun & winter in bangalore! OMG!!! 6 6 months each!!

At my age of 40, good school and health care is stopping me to move to my native.
The Bengaluru based guy looks aggressive...but...I don't know.
bruh?
Kuch bhi 😂😂😂 he's so calm. Maybe you were in trance
Amzing contrast perspective 🙌🏻
The couple who staying remote they will be healthy, pease, no comparation with others life style.
I miss my home town ,being from Uttarakhand, living in cities due to my job.
For those wondering if there are good schools in Dehradun, trust me, it has some of the best schools in India. Mussoorie hands down even better.
Awesome Video and great content - kudos to the folks at Wint Wealth.
The couple living in Dwara say they commute to work and the commute takes them Half an hour
Which city are they working. Do they work in Deharadun.
Can you pls clarify. That clarity makes undertaking their logistics and work place and why chose Dwara become clear.
They mentioned their workplace in the video and I missed it pls kindly let me know the same
Glad you liked it. They commute to Dehradun where their daughter goes to school. Both are working remotely.
@@WintWealthYT thank you for the clarification. That really helped. I think the place dwara is beautiful and might give options of people to settle down away from this polluted city to a more beautiful nice serene place
Kudos once again to the team for selecting two teams in one video and presenting the content in a most professional manner
And you guys wintwealth can give a run to the leading news production houses on how content should be packed well done and I really enjoyed this video. I enjoy your all your videos, but this one I really enjoyed a lot
In uttarakhand, people do not sell their land to out sider.
