Sometimes I believe it is intentionally done so that people keep pouring money in Kharadi and discourage people from investing in other nearby localities by not investing there. So unless Kharadi is fully utilised they will not improve infrastructure in other nearby localities. Look at Wagholi, Keshav Nagar, Lohegaon or Dhanori all have same infrastructure issues. So people don’t have choice other than purchasing it in Kharadi or opting other locations with issues.

Poor infrastructure in adjoining areas. 2. More m more IT parks are coming up in and around Kharadi and people are trying to avoid traffic congestion by staying in Kharadi itself
