I peel the skin off the clove and throw it in my mouth to crush with my teeth. I eat 2-3 at once. Usually with something else in my mouth because of how hot it is. Have been doing this for well over a decade, and God has kept me free from sickness for over 15 years now at the age of 47. 🙏

I eat garlic every morning for breakfast.
I grate one large garlic clove on a very fine cheese grater this is the easiest way to brake it down and release all the nutrients. On my toast i put some goat cheese and spread the garlic into the cheese. On top i sprinkle my organic pumpkin seeds. Pumpkin seeds are good to fight any parasites so together with the garlic it’s a potent combo. Delicious 😋

Crushed garlic would take atleast 10-15 mins based on room temperature to start forming Allicin. Chewing and eating garlic raw will reduce the effect substantially.
Keep crushed garlic aside for half an hour, mix it with yogurt or water and consume. Cheers

@JCX-9 there's more to health than eating quality foods. Body weight, muscle composition, sleep and preexisting health conditions can negate good nutrition. To much garlic can be detrimental. Too much olive oil and walnuts can keep weight high. Some people have high blood pressure as they age regardless of diet. Garlic alone won't do jack if living a poor lifestyle and eating poor nutrition. I can't say how much worse off I'd be without daily garlic, because I eat it it everyday.

Raw garlic gives me bad indigestion, heartburn and burping. Garlic burps are the worst.
