Praying, taking garlic cloves 3 times a day, and taking toxic people out of my life made my blood pressure drop from 162/115 to 109/69. Garlic and stress management work! God is good!

(Alone or with water ) and yes GOD IS GOOD🙏🙏🙏

@@panchovilla9383 I ate 4 garlic cloves 3 times a day and chased it with water or apple juice. I did that for a week. That may have been overkill, but it worked for me. Now I just take it whenever I see it creeping up, and it goes right back down. I should take one clove daily for maintenance, though.

I had high blood pressure and the doc put me on norvasc, ECG showed 1 side of 2 main arteries blocked. BP peaked at 210/140. Doc wanted to do surgery. Expensive this side of the pond and at 70 with no insurance out of my budget. That was 2 years ago. Started eating raw crushed garlic with a tbs of cod liver oil daily. A repeat ECG ordered by my doc 3 months later. The blocked artery was opened and the other artery clear. BP down to 150/95. Continued with the daily dose and stopped using the norvasc. BP now, 2 years later, has settled down to 120/85.

Glad to see a doctor spreading such good information about a serious holistic approach to many things. One thing I also have read about garlic is that when it lowers your blood pressure it does so without lowering it too much. It's interesting to say the least. Nature outdoing pharmaceuticals.

If I ever feel like I'm coming down with something I quickly make a garlic chicken broth soup with lemon, fresh cilantro, and some chopped up green jalepenos and boy does that warm you up inside out! About 5 minutes before you pour it in your bowl, add 2-3 raw, chopped garlic cloves, half of a chopped white or red onion, 1 large or 2 small jalapeño peppers- you can substitute another raw hot pepper such as a serrano. Eat it slowly. You will cough and sweat, but the next day you will feel better!!

its defenately not from garlic , garlic does the oposite in many types of cancer but such dose is very small also it got some side effects and effects like strong anticoagulant
hemolysis heartburn (its acidic ) you need to balance it out, on every day usage the effect stacks (hemolysis so if you gow low hematocrit and hemoglobin..) and the anticoagulant as well and interact with antiflammatory meds and blood thiners of any kind from meds or herbal so you need to know how to balance those out and when not to use
or replace a drug therapy with the rigth dose, but dont worrie even ND doctors dont know much about it and doing mistakes
thing you can do is balance out the hemolysis with heamatopiesis and confirm roughly the dosage with blood tests that is working ( for example fresh ginger) but both in this example are anticoagulants and thier effect stack so you need some coagulant herbs spices and vit k2 if you dont need the anticoagulant action
also its great antiaging (personal experience) other are cats claw astragalus oregano cinannamon ceylon olive oil bio extra virgin unfiltered and super herbs and mushrooms (like cats claw immunomodulators like reishi and other mushrooms and ginsengs some even doeverse aging )
i would make a guide super detailed but im not if anyone trust me enough even if i got lot more experience about garlic usage (and other that our nice doc here that is surely helping ppl with his advices)

V P I agree. I grew up in the 1970’s US and this vital knowledge was just not known. My grandparents and their parents didn’t practice it as well. Not until the magic of the internet and YT have these secrets been revealed. Glad for them as I would like to continue my journey for another 60 years or so. Thank you Doctor Mandell.

I have for the past 20 years, every morning on an empty stomach, skinned and then chop up finely, 4 large fresh garlic cloves, leave for 10-15 minutes, then scoop up one third of the chopped garlic onto a tablespoon (the big one) cover with yoghurt or runny honey, pop it all into your mouth and then tilt your head back, this will allow the garlic to slide down your throat, do this again twice with the 2/3rds of remaining garlic, now 75 years old, never had a cold the flu or any other ailment, remember 4 cloves will do the trick. This will also stop Gnats biting you in the summer time.

Crushed garlic is the way to go. It's even better when you crush it, place it in a jar, pour honey over it and let it stay for about 20 days, periodically shaking the jar and opening the lid to let the jar breathe. After 20 days eat the garlic and honey mixture before breakfast on an empty stomach. You will thank me and the Doctor later . Thanks, doic.

I just started drinking two garlic cloves minced in a glass of water every morning before any food, except coffee..I wait 15 minutes for the garlic to really release the allicin. Giving it a good stir each time I take a gulp..adding more water if necessary. Maybe this isn't the easiest way, but I think it is the best way. It is also a great appetite suppressant, perfect for continuing to fast until lunch. Really feeling great and my ambition for lowering my blood pressure will hopefully be realized. The power of garlic should not be underestimated!!!!!
