Hi, just saw your other comment. I’m glad you are enjoying our workouts… I typically wear adidas boosts and Nike Air max plus premiums. I try to wear something that I feel comfortable in and have good grip. The Nike shoes were my favs to wear but I’ve worn them down after 3 years now so definitely need to replace them. 😅
