After watching/reading Batman for 40 years he is super powered at low levels. 1. Supermemory and cognitive associations 2. Enhanced visual perception 3. Enhanced strength he lifts items in ways that would destroy a normals person's muscles and joints. 4. Enhanced endurance, he fights, runs and jumps more and longer then a top athalet can. 4a. To go with that 90% of the time he plants his jumps and flips perfectly with out ever having done those exactly same move in practice. 5. Enhanced healing, he has obtained more damage mentally and physically then any dozen special forces trained people could. If u can think of more that are not a combination of the above please add.

I can definitely think of one you missed from the 1950's. In the story Superman gets hit with a ray that depowers him, while Batman gets hit by another one that grants the same abilities as Superman. It's later revealed that the 'depowering' ray was actually just lacing Superman's costume with kryptonite dust. This is also the story that gives Superman his Supermobile (and a Supercave dug out by Batman).
In the 60's live action show he demonstrated the ability to perform the famous Indian Rope Trick in which he commands an ordinary rope to "stand straight", thus causing it to rise upwards on its own for him to climb up shortly thereafter. Much like the astral projection you mentioned this was presented as a 'power' anybody could learn to use.
While Billy Batson is the most pure of heart man ever, I have to say it always struck me that SHAZAM never bestowed his gifts upon Bruce Wayne. Who was basically the most well meaning person on earth, even if he had to resort to his strong arm methods. I'd love to see a Captain Bat comic.
