About the elderly joker entry : The events of that episode from Batman The Brave And The Bold are not canon, as it is just a purely fictional story Alfred wrote (called Knights Of Tomorrow, if I remember correctly). Alfred only wrote that story because he found it was a good story at that's all there is to it. Within the narrative of Batman The Brave And The Bold, those events simply never happened.
In Mask of Phantasm the writers said that Joker escaped from her and she became a mercenary as revealed in Batman Beyond, so nope, he does not die in Mask of Phantasm.

I met the voice actor for Injustice Joker last year. He was at a convention. To be honest, I didn’t know he played Joker. I learned about him from his role as Giovanni in Pokémon Generations. When I saw that he had a joker print with the injustice logo in the corner, I said “oh, you played Joker?” Instead of simply saying “yeah”, he just burst into a Joker laugh. Scared the hell outta me!

There is one more from injustice, though only from the comics. In the alternate universe, Batman takes Joker back to Gotham but ends up snapping his neck in the batmobile. Batman takes a detour to Gotham PD and turns himself in. Despite numerous offers to just walk away, Bruce demands to be punished. Even while in prison, he refuses an offer from Superman to get him out
I firmly believe that Keaton’s Batman killed Nicholson’s Joker on purpose because come on, he was grappled to a gargoyle like a thousand feet above the ground while grabbing onto a ladder attached to a helicopter, which can never hold still. Any logical person would know that he’s marked for doom at that point no matter what. But more importantly, when Batman finally realized that Joker actually killed his parents, he abandoned his no killing rule and intended to kill Joker. He even swore it to his face when they fought on top of the church tower. Consequently, this act led to him killing thugs in Batman Returns.

The Arkhamverse canon is a bit of a mess anyway, even if you only consider the games that are out right now, so it doesn't really matter.

About the elderly joker entry : The events of that episode from Batman The Brave And The Bold are not canon, as it is just a purely fictional story Alfred wrote (called Knights Of Tomorrow, if I remember correctly). Alfred only wrote that story because he found it was a good story at that's all there is to it. Within the narrative of Batman The Brave And The Bold, those events simply never happened.

I met the voice actor for Injustice Joker last year. He was at a convention. To be honest, I didn’t know he played Joker. I learned about him from his role as Giovanni in Pokémon Generations. When I saw that he had a joker print with the injustice logo in the corner, I said “oh, you played Joker?” Instead of simply saying “yeah”, he just burst into a Joker laugh. Scared the hell outta me!

I would not consider the deaths of the Joker and Andrea to be 'definitive' in Mask Of The Phantom. The BAS Joker's 'real' death is in the Return Of The Joker movie, while Andrea is shown in the last episode of Batman Beyond.
There is one more from injustice, though only from the comics. In the alternate universe, Batman takes Joker back to Gotham but ends up snapping his neck in the batmobile. Batman takes a detour to Gotham PD and turns himself in. Despite numerous offers to just walk away, Bruce demands to be punished. Even while in prison, he refuses an offer from Superman to get him out

I firmly believe that Keaton’s Batman killed Nicholson’s Joker on purpose because come on, he was grappled to a gargoyle like a thousand feet above the ground while grabbing onto a ladder attached to a helicopter, which can never hold still. Any logical person would know that he’s marked for doom at that point no matter what. But more importantly, when Batman finally realized that Joker actually killed his parents, he abandoned his no killing rule and intended to kill Joker. He even swore it to his face when they fought on top of the church tower. Consequently, this act led to him killing thugs in Batman Returns.

This shows me, for the first time, that Bruce Wayne is still a human even when he's Batman. And through all the trauma, Joker is, too; they could sit and have a coffee with each other, laugh with each other, and it wouldn't make a difference because that's what humans do. They're simple humans, humans who are very real, who could enjoy one and other's company, exposed to the terrors and horrors of what you, you reading this, hide away from: the death, war, disease, canabilism and murder you block yourself away from is the only things they know. Simple humans, living simply in the true reality of our world. And someone out there, is living in this world and surviving, in the Gotham of our world, yet a man dressed like a bat in a costume gets all the praise. Why? Because he is Gotham: he's lived there, cried there, laughed there, smiled there, danced their, learnt there.
