    Bless you for these life-saving recipes. I first learned about Indian cooking while on vacation. I called ahead to see if they would prepare gluten free bread. The pastry chef was Indian and she made a besan green chili fluffy bread. I became friends with a couple who owned an Indian grocery and she introduced me to besan chilla. Your channel has introduced me to a world of healthy gluten free foods but a bread item in my favorite. This recipe is my new favorite. It is foolproof really. Now to get the local Indian restaurants to adopt gluten free healthy grains into their menu. I live in the central United States. I am ever grateful for your channel.

    Thanks mam for this recipe.I tried it and it turned out very well. Was looking for a recipe based on jowar apart from the traditional jowar rotis. This recipe preparation seems to be more easier. I tried it with Yellow Jowar flour.

    If we use a piece of banana leaf the roty will be more tasty and more nutritious and the appearance will be better. We can avoid finger burns also.

    Hi Nisa 😊I have prepared this masala javar Roti that came very well.😋 there is an Indian supermarket with a BIG PICTURE OF AMITHAB BACHCHEN 😁 there I found javar, Ragi, besan flour, I think they are from North India. The only thing I didn't find IS curry leaves ☺ thanks God bless you and your family 😘❤❤
