Well, my first rotli broke up as soon as I turned it... I didn't give but made the next one and while flipping it over gently I supported and it turned without breaking up....yeeee, success at last. As an Indian daughter-in- law, living in Canada, I'm expected to know how to make these desi rotlas 😅. Thanks for your video, especially all the nutritious info.🌹

Thank you for this amazing recipe. Hi all, I decided to try it out although I saw negative posts. I used in addition onions chopped very fine and some kasuri methi. I used a seasoned iron tawa. Let me tell you all, I was able to flip sides several times, it did not break, the second one fluffed up a bit too. I am sure by third fourth roti I can work on it fluffing more. I'm in Canada and just found your channel. Lovely video. I wanted to point out that the flour to water ratios did not work for me. I used sweet sorghum flour in one batch and millet flour in the other batch. The water I used was only one cup, not 1.75 as in the video. The texture of the sweet sorghum was not the same as in the video, but the millet did look similar. With both batches, I could not get the batter to be thin in the pan, even though they were thin to pour. The batters became very thick as soon as I poured into the pan. I had my stove on medium heat. While I was disappointed I couldn't get wraps out of the batches, I did use them as sandwiches as well as with humus and other dips. Very tasty. I will make again as is. I am on the hunt for the flour you used though to be able to make the wraps.

Jowar flour also makes wonderfully easy and delicious dosas; once I learned this, I started making them at least once a week. I don’t have a grinder, so regular rice/dal dosas aren’t really doable for me. If you want to make crispy jowar dosas, add a little rice flour to the millet flour. It works very well with minimal effort or equipment.

Made this for my One year old toddler and he absolutely loved it. Added garlic onion and coriander with a pinch of freshly crushed cumin seeds. Itwas very flavorful. My only problem was it wouldn't fluff up. It looked like a pan cake. Followed your detailed steps just the qtys varied. Could be because of that.
I wud suggest that you first make the parathas exactly the way it has been illustrated and explained. Once you attain success and are confident then you may carry out various variations and add the ingredients of your choice and taste. All the best….!
I had no success with this but I wonder if it was because I used red sorghum flour? 1 cup of that flour and then 1 cup of water made it runny already at that point so I couldn’t add more water. Any tips greatly appreciated!
Full of nutrients.. All healthy ingredients used and the utensils too.. Keep posting these kinds of recipe it will help. I suffer from thyroid and pcod.. I follow your recipies and havr changes my oil and utensils.
thanks, really impressed , have got 2 questions ,can we prepare it on non sticking or inodised tawa if not cast iron tawa ? will it remain soft if packed in lunch box for lunch , while at job ?
I love how you explained the nutrition content and precautions, I was looking for easy wrap with more potassium and those micronutrients that you mentioned. I want to cook more with traditional flours and preps. I am trying making Dosa but I am confused if dal dosas are safe to eat if made just by soaking the dal overnight and no fermentation
I use the same method to make my kids pancakes. No veggies in the batter ofcourse. 2 eggs, a little salt and baking soda and milk instead of water. It tastes awesome with honey

Hello, brilliant recipe and family loved it. Been following you and your recipes for quite a while. You have made living healthy not bad at all. Just one question I did try making the liquid Jowar paratha but did not puff as shown, any reason why?
Ma'am, Can you please tell, How does the inside of the paratha be? Is it mushy- moist like? I think my earlier query regarding this was accidently missed by you 😊
If it's cooked on LOW heat as mentioned, the inside will not be "mushy-moist" if you keep flipping it over several times after the initial one minute under cover at the beginning.

Talk about looks..it looks so appetizing..😋 talk about the detailed explanation..GOD BLESS you for your calm patient manner!! and then talk about the other information- you've given us loads of wonderful information via this video...thank you for a truly nice video..
Maybe you didn't chop the onion finely and added jeera also so it didn't fluff up
I wud suggest that you first make the parathas exactly the way it has been illustrated and explained. Once you attain success and are confident then you may carry out various variations and add the ingredients of your choice and taste. All the best….!
Love your recipes! I'm about to follow your weight loss plan 💕
Thank you for the recipe, I love the way you explain the recipe. So detailed, specially the health advantage.
You are so kind and generous with sharing your knowledge. This video is more than a paratha recipe.
Thankyou ma'am, it looks amazing, you made it so easily and explained well.
Really I like it as it don’t require kneeding 😊😊😊😊 would give a try certainly
thanks, really impressed , have got 2 questions ,can we prepare it on non sticking or inodised tawa if not cast iron tawa ?
will it remain soft if packed in lunch box for lunch , while at job ?
I love how you explained the nutrition content and precautions, I was looking for easy wrap with more potassium and those micronutrients that you mentioned. I want to cook more with traditional flours and preps. I am trying making Dosa but I am confused if dal dosas are safe to eat if made just by soaking the dal overnight and no fermentation
Excellent explanation. U r introducing very healthy food habits to viewers. God bless u
I made this for dinner and it turned out extremely tasty. Thank you❤
jowar ragi bajra dont eat at night. its slow digestible. better to eat during breakfast or lunch
I use the same method to make my kids pancakes. No veggies in the batter ofcourse. 2 eggs, a little salt and baking soda and milk instead of water. It tastes awesome with honey
Mam, I have been following your recipes for so long and each of them turned out to be so delicious and healthy as well. For a foodie like me, it's a win-win situation. Blessed to find your channel!!!

Fantastic !!!Never knew, we could do all this, with Jowar flour. Madame, please, can we do the same, with corn flour too?
Thanks for the recipe 🙂
After wheat paratha with liquid dough I was eagerly waiting for jowar paratha with liquid dough 😀
Hello Ma'm
I tried your recipe. It came out to be very yum. Thank you so much for sharing wonderful recipes every time
Thank you for this great recipe! Did you say it *~raises~* blood sugar though?
It actually lowers blood sugar.
Nisa madam, I tried this recipe, it's first time, but will try again. Thanks. May be it depends on flour quality as well. Where I live , I don't get fresh flour as in India. But keep trying. Thanks very much for sharing.
Mam, very Good way of Procedural explanation. Instead of Jowar Floor Can it be Prepared by BAJARA Flour? Working Women Are Generally Consuming BAJARA.
A wonderful recipe indeed. More than the recipe, I am impressed by the way you educate the people about the ingredients which is vital information for us. Please keep the great work going. 🙏
I like ur recipes a lot, thank u, Just a request, can you kindly make ur videos a bit short. Thank u mam

Hello, brilliant recipe and family loved it. Been following you and your recipes for quite a while. You have made living healthy not bad at all. Just one question I did try making the liquid Jowar paratha but did not puff as shown, any reason why?
Healthy means u ,u made us healthy ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thank you, that was very good. It would be excellent if the explaining was not so elaborate.
Hi mam can we mix rice flour with sorgum flour? And cook it this way??
Kindly advise
This video has saved my life so thanks
Someone said you sound like English teacher, guess yes but you also sound like Nirmala Sitharaman! Amazing presentation skills and narration!
Thank you fir this technique. I’m so surprised it puffed using a batter!
Ma'am, Can you please tell, How does the inside of the paratha be? Is it mushy- moist like? I think my earlier query regarding this was accidently missed by you 😊
It's moist not cooked well better knead it
It has to be cooked on low heat!
If it's cooked on LOW heat as mentioned, the inside will not be "mushy-moist" if you keep flipping it over several times after the initial one minute under cover at the beginning.
I tried exactly it became a mess like mashed banana was kacha.wasted d flour n desi ghee.what went wrong.went without breakfast had biscuits😣
Can v make using ragi/ bajra flour too?
Yes.with lots of winter vegetables in bajra atta.
Ragi dosa even tastes better with onion and coconut chutney
How to make ragi/bajra dosa...any tip or trick
@@aartimehta5427 there many vedios on instant ragi dosa u can watch tht
Thanks mam ur demo ñ neatly peacefully explained. Very crazy to tri .not sure I will success in this trial
Thank you for the instant recipe ,no soda,no fermentation.
Hi Nisa, mine dod not puff up like paratha. It was like dosa. Is it because the jowar flour was old
Mine didn't even turn out
Mam, can u please explain why this batter puffs up like roti and not behave like rice urad dal dosa?
Two reasons 1> this batter is all flour 2> it contains no dal/beans like dosas
Great recipe for those struggling to make “bhakri”
I am also looking for same reason.
Exactly ... Me too... I can never make thin jowar bhakri
Thanks for the recipe. I was looking for this since jowar rotis look v dry hence my family doesn't like to use Jowar. I ll add a pinch of salt to it
