    I did 30-35 mins jumprope HIIT workouts for a month, And alough I took 5-10 sec more breaks each round i completed this.
    I was 99kg 2 months ago now i'm at 93kg, 23 kg more to go

    for the past two weeks i keep on breaking my own jumping rope record. i did 800 jump ropes in 1hr 20min and i am only 12 yr old and i am not 13 am going to keep on jumping for 1 month and see my results.       @@ruthtayo7400 I started May 2021 to this very day. I lost 35 pounds altogether. I do jump workouts everyday for at least an hour. I just eat sensibly.

      ​@@HB-yk4utthat's a ton of calories being burnt, so tracking calories isn't an issue as long as your eating foods that are high in protein or volume (meat, popcorn, egg whites etc) then your good

    I'm not new to rope jumping, but I've never done it for this long. I've been doing this follow along video for the last 3 days and I've already noticed a difference in my core and in my thighs. I play music and since I love music so much this workout becomes exponentially more enjoyable. I'm looking forward to more results. Thank you for making this video.

    I lost 2lbs this week 😆 just by doing 1000 jumpropes in 30 minutes and 10 minute workout from Hana Milly and following a calorie deficit for my diet... my goal is to lose 100lbs I have to lose my baby weight and the weight I gained just being lazy in my relationship before the baby lmao but I'm doing this for my baby boy and my boyfriend but ultimately myself ! I wanna feel good again and I don't want a hip replacement at 27 years old so I gotta lose weight. Thank you jump rope dudes for the motivation. It's hard but I take little breaks whenever I need it I'm just not gonna stop.

    Hey man, I have been following your channel for quite a long time now, so i would like to thank you guys for the positive influence you have had on my health. Btw I have a question, I usually jump for about an hour and there is usually sharp pain in my arches during the session. I have seen your video about proper posture while jumping, so could you please help me out on what the problem might be ?
    P.S. I have flat feet too !!

    I followed this workout today and it was great! I use the chest strap heart rate device (polar) and needed to go a bit more to reach 800 calories. I’m 6’1” 264 lbs and looking to get somewhere between 200-220 lbs. thank you!!

    You are a beast!! Because of the quarantine, I have been getting into rope jumping. Today I just did 10 sets of 1 minute jump - 1 minute rest. I didn't count how many jump I did, but I believe it should be around 1,200. My goal is 1.30 minutes jumping and 45 seconds rest for 10 sets.

    finished this wourkout and I rested 3 times because of ankle pain and lack of energy. I did 8000 jumps rope with this video and lost 0.5kg. It works!

    Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightloss.

    I am 173 cm tall, 59 kg weight. My stupid smartwatch after this workout showed me 905 calories burned. I find it hard to believe and even half of it would be impressive. I've never used a jump rope before, so far I've only been running and I've never seen such a result after an hour of activity. At the moment I'm sweating like a wild hippo, but I'm still impressed with the effectiveness. I am superglueing this jump rope to my hands. Thank you!

      Fitness trackers aren't all that accurate. At the end of the day, we prefer to just be consistent (With our work and intake).

    So, I’ve tried jumping rope but after about 2-3 minutes I get a crazy intense headache. This is the only activity I’ve tried that affects me this way. Running, lifting weights etc, no problem. Anybody else experience this?

    I've been doing jump rope since 2019, but till 2021 i did 3000jump/day instead of set the time as a reference.     I used to jump rope everyday from august 1 2020 to mid december. Then due to some personal issues, and a lot of procrastination, I stopped doing it. And now I feel like I've made the right decision by continuing to do it. Not gonna lie JRD, I miss watching you guys' video every week and improving my schedule and diet according to it. I used to be able to jump for 30 minutes straight, but now I'm only able to do it for 10 minutes. Man, I hate losing progress. But I swear that I'll be back to my top form by the end of may, or I'll be even better. Keep doing what you're doing JRD, it's cuz of y'all that I was so consistent back then and now as well, starting today.

    Hey Dan, here I go again, Day 3 of following this video... what I love about this video is that I can do anything I don't have to do no shuffles no side laterals no boxer jumps I can vary into any form of jump... all I have to do is follow the timer..
    targeting 800 kcals n I know 1 hr isn't sufficient for me to burn that... but I'm using a 1.1. lbs rope lets see how much I keep up with you, I'll come back later with my update.... I just wanna remain accountable, this is where I think I can, don't mind me hopping in here everyday :)
    edit: got 600 kcals only in 1hr 14 minutes
    n I'm tired cant jump anymore, will train shoulders and a bit of legs for the remaining 200 kcals....

    DO THE THING!!! Apple Watch clocked in 900 cal for me I’m 260lbs 6’3. And used the 1/2 lb rope for every 10 min check in.

    I used the 1/2lb rope in the first half of the workout and I had to switch back to the 1/4lb rope afterwards, my body was literally burning haha this workout is crazy and I love it

    I’ve been doing this for the last couple weeks I’ve lost weight fursure, but havnt been able to reach him yet currently at average 136heart rate and maximum 165 heart rate, with 590 calories hopefully In the next couples week I get close to him

    Hey Guys! I love your videos but after jumping three times a week I start getting shin splints and need to take a break. I would LOVE it if you make a video on causes of shin splints in jump roping in ways to stop getting it! Thanks!

      You get shin splints from heavy impact on concrete they are little cracks in the bone and if not taking care of can turn into stress fractures get a mat it will help absorb the impact
