    I was stressed before the workout, but NOW I'M NOT!!!
    This is the first time i complete a jump rope workout after a lot of time, and i'm feeling SUPER!!!

    I do jump ropes + burpees + standing pole twist for active rest. 1 min jump rope+ 30 sec rest+ 45 sec burpees. 7 sets.

    The fitness community on TH-cam is great and thanks to videos like yours, Kinobody's, Austin Dunham's, I along with many others have learned that it is no longer hard to get super lean and get the physique that you want. The days of going to the movies with my friends and not getting a snack that I want while they do because I'm so dead set on getting a great physique is over. I have two meals a day and do intermediate fasting and I also burn a little over a thousand calories a day with all of the workouts I do so in order to have the physique that I want I don't have to starve myself and make it boring I can eat almost anything I want as long as I hit my macros and stay in a little deficit. After hitting my macros and having less calories than I need, I treat myself and I used to think that that wasn't possible. Thank u all for changing the game and making fitness fun!

    At this point Brandon and Dan are friends who accompany me every work out. I literally play this video in the background whether I'm skipping, doing some burpees or lifting weights at home. I'm not shredded or anything close, but I'm healthy and I have a routine that I love and that fits with my schedule and I have the JRDs to thank for that.

    Thank you for making jump rope fun! I have been doing it for 2 months now, everyday and I have seen a huuuuge difference in my body!     Hey guys! I started following y’all a few years ago but just started incorporating jump rope around April of this year. I started with IF and paleo and then Keto in June. I didn’t do skipping every day but in June I started cycling and skipping 4-6 times a week. I started with 1000 skips, then 30 minutes and I just pushed it this week to 45 minutes. I’ve been using a generic speed rope but I’m waiting on my cross ropes to come in the mail tomorrow. I just wanted to say thanks. Since April I have dropped 40 lbs and I don’t plan on stopping!!!

      Ben B NICE work! Use caution with KETO and jump rope. the way we design our programs you'll be practicing HIIT... With HIIT and KETO, you might feel like a zombie all the time. If you notice, start eating carbs (they are good for you).

    Loved the workout. Chill music, and I love the 1 minute timed spaces where I can try to practice different jump rope moves. I also play little games with myself to see if I can beat my 'high score' in a specific move or combination. Thanks!

    ever do the warmup and then the first set or two and think, "no thanks. not today." that's how i felt today but powered through and finished the workout and ended up doing it better than i've ever done it before. arms feeling it but was skipping faster than ever in the last set. progress!

    Nice video guys! I used to do martial arts more than three years ago and I got a good grasp on how to jump rope. Recently I started working out again pretty seriously and now I'm alternating between running on one day and rope jumping on the other...I just love it! I hope I can get a nice six pack like yours lol.

    This workout was hard but I managed to do 2000 jump ropes during this workout!! Yes I count my jumps 😂 So that I can keep track and see if I’ve gotten fitter and stronger. I definitely have because just 2 weeks ago, I could only do 1000 jump ropes and call it a day. Last week I pushed myself to do 1500. This week, 2000!

      you cant really decide to lose fat from a specific part of your body! just like you might lose your arm fat first and then your belly fat. you can do squats or lunges in addition to your jump rope to tighten/build those leg muscles do.

      Zombiecore I agree. It's just that with skipping as the main form of workout here, I don't have many options . Of course I can include other leg bodyweight exercises. I used to run which helped me lean down very quickly but my back pain flares up now. With skipping I don't have any pain.

      Sonia Dangsadana - jump rope will help, but there is nothing you can to do to tell your body "lose leg fat." Just eat right and workout. You'll burn fat.

    just starting, i use a plastic rope. it's abit heavy. and have a weighted bar in the handle ( i took it out for now, heard it harder with it )doing about 30 min monday and 3 set of 20 min friday. all i feel is the calf burning the day after.
    i dont feel like loosing weight but trained my calf

    Nice video.Will try this.I do skipping for 15 mins as a warm up before I start my gym equipment workout.Your skipping tricks make me look cool in my gym😁😇

    These workouts are great! A question for you guys- I feel very lethargic on my rest days. It's not like I can workout non-stop and I definitely need rest days.. but I also need my regular supply of dopamine... Does anyone else feel the same? You guys should do a video on that...

      Bhairavi Singh - there is a fine line between being in a deficit and eating too little. Especially if you are really active + doing intense exercise.
      How much do you need to eat each day?
      How much are you eating?
      If you can't answer with real numbers, (Because you aren't tracking and haven't calculated) your shooting in the dark. If you want REAL results, start getting serious.
