My question is what do I price per hour since I just got my llc 2 months ago?I do have 30 years experience cleaning for family and friends homes for free. I feel I’m worth $60.00 but I feel like to others it will be too much.
@@sean_parry Is it easy to find employees who provide cleaning supplies, their own transportation and get paid $20/hr? or also a customer to pay 40 hours / then provide the large equipment for cleaning? thank you for answering me
Been binge watching your channel for the pas two days, I love the advices. Can you tell more about what service suit better for a beginner ? I mean what service do you advise us, should we start wwith one service or directly launching multiple services from day one. I found that capet cleaning is a service well demanded in Belgium :) Thanks alot
Yes, the most important thing is to focus on 1 service type to begin with. That way you can focus your energy and you'll grow quicker. You can then add in other services types further down the line.

@@youssouftraore8275 on the employees side, you’d need to check Indeed to find out the going rate for cleaning staff in your location. For clients, many commercial clients will already have the main equipment on site but obviously you’d need to check this during the onsite visit.
Please answer this if you had a walk thru of 3500 sq ft dental office with 5 restrooms, 13 patient rooms 2 labs, dust, empty garbage, kitchen cleaning including appliances, emptying and cleaning out coffee machine, refrigerator with 18 staff members a week?
So as I talk about in the video, you want to estimate total hours to clean the premises, multiply by the rate you pay your cleaners, then double that number
@@sean_parry I would talk to whoever makes the decision office manager or dentist who owns practive (or both if both making the decision). 1) Find out what their pain point is why you're there (that's ammunition for a more premium service 2) Ask them when are you looking to make a decision to hire someone 3) Ask if I can meet (reiterate their pain point), and get your office cleaned the way you want, even if it means at or above your budget within reason, could we move forward with a test clean as soon as you need it? From there lets say they want it 5 days a week, lets say you're at $800.00 a week (and they're used to $600.00), Mr. Customer I would like to do a test clean, so you can see the value of our services at $800.00 a week, the extra $40.00 a visit allows us to ensure we follow a cleaning guideline we use, and also to ensure we've charged the correct amount of time to clean your property, so you don't have to go through another cleaning company. The price we've is a fair and accurate price to clean, santize and provide your office, staff and patients the level of cleaning service they deservce. If we met these expectations do you agree our scope of work and cleaning services are worth it? Stop and listen.....
Very useful 👌 👍
@@dinabarffo5211 good to hear

You want to call around your competitors to get a feel of what they're charging
Who pays for the cleaning supplies? The subcontracting cleaner? The customer? That either affects the cleaner owner or subcontractors profits.
@@hisrighthandsaves we use contractors who pay for their own supplies
@@sean_parry Thanks Sean! Your channel has been an inspiration, and a great start for my maid/cleaning business

Is your VA considered as a W2 or 1099 worker?
We work with VA contractors that we find out Upwork and other freelancer sites
I understand the source but are they considered W2 or 1099?
Does this apply for hiring subcractors?
Yes it does
What if you hire subcontractors?
@@MrMaier3000 the 50% labour Inc payroll taxes if you’re running with W2s. Without payroll taxes you can therefore pay your 1099s more
@@sean_parry Thanks!
