Are rehabilitation medical centers categorized similarly to dental offices?
Always helpful, informative videos. Thank you!
Question, I’m currently working with Waxie and looking at purchasing their chemicals for my cleaning business after watching so many of your videos.
How do I know if I’m getting fair pricing from them? They basically told me I could negotiate pricing, but I have no idea what fair. How do learn this?
We love Waxie! They offer a fantastic product for our industry. In terms of negotiating a deal, it may be based on overall volume. We recommend gathering prices and samples from 1 or 2 more companies to help develop a fair price.

I have a walk through coming up tomorrow for a OSC that is 17,775 sq ft. I’ve never done anything like this before, and I’m horrible at estimates. I think it would take close to 8 hours.
Good luck today! You've got this. Get everything you need during the walkthrough to set an accurate bid: measurements, count how many restrooms and fixtures, count the floor types, and don't forget to take pictures!
@@OctoClean thank you so much!!
Hi! How did you disposed off the string during medical cleaning if I may asked please?
Can you leave a time stamp for the part of the video you are referring to? That will help us answer, thanks!

How do you structure your payment Terms? Thanks..
We include that in signing the contract, the customer agrees to pay us within 30 days of the billing date. Late payments may incur service and finance charges. In the event of default on payment we have the right to stop services until past due payments have been made. The customer is responsible for maintaining at least one valid billing address and we include an email to make changes. Hope this help! Thanks for watching and leaving a comment.
@OctoClean thank you for responding. Is the net 30 day billed in advance or after a month of service? So basically would a October 1st invoice be for September's service? As in you could go 60 days from the start of the service for any given month before you receive payment. Or would a October 1st invoice be for the service of the current month of October? Hope that makes since.
We bill after a month of service, but there are others who request payment upfront. We have the reserves to do this, plus it comes with the territory of the types of account we work with. So do what is best for you!
