  • In this interview, I speak with an award-winning Registered Psychologist and Holistic Healer, Dr. Angela Grace, about her journey through the "dark night of the soul."
    We have a rich and meaningful discussion as we explore:
    - Why it's so hard to be ourselves
    - How we lose touch with our deeper selves and the impact this has on our lives
    - The one thing you need to be deeply happy
    - What the gifts of the "dark night of the soul" were for Angela
    - What to watch for in terms of "symptoms" that point to the fact that you may be living a life that isn't aligned with your soul's purpose.
    - The importance of integrating modern psychology with spirituality
    - How everything in our lives is pointing to what needs to happen to be our authentic selves
    - How to live a life that's in service of our soul and not our ego

    I came across this because I've been on a journey of growth and change. I've been in a daze for roughly ten years (also depression), sleeping through life, without goals. In the last year, I started being really honest with myself and holding myself accountable for every step of my life thus far. I feel connected to my soul. I'm "in the works" and on the path. I feel that my life literally is falling into place. Synchronicity comes to mind. My intuition is a huge part of my life and I'm practicing being connected to it. I'm very aware of how my mind is conditioned to think and currently I'm focused on changing and/or tweaking the rigidity of my thinking patterns/habits. It's a beautiful, precious journey and I'm so grateful. I truly want to find my place in the world and discover my gifts within.

      Thank you so much for sharing your inspiring journey with us! You pointed to the turning point for many people, and that's the moment we begin to take radical responsibility for our lives and then get in the flow of something bigger than ourselves. It's so beautiful that you're open to synchronicities and intuition and aware of your conditioned mind! With the work you've done and the conditions you're creating, your place in the world and gifts will reveal themselves to you! A deep bow to you!!!

    The dark night of the soul is different for each individual.

      Yes, I've found that while the experiences and triggers are different, the underlying purpose of the DNOS is the same.

    I walked through a dark night in my early 30s, and came out the other side a different person. I'm walking through another dark night right now. I'm struggling through the disintegration, and somewhere inside of me I know/knew that it is all necessary. Listening to the two of you is a beautiful lifeline for me right now. I so appreciate this talk. I feel less alone and frightened. Thank you for being a tealight!!

    I also had hormone imbalance. As soon as I started taking supplements for adrenal fatigue I felt better. This realization came as soon as I started coming out of my 5 year start to finish DNS process. Looking back I've probably had it since puberty and I'm 46 now. I believe now that most of us have it. Our adrenal system is directly linked to our spiritual system aka soul. Basically our soul powers our avatar and it's systems. We're basically organic computers and our soul is the power supply. So it makes sense as we fracture off parts of us that it effects our adrenals and everything else because we essentially loose amps to our system. Things shut down to allow other systems to continue so we stay alive. Our body goes into limp mode. When we heal our fractals we regain that power. Although I believe consuming supplements is still essential even when we heal because of the food and water and air here. It's continually poisoning us so we have to take added steps to combat that. If we didn't have the issue with our food, water and air we would run optimally organically as long as we aren't missing too many parts of ourselves.

      What supplements helped you?

    • @jneubauer76
      @jneubauer76 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alexanderbanggren6071 it's called Adrenal Restore by 1st Phorm. It has stuff like licorice root, chamomile and Ashwaganda plus many more. I also take a good multivitamin and dandelion root caplets and triple magnesium.
      Vitamin C, magnesium and Zinc are all necessary for hormone regulation in our adrenal system so I made sure to get a multivitamin with adequate amounts and added extra magnesium. There's a few other hormone balancing ones out there. I wanted the one by Happy Mammoth which is more for women but it's pricey so I looked at the herbs used and found one that uses many of the same which is the one I'm taking. Everyone is different so my suggestion is to see which one jumps out at you and go from there. I also recently added probiotics before bed.

    The brain is a real thing. The soul is a construct, an idea, like beauty, love, hatred, etc.

    • @jneubauer76
      @jneubauer76 ปีที่แล้ว

      Not true. When you travel outside of your body there is no brain and yet your aware your doing it and everything feels just as solid as if your in your body. The soul is a tangible thing and is basically a body within your body. You just cannot conceive of it until you lucidly experience it because the brain has limited capacity to understand.

      An idea is a real thing ? Also a construct ?

    • @bevjanisch
      @bevjanisch  ปีที่แล้ว

      For me personally, the soul is the energy of our becoming and contains the blueprint for our highest self. Qualities like love, compassion, kindness, gratitude, inner peace, unity, wisdom etc. connect us with our soul's essence. Sensing the difference between our conditioned personality and the qualities of our soul enables us to begin to discern the difference. Thank you for sharing!

    Mother Gaia is going through her own dark night of the soul which is why more darkness is being brought to light.
