  • Fellow Meditation Teacher Angela Swanson and I discuss her transformative experience journeying through the "dark night of the soul." It's a personal discussion highlighting the challenges and the gifts buried within this powerful transition. Angela shares how the experience changed her faith beliefs, relationships, career, and, most importantly, her relationship with herself. It's a story of hope, coming home to herself, and a way of being that felt more authentic, alive, and aligned with why she was put on this earth. Angela described it as a "miracle."

This podcast sat and waited for just when I needed it. We are programmed to protect our country family and faith with our lives. Not to be trauma bonded to any of these is freedom. We are free to interact or not as we please. The whole game seems to be engineered to distract us from ourselves.
This podcast really hit home. Thank you

Yes, so true about the many distractions and ways we're disconnected from ourselves. I'm so glad this interview hit home! Thank you!

Jess, thanks for sharing that with us here! So true that we become new people due to the DNOS experience.

@@bevjanisch It turned me into an introvert. I can’t be around people of low vibration or negative energy. Is this common?

@@flyprincess69 What a great question! Yes, it's very common that some people fall away while new people are attracted into our lives. The challenge is to show compassion to all folks while making intentional choices about who and how we spend our time. Thanks!
