    I also had hormone imbalance. As soon as I started taking supplements for adrenal fatigue I felt better. This realization came as soon as I started coming out of my 5 year start to finish DNS process. Looking back I've probably had it since puberty and I'm 46 now. I believe now that most of us have it. Our adrenal system is directly linked to our spiritual system aka soul. Basically our soul powers our avatar and it's systems. We're basically organic computers and our soul is the power supply. So it makes sense as we fracture off parts of us that it effects our adrenals and everything else because we essentially loose amps to our system. Things shut down to allow other systems to continue so we stay alive. Our body goes into limp mode. When we heal our fractals we regain that power. Although I believe consuming supplements is still essential even when we heal because of the food and water and air here. It's continually poisoning us so we have to take added steps to combat that. If we didn't have the issue with our food, water and air we would run optimally organically as long as we aren't missing too many parts of ourselves.

      @@alexanderbanggren6071 it's called Adrenal Restore by 1st Phorm. It has stuff like licorice root, chamomile and Ashwaganda plus many more. I also take a good multivitamin and dandelion root caplets and triple magnesium. Vitamin C, magnesium and Zinc are all necessary for hormone regulation in our adrenal system so I made sure to get a multivitamin with adequate amounts and added extra magnesium. There's a few other hormone balancing ones out there. I wanted the one by Happy Mammoth which is more for women but it's pricey so I looked at the herbs used and found one that uses many of the same which is the one I'm taking. Everyone is different so my suggestion is to see which one jumps out at you and go from there. I also recently added probiotics before bed.

      Not true. When you travel outside of your body there is no brain and yet your aware your doing it and everything feels just as solid as if your in your body. The soul is a tangible thing and is basically a body within your body. You just cannot conceive of it until you lucidly experience it because the brain has limited capacity to understand.

    I came across this because I've been on a journey of growth and change. I've been in a daze for roughly ten years (also depression), sleeping through life, without goals. In the last year, I started being really honest with myself and holding myself accountable for every step of my life thus far. I feel connected to my soul. I'm "in the works" and on the path. I feel that my life literally is falling into place. Synchronicity comes to mind. My intuition is a huge part of my life and I'm practicing being connected to it. I'm very aware of how my mind is conditioned to think and currently I'm focused on changing and/or tweaking the rigidity of my thinking patterns/habits. It's a beautiful, precious journey and I'm so grateful. I truly want to find my place in the world and discover my gifts within.

    Physical ailments come directly from our own thoughts, mind, and resistance to what is happening to life. When a human is aligned with their soul and inner being, they do not have health problems. Dr. Joe Dispenza and Dr. Bruce Lipton are pioneers in these concepts. Something to consider when sharing on this topic. Our cells have consciousness just like our mind and can align as well. When you heal your mind, the body follows.

    This is the same process that happened to me in summer 2021. Still in it to some degree, but much less intense. I was also an academic and then had to find a new path. I didn't have a near death experience though, my biggest trigger to awaken was seeing that one of my friends needed a kidney. Herself being a mother of young kids, I put myself in her shoes for a second and began to realize how fragile life and how important loved ones are. This process or event can be haunting, it is a very trying time and period where you are very confused, you are sometimes under attack, but most times you just can't make a connection to God, he does not answer, and when you come to always trust him to answer but during this he is soooo quiet and it is terrible. And the confusion, the racing mind, I always stayed in the shower, for some reason I found something, I just kept getting into the shower. I did not eat anything, and I couldn't remember getting any rem sleep, I was getting cat naps but I was just haunted and I felt I wasn't sleeping, it was a very dark time. It last about a month, and I thought it would never end. And I begged God to put an end to it, but I guess it was something that he thought I needed to endure. I finally checked myself into the hospital, and stayed there about eight days, before the darkness lifted. Now remember, I ate very very little during this period that lasted nearly 30 days, so in affect I was fasting and didn't realize it, and my spirit was so intunded to spiritual things going on around me, and that too was something very new to me. As I said it lifted and I could pray again and meditate. The Dark knight of the soul perfectly summarizes what went on with me. I thank God I went threw it, and I thank him for being there on the other side.

    What a fantastic conversation, I am currently in the dark night of the soul but every so often I question whether or not it is actually the dark souls or if I'm actually just depressed, this chat has reminded me that I am going through it and the part where Yasmin mentioned suicide ideation brought me a huge amount of relief. I don't feel depressed and am feeling particularly at ease but thoughts of 'what if I become so lonely and that I don't have any desire anymore' that I end up going down that path, very scary thoughts to have passing through your mind. I have just split from my girlfriend of 7 years and am now spending so much time alone which feels really odd to me, but it also feels kind of like what I should be doing right now and it's from there that the feeling of 'what is the point' keeps arising... I must say it's not a negative or victim type 'what is the point' but more of a genuine 'ok I don't have any desires for anything' which is a lovely feeling by the way 🙏🏻 but if no desire then in that case 'what actually is the point' in me anymore 🤷🏼‍♂️ I know it will pass but whilst I'm here it's very uncomfortable, maybe it's my soul telling me I need to be so alone at the moment so I can allow all my true feelings and purpose rise to the surface without succumbing to outside influences that keep me on the 'conditioned' path

      @@bevjanisch Thanks for the reply 🙂🙏🏻 to be honest I'm not sure what it is that is holding me together but something deep deep dowñ probably under generations of conditioning there a small voice/feeling that says I will be ok, I really do have to listen for it though. The noise of the ego can be absolutely deafening when that thing wants its own way... Thankfully I am now quiet good at knowing when the ego has got hold of me and tries to protect me in ways I don't want it to and I am able to reassure myself that it is just my ego having a tantrum and it will soon learn that I'm not giving in to it and leave me alone for a while 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Just a bit of fun but.... The common definition of Miricle is "an unusual or wonderful event that is believed to be caused by the power of God" to use it to mean a change in perception is deceitful.

    • @bevjanisch
      @bevjanisch 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for sharing the common definiton of miracle. I do believe a change in perception is a miracle that is gifted to us so that we can live in deeper alignment with our deeper self or soul.

    • @brandydinsmore8214
      @brandydinsmore8214 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      David, She did say the definition was said in “A Course in Miracles” which is a book. So technically it was a quote. But to use your definition, i also believe miracles can happen to someone but because of their rigid beliefs or possibly low self esteem, it doesn’t cause a shift in perception. No action is taken to acknowledge the miracle. So perhaps both definitions are valid. It comes from our creator, but what we choose to do with it determines whether the gift is opened or whether it is both opened AND shared. If Gabriel said what Gabriel said to a different young lady now, or even then, she could have said “yeah right, who am i to be that important?” Joseph could have taken the news of the miracle and said, “no way, everyone will think us a scandal”, and move on to another girlfriend. We all have these very choices today, whether its a potential miracle or not. To say, “why NOT me?” To say, “If I am speaking the truth, doing the right thing, doing what my Creator asks of me, why should i care how many likes i have on You Tube?” What makes a miracle visible to the rest of us is watching that miracle CHANGE and transform the perception of the one who experienced the miracle and then to see the transformation that person brings to others by sharing their story. Perhaps that very act of sharing allows someone else to receive their miracle. Just a thought.

      Thanks for sharing your experience with manifesting. Manifesting is a curious thing and there are levels of manifesting.
