Literally have been using the same stretching stick since 2007.If it wasn't for stretching I would be in a totally different physical situation.

I needed this stretch but is there an alternative way to do the second one cause I don't have any chair where I am at that is sturdy
Hi Dr Hawley. I enjoy your videos. I was surprised to learn you are 5'2". You appear taller. ;)
I am 5'9" and maybe the chair I use is too short but that's what I have. I feel my arms are too short when I do the hamstring strech and my legs don't have much room to extend my leg back with the hip flexor stretch. Any suggestions. Thanks.
Please what should I do because I don't feel anything on my "bad" leg when I strech it. Is there something I could do for that leg?
