Thank you Doctor Gretchen! I really felt in my hips! Struggle with dorsi flexion on my right side and jumping jacks on my right but I will keep coming back to this video!

I did your exercises yesterday. This morning I felt I have muscles again, wow! I couldn’t move my shoulders when I woke up this morning!🙈

I have tendency to do foot slap on both sides , I think mainly cause my legs aren’t lifting feet high enough, is this a hip problem?
Foot drop is causeed by weakness in the ankle muscles, but hip flexor weakness can prevent the foot fully clearing the floor.
I don’t have chairs this low in my house, only have bar b
height chairs:(
would I be okay subbing a stability ball?
As long as you are able to be stable. A stability ball requires a large amount of core strength, unless you have one of those handy holders that keeps it from rolling! Even with that stabilizer it still requires core strength, but if you feel good on it...it couldn't hurt to give it a shot!
Can I use a strap to flex my foot up?
You can, but I always advise attempting the movement unassisted 2-3 times before using a strap or something to assist.
