- Hi everyone! This is a 20-minute low impact cardio workout that’s entirely standing and requires no equipment. It’s perfect for beginners, those who are overweight, or anyone looking for a quick and effective way to jumpstart their fitness routine.
The workout is divided into two rounds: 40 seconds of exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. The finisher will challenge you with alternating punches and knee drives - no breaks!
With no jumping and zero equipment, this low impact workout is gentle on the joints while still providing a great cardio burn. Remember to listen to your body, respect your limits, and most importantly-give it your best!
