I am in 7th standard im getting bully iny school because in 5ft and 60 kgs so I promised my friends that that on the very first day of the new session in 2025 they will see me ttansformed into a fit and active guy . Journey started a week ago and will be continued ❤
for real its my day3 and i am unable to walk without pain i think i am getting cramps in my calf (legs) and i have to go to school, i am dying too but it help a lot
Started this 3 weeks ago from not doing any exercise. Week 1: Started only able to do 15 mins, then down to 12 mins and then skipped day 3 from muscle pain. Back to it while skipping galf tge calf exercises. By day 5 i could get through the video with breaks and end of week 1. Week 2: Found i was able to do the whole video without brraks, though i know my form is terrible and some exercises should be much harder on me then im letting them. By the end of the week, im taking a 1-2 min break ay about the 14min mark as i feel i can get more out of the last exercises while im not gasping for breath. Week 3: Life and visiters happened and i didnt get any of these exercises in, though it got suplimented with lots of walking amd camping. Start of week 4: Back to the gring. Got through the wgole video wanting to break at the 17min mark, but pushing through happily. My take so far. Dont be afraid to listen to your body. Take breaks and build up. Just 1 week of slow buildup will see results. Just keep at it and again, listen to your body. If musclea need repair or uou need a break, do it. Just make sure to reassess the next day and stick to it even when uour mind says you dont want to. I guess this is a case of "body over mind". Additionally, I starred having breakfast for the first time in many years in the form of 1 scoop of greens and 1 scoop of protein powder. The ones advised by the huys at the store after I told them my goals of losing weight. Greens taste like shit but its 12 servings of fruit and veg in a quick gulp.
Can i do this workout at my pace? For example i want to do the 10 burpees faster than the commentary in the video. Or should i stick to the pace in the video for maximal results?
