Day-7 changing very fast highly recommended exercise for everyone, and yeh IAM doing other exercises as well like, pushups, and incline pushups, and yeh my chest is changing very fast. Be patient and do all exercise including pushups then see in 10 to 14 days and eat healthy like veg, and u can also eat non veg like burgers,pizza, but in limit. So yeh and also I do this exercise 2 to 3 times in a day so I guess that's why my chest is changing very fast. So yeh this is my update, and also guys IMA 14 years old.

I am not in great shape due to mobility disability : I will not bring myself to use medical devices that drs give me- ( canes, walker’s etc)., I will do the exercises that I feel safe doing . Ty! EDIT: its been about 8 werks now down from 233 to 208 now and lost a ton of body fat %. The rowing along with a $40 all in one pushup barxresistance bands set with handles, bar to attach for bicep curls etc...im losing weight while putting on muscle which is hard but once you see chsnges you won't stop!!! Its been about 6 weeks with diet change and these workouts along with some cardio from free rowing machine on marketplace and im down 20 lbs and man boops are about 25% less than they were before starting....im not stopping!!!

Hello Kings, I started this workout today and I'll keep posting for next 7 days. My chest already have very less amount of fat. According to thumbnail it's lesser than "day 5". But I want a flatter chest so I am doing this workout. Day 1 : Feels like good stretching.
Day 1: not much of a change still quite the same Day 2: still not that much Day 3: a tiny bit of fat loss happening Day 4: lost a little more fat then day 3 Day 5: lost quite a lot in total so far looking nice Day 6: can definitely tell a difference of loss of chest fat Day 7: my chest is way better and barely any fat at all Try this exercise at home its worth it!!

day 2 and although there has been somewhat improvement I don't see to much change, but this could be because I had not done this in a while due to injury's.
day 3 and I think if I really want this to work, I might also need to add some exercises into the routine, but at the same time I'm also still young and I just need patience, but I will still try to do some push ups to help. Another fact is my diet is actually super healthy as I always say no to junk foods and try to always eat more fibres and less carbs.

I think this would be great to incorporate these stretches before & between finishing your weight lifting set's, it'll warm up & stretch your mussels & therefore limiting the risk of injuries or tears, also helps promote growth & blood flow to those targeted area's for maximum impact & effect. I almost forgot about how important stretches are, as I'm about to get back into the gym again, very informative & I'll be using them, thanks.
@@K_D_SHORTS007It can't. You can't target a specific part of the body to lose fat, you'll just end up losing the same amount everywhere. Also losing a noticeable amount of fat takes longer than a week, probably a month or two at the very least.

@@badjs4468 This is very risky as without the proper nutrients, your body may not be able to function properly: especially during exercise. It's not a good idea to fast for long periods of time. I know that it appears that way, but in the long term, you are training your body to hold onto fat better encase you starve again.
In order to get rid of the fat deposits on your chest you must lose weight by cutting out bread and sugar of any kind. Isolated exercises will only tone the muscles underneath the fat while making the moobs look bigger.
I’m pretty sure building the muscles at the chest will result in it tightening and appearing smaller. The fat will mostly still be there, it just won’t look as big. Ofc at some point the muscles will make the chest look big, but hey, it’s not fat making it look big 🤷🏼♀️
I’m like 13, and very self conscious. I go to school and feel embarrassed, if sucks. I’m finally starting to change it, because I’m not happy! I hope this changes things.

I'm a short skinny dude, when I'm at work after putting the work uniform ppl kept on starting at my chest because I got men boobs. Starting from today, I'm gonna start eating vegetables and drink tea, green tea, or water only, maybe a few other recommended healthy foods. I'm gonna do this exercise every day, then go for at least 1 hr walk or run. I'm gonna get a gym membership and hit it every 2 days at least.

it's look like warm-up. It is suitable for the elderly. If you are 18-40 years old and want to lose chest fat, you should make the exercises more difficult and start with at least different push-ups.
Well, for me (~40kg over my "normal weight", with boobs pretty much like on a picture and who can't do any pushups), this is a type of workout after which my body already start to sweat and after it i can't operate my top half of a body for half hour. So for some ppl who are in better shape that is "warm-up", but it is not for me.
You know the human body is like a machine they are capable of doing things better than others 🤡🤡 Some machines may be able to do something for 24 hours 7 days a week while others may only be able to do it for 12 hours a day. Maybe use your brain next time before you open your mouth 🙄

Bro if you want any improvement in your body you should be doing the workout for 2to 3months regular with proper diet then you will see changes in your body
you cannot just target fat build up in one area with any exercise, fat and weight loss is universal for the body.. you need to adjust your diet but you cannot do any singular exercise to target fat on certain places on the body

@@astridmaack4516 yeah i agree with genetics.. some people can go their whole lives eating what they want and others cant.. as for working out i think it depends on your goals and what you want from the regime you set for yourself, some people are thrilled to lose say 10 20lbs whereas others lose that and then go on to say weights or athletic pursuits to tone that loss into muscle, each to their own i guess but i do think regular exercise along with healthy food choices should be enough for anyone to eventually achieve any weight loss or muscle building goal

it's look like warm-up. It is suitable for the elderly. If you are 18-40 years old and want to lose chest fat, you should make the exercises more difficult and start with at least different push-ups.
Well, for me (~40kg over my "normal weight", with boobs pretty much like on a picture and who can't do any pushups), this is a type of workout after which my body already start to sweat and after it i can't operate my top half of a body for half hour. So for some ppl who are in better shape that is "warm-up", but it is not for me.
You know the human body is like a machine they are capable of doing things better than others 🤡🤡 Some machines may be able to do something for 24 hours 7 days a week while others may only be able to do it for 12 hours a day. Maybe use your brain next time before you open your mouth 🙄
That’s what I do . Push-ups with planks. I lift weights . I’ve been trying to work on my chest and work on my abs.I’ve never had them.
Movement is the key. Because there's no such thing as losing fat from a particular place. The human body "burns" fat from everywhere when exercising.

you cannot just target fat build up in one area with any exercise, fat and weight loss is universal for the body.. you need to adjust your diet but you cannot do any singular exercise to target fat on certain places on the body
Very true. You can however target muscles to help make the area (in this case chest) appear smaller. Do believe it takes quite the work tho
@@astridmaack4516 i think for weight loss diet is key and exercise being the catalyst to help you keep that weight off.. as a rule its 75% diet and 25% exercise where weight loss is concerned..
@@Rickrill that’s very true, diet plays a huge role in weight/fat loss. For some, a good diet is enough to lose weight/fat, while for others they may need to put more effort into the workout part of it compared to other people. Genetics can really f you up when it comes to this
@@astridmaack4516 yeah i agree with genetics.. some people can go their whole lives eating what they want and others cant.. as for working out i think it depends on your goals and what you want from the regime you set for yourself, some people are thrilled to lose say 10 20lbs whereas others lose that and then go on to say weights or athletic pursuits to tone that loss into muscle, each to their own i guess but i do think regular exercise along with healthy food choices should be enough for anyone to eventually achieve any weight loss or muscle building goal
