    I've been at this for 4 weeks now. I'm just now able to get through whole 30 mins. I'm 54 years old and thought I was in pretty good shape until this workout. Make no mistake, its an azz kicker.

    I like that Adam really encourages the viewers to take our own pace, which is very affirmative. He also waits for us to finish and cheers us on, which really made me feel motivated!

    This guy is amazing!! I know he is talking a lot (compared to other trainers) through out the video but it's great for people who are lazy n need inspiration to do such workouts .. Love that about his talking !!

    As a fitness instructor, I really liked his instructing/talking. He was commenting on everything I remind my class participants of, during my classes. If it was not tough enough, maybe do another round, or add some jumping jacks or run in place in between each set.

    BEST.FULL.BODY.WORK.OUT.EVER. I've been doing practically ALL your workouts (and when I say "all", I mean all). So far, this has been the best collaboration of them all. Adam is great and with such a great personality. You should really do more videos with him! GREAT WORKOUT!

    That was one of the most challenging PopSugar workouts I've ever done... and the only reason I got through it was because of how much fun and how motivating Adam was! Nice job! I'll do it again!

    Thank you for posting these videos. I'm on maternity leave and looking to get back into shape. I had to go at a slower pace and do a lot of the modifications, but I was able to keep up and get a really good workout in. I will definitely be subscribing and doing more at home workouts!

    Adam is a genius. He does everything so well as an instructor, to do what he did isn't easy at all. I'm very impressed for a workout that is aimed at the general population, i can't find anything to criticize. WELL DONE!

    This is my favorite bodyweight workout I have found online. It is perfect for my lifestyle (I don't own workout equip nor can I afford a gym membership). I turn this on 1-2x/week and thanks to you all, I am starting to see results! I started off only being able to do one round and can now do 2 without feeling completely wiped! Next goal is 3! Thank you sooo much- please continue to keep this video up!

    Wow, surprised at the hate in the comments. First off, no one can help their body type, it's genetic. You can't help being big-boned (literally) any more than you can help being a stick. Workouts are for YOUR benefit, not other's eye candy.
    As far as the work-out goes, yeah, a little much with the high-fives but I really did like this guys personality. He seems less like a bro and more like someone who just genuinely likes what he's doing. I don't think it's healthy (or really possible) to encourage others if you're miserable or completely focused on yourself.
    I liked this guy.

    This was intense! I like that anybody can do it. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, or you have been working out for a really long time. I liked all of the positive reinforcement and interaction too.

    I love this workout- I love how I get a good rest in the middle so I can be recovered enough before each round starts to give it my all. Definitely will be revisiting this one in the near future.

    This is the best 30-minute workout I've ever done! Clear and concise exercises and explanations..... slow enough so you can control your movements and actually follow along with the video but fast enough to leave you drenched in sweat. Towards the end I almost gave up but Adam and the team "cheered" me along to the finish! Will be doing this one again and again!!!

    I've been doing this for the last two years and at this point I can do it 6 times repeating the very last cycle they do on the video (it's the quickest). I regularly do the other workouts from Popsugar as well (with Jake, Raneir etc.) but this one has always been the most challenging one so I keep coming back for it. Thank you Popsugar!

    When Adam said 'I know you guys at home are probably giving me the finger"......... Adam if you only knew. I was too tired to fold or lift a finger up but my look was worst than a finger lol. Great workout......enjoyed it

    Just did this workout on Monday. It is Wednesday and I am more sore than Tuesday! My legs hurt in places that I don't remember them hurting before. This is awesome!

    This is actually an excellent 15-20 minute workout if you repeat the 6 moves on your own about 4-6 times. If you try to do the workout along with the video you will not be able to keep your heart rate up unless you are a beginner and you will waste 15 minutes listening to him talk . He explains the mechanics of each movement well. I suggest watching it to learn the moves and then doing it on your own.

    By far the best online 30 minute workout I have ever done. He is motivating and his technique is right on par. As a fitness instructor, I need to branch out and use other people's workouts for motivation at home and also for ideas for my own classes and this was terrific! Perfect for all levels of fitness. I am drenched! I loved the focus on self worth and self appreciation as well. I always try to incorporate that into my classes. Thanks Adam! Nice job!

    Adam was very motivating. The small pep talks in between about pushing yourself actually helped a lot. I managed to get through this workout just barely. Had to run straight to the bath and lay down in the water afterwards haha, Thanks for the great routine! Will attempt this once a week for starters. Goodluck everyone!

    Oh wow! That was intense. LOL. But it didn't stop my 4 year old and 22 month old from trying it out! My little guy kept laying under me when we did the ground parts but it still worked out! LOL

    Thank you. I've been doing "Total Body Conditioning" and "Boot Camp" classes three times per week for years at New York Sports Club. But now the gyms are all closed, so I appreciated this. It was definitely reminiscent of the classes. I'm sweating all over.

    I usually don't like when instructors talk this much throughout the workout. That said, I think Adam's words of encouragement were a great morale booster through some of the tougher sets, and I found myself really liking his talking by the end of the video. Like some of the comments say, if you don't like the talking write down the sets and do them on your own time or watch it on mute. Great video! I also love seeing everyone's fitness goal progression stories in the comments. Keep sharing and live your best life!

    As for all these complaints about the excessive talking,well i needed those resting periods,lol.I like the instruction and the motivational speaking was ok.There are those like me who just started working out recently so the workout would be more than intense enough even with the talking.But I prefer to exercise without watching a video,to know the workout,so then I can focus more on the work.I already remember the six exercises but the numerous warm-up exercises and cool -downs and the variations don't all seem necessary.I'd just use a few of them and get on with the workout.

    I liked Adam's style. He is good at reminding you to check your form and teaching tips on form. He is also good at positive talk during the workout. If I could make one reccomendation to Popsugar it would be to fill in rest time with fitness tips and facts and more positive focus. It really made me work harder when Adam did those things. Thanks!

    He is talking too much because he is trying to explain the process to those who aren't familiar with the exercise, or any exercise. Ya know, for all his talking, I'm hungry for motivation. Thanks Adam. I will use this video. I am going to try and keep track of when I started to when I see a difference in my body. I currently weigh 180, I need to lose weight!

      +Liliana Reyes Same. I have 4 kids ranging from 2-12 and they all want to get in the way. It is very tough. I work out for 30 minutes a day 5 days a week. What you eat is just as important.

    Just found you today. Made it through the full 32 minutes. Gotta get lots stronger to do it all, especially for the push up/planks after double carpal tunnel surgery over the past summer, but I hung in there and feel great! Thanks!

    This was a great workout video for me. Him talking actually made me feel like he was there with me. im 13 years old and i need the motivation and thats what i got so hands down, best workout video for me. ☺👊

    I have been working out for awhile and had plateaued and while looking for a more intense work out that was low impact on my knees (no jumping ect) I came across this work out. OMFG it is intense. Yesterday (day 1) I almost quit after the 2nd rep but pushed through and finished. I felt this work out in EVERY muscle of my body throughout the day, into this morning and doing it again only intensified that. Thank you Adam and team!
