      sika riska I agree! This was the first time I did Zumba anything so wasn’t sure what to expect. There were parts where I couldn’t look at the tv to make sure I was doing what I was supposed to and it went fine because of the way he broke it down. Adding this to my rotation!

    I’ve been doing this work out for 2 years now. I’ll be honest, I’ve had 3 children and all my baby weight is gone. I’ve never been able to stick to a work out video but this one hits different. I’m so grateful for this

    I just want to say a huge THANK YOU. I started to do this workout (+some dance/tabata routines from this channel because it has the best videos) and changed my eating habits and I lost now more than 15 kg (around 33lb) since January (back then 86 kg - now 69 kg and height 180 cm) and I couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t do this at the beginning and now I have so much fun and even add one or two more different workouts after this one. Thank you for adding free workouts, you guys are the best, thank you!!! Couldn’t do this without you.

    Oh my...after letting my cardio go the last four years... I'm glad I stumbled on this on my 1st day of trying to get my fitness back. Just had my 39th birthday and want to get back to full fitness by the time I turn 40.
    The instructor was great with direction.
    May all those who read this be inspired to get back into exercise and be healthy and fit!

    I weight aroung 47-50+ lbs and I've been going through a cycle with the anxiety and the struggle of gaining just the right weight for my age, trying to get fit and healthy here. I'm a beginner and somehow this gave me enough energy to do more everyday. Thank you!

You take breaks, it doesn't make you feel like you're too weak, and at the same time everytime you're tired and look at the screen Aurelio is just giving you a great smile and motivation.     I started this workout 3-4 weeks ago. I try to keep in shape fairly regularly and it was tough learning a new sequence. Have tried other popsugar vids and this is still by far my favorite-for the instructor, for the side people, for the moves and music! Can’t do it 100% yet but I’m getting there! Thanks for the great workout!

    Damn that was the best, no Injuries and sore joints. Just pure Fat Burn 🔥.

    Great workout! Just a few things: the camera doesn't need to work so hard! A wide screen shot is best - whenever the camera closes in on someone, it can be very jarring when you're trying to follow along - and those torso shots don't help either. Keep it simple! And for those exercises when your head is down, it would be great to have more detailed instruction on what you're supposed to do - like the pushup sequence. Just a few production notes, but loved the workout!

      I was so totally going to say the same thing! And why ALL the focus on the advanced person? Yes, she’s amazing. But I’m sure most of us aren’t that advanced. Ridiculous camera-ing. And totally more instruction. I had no idea we were going into Burpee‘s! Fun class otherwise. If I can get past my annoyances.

    Okay, I never comment on these things but I LOVED this workout. I'm on day 1 of the working from home Covid-19 stuff and I was feeling really anxious so I decided to workout and this made me feel SO much better!! So fun and also challenging. Loved it!!

    AMAZING workout and burn. I feel I'm more equipped to do sharp moves than dance moves. This was right up my alley. Anyone can do it! I'm 5'4, 221lbs and I kept up with all of it. Drenched and charged! Again, amazing!

    I’ve been doing this routine daily. I love that nobody is overly happy to work out in this video. I hate seeing no sweat and excited tones while I’m dying, it always discourages me! This workout makes me sweaaaat and 20:00 minutes in YES I do need to scream 🤪

    This is one of my favorite workouts. It's at an intensity that I can handle. I also love that there are three variations so I can challenge myself to do a higher level depending on how I feel for that day. I do this workout very often and thoroughly enjoy it.

      After doing this workout, I was looking for more Strong by Zumba workouts. Is the DVD similar to this just a different routine? I don't want to buy it if it is the same workout. Thanks!!!

      heather23231 this is a 30 minute workout, the dvd/digital version has the 20 minute version and a 60 minute version.

    Thank you Aurelio Figaro, I'll be 65 end of August,I do your push ups with a chair,but it helps,I feel more energetic,I do this 4 times a week I feel grate Thanks a million guys

    Great workout and wonderful breathing exercises with a hint of yoga at the end that makes you ready for a new day, also awesome kickboxing!Thank you so much guys! However I have been waiting for new workouts by Zumba for 2 years, unfortunately I have to keep doing only the same one and switch to other fitness groups.

      I'm just going to do different ones each day. My main goal this year is to graduate from the university and move to Washington State. Exercise is part of the process of manifestation.

    I love this workout! I usually don't smile when I work out, but every time Aurelio reminds me to smile, it actually makes the workout more fun!

    Definitely enjoyed this. Only suggestion is to keep everybody in the frame so that you can follow whichever person you want. The camera kept moving and it was throwing me off.

    From all the videos I tried so far, this is the best one!! I feel the energy and connection between this trio and damn - I worked out listening to my own playlist in headphones to this all the time but I didnt today, because I just felt such a positive and happy vibe from just watching Aurelio that I actually felt like stopping the music and listening to his words (which I never do during workout videos!) and it was amazing! He is so kind and encouraging, I wish there were more videos with him in the future! + I cant believe how Anna is always smiling all the time throughout all the videos and Renee - she is unbelievable! Also encourages me to try the advanced version of the workout just from watching her form and them moves! Love this

    I’ve been doing this during the whole QuArEnTiNe and it has helped me loose so much body fat! Can’t wait for them to come out with a new strong by Zumba because this routine is getting kinda old!!!

    Once I joined a zumba class and I did the whole 1 hr routine at the end i was shaking like really bad ..... everyone was asking if I was okay !
