    This video is great! She keeps your heart rate up the entire time! If you only have 30 minutes, I would definitely suggest this one but make sure you leave yourself a few minutes to stretch afterwards because there's no cool down.

    I know this is from a few years ago, but what the HECK popsugar?!! working the same muscle groups hard in the same set (obliques and IT Bands, then obliques and IT Bands, repeat! Now quads, and more quads, and quads again, then repeat!), no time for muscle recovery, and no stretches afterwards. I expect more from you. No wonder everyone is rubber-legged after this work out! It isn't a sign of a good work out, it's a sign of a badly planned work out routine.

    I did this and some moves I couldn’t do so I just did like 4 of them but is was like 10 instead of them I ran. Btw nice workout I will do this 1 or 2 if I can per day and see the difference

    I love this one for a quick at home workout! Makes me sweat but goes by quickly and doesn't get too repetitive or boring :) According to my fitness watch it only burned 140 calories, even though I did no modifications, but better than nothing 😊

      Take it easy. It's not safe to feel as if you're going to faint. Make sure you are hydrated.

    I've been doing Get Fit 2015 challenge for a while now and I've been getting really good at it, so i thought I'd switch it up a little and started doing this workout. I DIED!!! Seriously, I had to pause after almost every exercise, but I have made it until the end. So my next goal is to complete this exercise without pauses. Thanks Anna, you are great (even if I wanted to murder you in the middle of this workout :D)!

    All these videos are really good, they are becoming part of my routines. Im a male and I'd cut all parts that make butt bigger because I don't like that for me and I already have it that way.     I had my activity tracker on and burned 215 cals. So it really depends on your age / weight / how hard you go.

    Good workout. I couldn't go the gym so I did this during my kids naps and I was sweating so much. I used 10lb weights. I did this and a ab workout that played after and it was perfect. I feel great!! Thanks PS!

    Phenomenal workout, great instructor. I live in an apartment and work out at home barefoot on a yoga mat out of consideration for my neighbors below me. The impact was just enough to be intense, but not enough to hurt my feet or shake the entire building. I did end up modifying a few things, especially the walking burpee toward the end- I just didn't get it. Overall, enjoyed this workout and will add it to my regular rotation.

    Hate sweat but..... this dripping sweat is so worth it!! Love these workouts! Really enjoy the circuits that combine strength with/without weights and cardio. Anna makes it fun too, knowing she's killing it with you helps a lot!

    HARD ~ intense cardio. As of today, I consider myself to be an advanced beginner/early intermediate. To me, this workout is advanced intermediate/expert. 😳 I did all the reps but with many pauses from mid-second circuit to the end to catch my breath. I hate that. I much prefer continuous exercising at a pace I can do and will not be doing this again for a while. I did this one because I like exercises using weight combos but there were only two. I love PopSugar's A Total-Body Bootcamp to Tighten and Tone which uses weights most of the time and I did it all with no rests the first time.

    Ya know you can just go on a treadmill for 30 mins on 4 mph right... I do it for 2 straight hours, on a 1500 calorie diet, meaning I burn 1200 calories in 2 hours, if you are overweight by 10-20 pounds, I recommend this with 100 squats and push-ups per day, you will virtually slim out by a month, and if you do 200 push-ups each day along with 10 3 minute planks each day, you will have a very defined upper body.
