I've noticed when I catastrophize, 99.9% of the time it never happens. Like recently I was paranoid I was going to get evicted when literally all I needed to do was sign a piece of paper for the next year of my lease. More often than not, we catastrophize as a way to prepare for the worst when the truth is the worst isn't going to happen. It's also a sign of anxiety because we feel like we have to be prepared for anything. The best advice I can give is journaling your fears, breathing exercises like box breathing and positive self talk. Those help me in tandem with my meds. I'm sorry your anxiety is so bad, I can only imagine being a parent in combination with anxiety issues can be hell.
Thank you so much for your kind words day by day. I am getting better with my anxieties. And with the help of a good team of doctors to helping with my daughter things are coming along pretty good. Thank you so much.
